Upornost građana urodila je plodom. Krenulo je mjerenje kvalitete zraka na području kotara Brda. Podsjećamo, Splićani su se više puta žalili na razne rasute terete skladištene u Sjevernoj luci, koje vjetar nekad raznosi prema njihovim domovima, o čemu smo pisali.

Sigurno ih veseli vijest iz Banovine kako su naručene mjerne postaje za provjeru kvalitete zraka te da su u nedjelju 5. ožujka krenula prva mjerenja. Inače, na zahtjev građana, a prema rješenju Inspekcije zaštite okoliša još 2021. godine donesena je odluka o provedbi mjerenja posebne namjene baš zbog novonastale situacije u Sjevernoj luci.

- Provode se u svrhu utvrđivanja opravdanosti sumnje, izražene prijavom građana, da je došlo do onečišćenja zraka koje može narušiti zdravlje ljudi, kvalitetu življenja i/ili štetno djelovati na bilo koju sastavnicu okoliša - obrazloženo je u Odluci koja se počela provoditi.

Mjerenja će se obaviti četiri puta tijekom u trajanju od 15 dana u svakom godišnjem dobu, a provest će se akreditiranim metodama s uređajima na mobilnim mjernim postajama za mjerenje kvalitete zraka postavljenim od Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (NZJZ) Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, najavljeno je na službenim stranicama Grada Splita.

- Na kraju svakog razdoblja kada se obrade uzorci, poslat će se izvještaji, odnosno donijet će se ocjena kvalitete zraka - objasnio je Nenad Periš, voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka, tla i buke županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, koji je angažiran od strane Grada za provedbu mjerenja.

Ruža vjetrova presudila

Odabrane su lokacije za mjerne postaje s obzirom na ružu vjetrova. Dvije postaje koje je naručio Grad postavljene su kod dječjeg vrtića "Veseli patuljak" u Kupreškoj ulici te kod dječjeg vrtića "Pluton" u Petravićevoj ulici.

- Tako ćemo saznati kakav zrak udišu i djeca, ali i građani tog dijela grada. Pri traženju same postaje moram napomenuti da je ravnatelj gradskih vrtića "Radost", gospodin Dubravko Vukovac bio jako susretljiv te nam je omogućio da na tim lokacijama postavimo postaje za mjerenje kvalitete zraka - rekao je Periš.

Mjerenja će obuhvatiti više onečišćujućih tvari: lebdeće čestice PM2.5, PM10 i udio teških metala u njima: Arsen (AS), Kadmij (Cd), Nikal (Ni) i olovo (Pb).

Uz to, Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije provest će samoinicijativno i ispitivanja kvalitete zraka s obzirom na prisutnost ukupnih praškastih materijala odnosno ukupne taložne tvari te udjela teških metala u njoj i to kontinuirano tijekom cijele godine dana. Podaci će također biti dostupni svim zainteresiranima.

- Inače, naš Zavod posjeduje dva ekrana koji javno iznose podatke mjernih postaja o kvaliteti zraka u realnom vremenu kada naši instrumente izmjere te podatke - jedan smješten u Vukovarskoj ulici, a drugi kraj zgrade Lučke uprave u luci Split. Sada će se tim podacima dodati i mjerenja dviju postaja postavljenih na Brdima - objasnio je voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

Nenad Periš je istaknuo kako su sve ovo odlične vijesti, jer se takvim naručenim mjerenjima građanima poručuje kako se slušaju njihovi apeli te će se konačno potvrditi jesu li opravdani njihovi strahovi.

- Najvažnije od svega je da se svi zajedno svatko na svoj način brinemo za očuvanje čistog okoliša u našem lijepom Splitu - naglasio je naš sugovornik.

Inače, mjerenja posebne namjene trebala su se obaviti još tijekom 2021. i 2022. godine. Ako se ovim naručenim mjerenjem utvrdi prekomjerna onečišćenost zraka te ako je poznato tko je krivac, troškove mjerenja snosit će onečišćivač. Ako se mjerenjem utvrdi da nije došlo do prekomjerne onečišćenosti ili je došlo do prekomjerne onečišćenosti, a onečišćivač nije poznat, troškove će snositi Grad Split.

Upornost građana urodila je plodom. Krenulo je mjerenje kvalitete zraka na području kotara Brda. Podsjećamo, Splićani su se više puta žalili na razne rasute terete skladištene u Sjevernoj luci, koje vjetar nekad raznosi prema njihovim domovima, o čemu smo pisali.

Sigurno ih veseli vijest iz Banovine kako su naručene mjerne postaje za provjeru kvalitete zraka te da su u nedjelju 5. ožujka krenula prva mjerenja. Inače, na zahtjev građana, a prema rješenju Inspekcije zaštite okoliša još 2021. godine donesena je odluka o provedbi mjerenja posebne namjene baš zbog novonastale situacije u Sjevernoj luci.

- Provode se u svrhu utvrđivanja opravdanosti sumnje, izražene prijavom građana, da je došlo do onečišćenja zraka koje može narušiti zdravlje ljudi, kvalitetu življenja i/ili štetno djelovati na bilo koju sastavnicu okoliša - obrazloženo je u Odluci koja se počela provoditi.

Mjerenja će se obaviti četiri puta tijekom u trajanju od 15 dana u svakom godišnjem dobu, a provest će se akreditiranim metodama s uređajima na mobilnim mjernim postajama za mjerenje kvalitete zraka postavljenim od Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (NZJZ) Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, najavljeno je na službenim stranicama Grada Splita.

- Na kraju svakog razdoblja kada se obrade uzorci, poslat će se izvještaji, odnosno donijet će se ocjena kvalitete zraka - objasnio je Nenad Periš, voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka, tla i buke županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo, koji je angažiran od strane Grada za provedbu mjerenja.

Ruža vjetrova presudila

Odabrane su lokacije za mjerne postaje s obzirom na ružu vjetrova. Dvije postaje koje je naručio Grad postavljene su kod dječjeg vrtića "Veseli patuljak" u Kupreškoj ulici te kod dječjeg vrtića "Pluton" u Petravićevoj ulici.

- Tako ćemo saznati kakav zrak udišu i djeca, ali i građani tog dijela grada. Pri traženju same postaje moram napomenuti da je ravnatelj gradskih vrtića "Radost", gospodin Dubravko Vukovac bio jako susretljiv te nam je omogