Nikša Giovanelliduguje više od 150.000 dolara za zaostale plaće mogla bi se razriješiti početkom ovog tjedna za kada je svoj dolazak u splitsku Sjevernu luku, gdje se veteran izgrađen 1986. godine nalazi na prisilnom vezu od početka veljače, najavio vlasnik građevinskog željeza iz brodskih štiva koje je trebalo biti iskrcano u alžirskoj Bejaiji.
Švicarski poduzetnik našao se u nezavisnoj poziciji zbog spora koji se pri arbitražnom sudu Hrvatske gospodarske komore vodi između riječkog remontnog brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” i kompanije “Fractal Shipping”, vlasnika “Ane”, zbog duga brodara od 240.000 eura s pripadajućim kamatama.
Put u rezalište?
Vlasnik ne može isporučiti teret svojim partnerima zbog blokade broda na koji je građevinsko željezo već bilo ukrcano, jer je njegovo isplovljavanje zaustavio riječki škver zbog toga što im Giovanelli nije platio dio radova na brodu obavljenih prije tri godine iako ih je ovjerio svojim potpisom na računima.
Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, vlasnik razmatra čak i prekrcavanje tereta na drugi brod, što bi označilo početak raspletanja cijelog slučaja, ali i neizravno zaključivanje sudbine vremešnog broda kojem su istekle ključne plovidbene svjedodžbe.
Naime, brod “Ane”, koji mnogi pamte pod imenom “Srakane” iz flote danas propale “Lošinjske plovidbe”, mogao bi se prodati u staro željezo od čega bi se utržilo nešto više od miliju dolara.
No, upitno je mogu li se od tog novca podmiriti sva dugovanja brodovlasnika prema tvrtkama i, što je najvažnije, pomorcima.

Nikša Giovanelliduguje više od 150.000 dolara za zaostale plaće mogla bi se razriješiti početkom ovog tjedna za kada je svoj dolazak u splitsku Sjevernu luku, gdje se veteran izgrađen 1986. godine nalazi na prisilnom vezu od početka veljače, najavio vlasnik građevinskog željeza iz brodskih štiva koje je trebalo biti iskrcano u alžirskoj Bejaiji.
Švicarski poduzetnik našao se u nezavisnoj poziciji zbog spora koji se pri arbitražnom sudu Hrvatske gospodarske komore vodi između riječkog remontnog brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” i kompanije “Fractal Shipping”, vlasnika “Ane”, zbog duga brodara od 240.000 eura s pripadajućim kamatama.
Put u rezalište?
Vlasnik ne može isporučiti teret svojim partnerima zbog blokade broda na koji je građevinsko željezo već bilo ukrcano, jer je njegovo isplovljavanje zaustavio riječki škver zbog toga što im Giovanelli nije platio dio radova na brodu obavljenih prije tri godine iako ih je ovjerio svojim potpisom na računima.
Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, vlasnik razmatra čak i prekrcavanje tereta na drugi brod, što bi označilo početak raspletanja cijelog slučaja, ali i neizravno zaključivanje sudbine vremešnog broda kojem su istekle ključne plovidbene svjedodžbe.
Naime, brod “Ane”, koji mnogi pamte pod imenom “Srakane” iz flote danas propale “Lošinjske plovidbe”, mogao bi se prodati u staro željezo od čega bi se utržilo nešto više od miliju dolara.
No, upitno je mogu li se od tog novca podmiriti sva dugovanja brodovlasnika prema tvrtkama i, što je najvažnije, pomorcima.
