Grad Split se na svojim stranicama pohvalio da je dovršena i druga faza sanacije na preoblikovanom dijelu odlagališta komunalnog otpada Karepovac označena kao Paket A Faze 3 u ukupnoj sanaciji Karepovca te je ishođena uporabna dozvola.
- Radovi Paketa A Faze 3 predstavljaju najvažniju komponentu cjelokupne sanacije odlagališta Karepovac čijim završetkom su stavljene pod kontrolu emisije odlagališnog plina u zrak te nastajanje procjedne vode. Ova faza je je nastavak do sada izvršenih radova Paketa A Faze 1 kada je postojeći otpad presložen i oblikovan čime je osigurana trajna stabilnost odloženog otpada - pišu iz Banovine i vele da je ukupna vrijednost izvedenih radova ove faze sanacije skoro sedam milijuna eura s PDV-om.

U ovoj fazi sanacije izvedeni su radovi na izgradnji sustava aktivnog otplinjavanja koji obuhvaća izvedbu plinskih bunara i ugradnju plinovoda. Ukupno je izvedeno 82 bunara dubine od 5 metara do 53 metra, a ukupna dubina bunara je 1570 metara. Bunari su linijskim plinovodima povezani na četiri kolektora koji prikupljeni plin odvode do plinske baklje gdje će se u kontroliranim uvjetima obraditi. Naglašavaju da je izvedeno deset linija plinovoda ukupne duljine preko tri kilometra.
Smanjena vizualna izloženost
Zatvoren je i konačno prekriven postojeći presloženi otpad završnim prekrivnim sustavom koji se sastoji od ugradnje troslojnog geokompozitnog drenažnog sloja sustava za otplinjavanje, geokompozitnog bentonitnog tepiha te troslojnog geokompozita kao drenažnog sloja za prihvat procijeđene oborinske vode te rekultivirajućeg sloja izvedenog od mješovitog zemljanog materijala debljine 80 cm na koji je ugrađen 20 cm debeli sloj humusa.
Krajobraznom sanacijom prekrivenog dijela odlagališta, koja se sastoji od ozelenjavanja tijela odlagališta metodom hidrosjetve, smanjena je vizualna izloženosti tijela odlagališta.

- Uređenje okoliša odlagališta u sklopu kojeg je na obodnom pojasu zasađeno 214 stablašica u formi drvoreda da štite od negativnih utjecaja s odlagališta te u svrhu stvaranja ambijentalne vrijednosti koja podiže kvalitetu prostora kao tampon zona prema susjednim parcelama - objašnjavaju.
Inače, sanacija Karepovca je podijeljena na Paket A koji se dalje dijeli na Fazu 1, Fazu 2, Fazu 3 i Fazu 4. Na Paket B podijeljen na Fazu 1 i Fazu 2 te na Paket C.
Projekt sanacije napreduje
Od Paketa A do sada su izvedene Faza 1 i Faza 3. Faza 2 predstavlja uređenje ulazne zone, a Faza 4 je sanitarna ploha na kojoj se sada odlaže komunalni otpad i ona je zadnja faza sanacije te početak izvođenja radova na njoj značit će konačno zatvaranje Karepovca.
Od Paketa B je izvedena Faza 1 koja predstavlja plinsku baklju te je za nju u tijeku priprema za tehnički pregled. Faza 2 je izgradnja plinskog postrojenja za proizvodnju električne energije i za nju je u tijeku analiza energetskog potencijala odlagališta i iznalaženja mogućnosti izgradnje postrojenja.

Paket C predstavlja uređaj za pročišćavanje procjednih voda. Do sada je proveden monitoring procjednih voda te će dobiveni rezultati služiti kao ulazni podatak za izradu projektne dokumentacije uređaja za pročišćavanje. U tijeku je priprema dokumentacije za javnu nabavu izrade projektne dokumentacije i izvođenja radova.
Provedbom cjelokupnog projekta sanacije spriječit će se daljnji negativni utjecaji na okoliš i ljudsko zdravlje i postići će se zaštita podzemnih i površinskih voda, smanjenje emisija stakleničkih plinova, te zaštita i očuvanje prirodnog okoliša.
Podsjetimo, projekt „Sanacija odlagališta komunalnog otpada Karepovac" sufinanciran je sredstvima Europske unije iz Kohezijskog fonda u razdoblju 2014. do 2020. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je skoro 40 milijuna eura, bespovratna sredstva iz Kohezijskog fonda su oko 15 milijuna eura, a ostatak sredstava osiguran iz proračuna Grada Splita.

Grad Split se na svojim stranicama pohvalio da je dovršena i druga faza sanacije na preoblikovanom dijelu odlagališta komunalnog otpada Karepovac označena kao Paket A Faze 3 u ukupnoj sanaciji Karepovca te je ishođena uporabna dozvola.
- Radovi Paketa A Faze 3 predstavljaju najvažniju komponentu cjelokupne sanacije odlagališta Karepovac čijim završetkom su stavljene pod kontrolu emisije odlagališnog plina u zrak te nastajanje procjedne vode. Ova faza je je nastavak do sada izvršenih radova Paketa A Faze 1 kada je postojeći otpad presložen i oblikovan čime je osigurana trajna stabilnost odloženog otpada - pišu iz Banovine i vele da je ukupna vrijednost izvedenih radova ove faze sanacije skoro sedam milijuna eura s PDV-om.

U ovoj fazi sanacije izvedeni su radovi na izgradnji sustava aktivnog otplinjavanja koji obuhvaća izvedbu plinskih bunara i ugradnju plinovoda. Ukupno je izvedeno 82 bunara dubine od 5 metara do 53 metra, a ukupna dubina bunara je 1570 metara. Bunari su linijskim plinovodima povezani na četiri kolektora koji prikupljeni plin odvode do plinske baklje gdje će se u kontroliranim uvjetima obraditi. Naglašavaju da je izvedeno deset linija plinovoda ukupne duljine preko tri kilometra.
Smanjena vizualna izloženost
Zatvoren je i konačno prekriven postojeći presloženi otpad završnim prekrivnim sustavom koji se sastoji od ugradnje troslojnog geokompozitnog drenažnog sloja sustava za otplinjavanje, geokompozitnog bentonitnog tepiha te troslojnog geokompozita kao drenažnog sloja za prihvat procijeđene oborinske vode te rekultivirajućeg sloja izvedenog od mješovitog zemljanog materijala debljine 80 cm na koji je ugrađen 20 cm debeli sloj humusa.
Krajobraznom sanacijom prekrivenog dijela odlagališta, koja se sastoji od ozelenjavanja tijela odlagališta metodom hidrosjetve, smanjena je vizualna izloženosti tijela odlagališta.

- Uređenje okoliša odlagališta u sklopu kojeg je na obodnom pojasu zasađeno 214 stablašica u formi drvoreda da štite od negativnih utjecaja s odlagališta te u svrhu stvaranja ambijentalne vrijednosti koja podiže kvalitetu prostora kao tampon zona prema susjednim parcelama - objašnjavaju.
Inače, sanacija Karepovca je podijeljena na Paket A koji se dalje dijeli na Fazu 1, Fazu 2, Fazu 3 i Fazu 4. Na Paket B podijeljen na Fazu 1 i Fazu 2 te na Paket C.
Projekt sanacije napreduje
Od Paketa A do sada su izvedene Faza 1 i Faza 3. Faza 2 predstavlja uređenje ulazne zone, a Faza 4 je sanitarna ploha na kojoj se sada odlaže komunalni otpad i ona je zadnja faza sanacije te početak izvođenja radova na njoj značit će konačno zatvaranje Karepovca.
Od Paketa B je izvedena Faza 1 koja predstavlja plinsku baklju te je za nju u tijeku priprema za tehnički pregled. Faza 2 je izgradnja plinskog postrojenja za proizvodnju električne energije i za nju je u tijeku analiza energetskog potencijala odlagališta i iznalaženja mogućnosti izgradnje postrojenja.

Paket C predstavlja uređaj za pročišćavanje procjednih voda. Do sada je proveden monitoring procjednih voda te će dobiveni rezultati služiti kao ulazni podatak za izradu projektne dokumentacije uređaja za pročišćavanje. U tijeku je priprema dokumentacije za javnu nabavu izrade projektne dokumentacije i izvođenja radova.
Provedbom cjelokupnog projekta sanacije spriječit će se daljnji negativni utjecaji na okoliš i ljudsko zdravlje i postići će se zaštita podzemnih i površinskih voda, smanjenje emisija stakleničkih plinova, te zaštita i očuvanje prirodnog okoliša.
Podsjetimo, projekt „Sanacija odlagališta komunalnog otpada Karepovac" sufinanciran je sredstvima Europske unije iz Kohezijskog fonda u razdoblju 2014. do 2020. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je skoro 40 milijuna eura, bespovratna sredstva iz Kohezijskog fonda su oko 15 milijuna eura, a ostatak sredstava osiguran iz proračuna Grada Splita.
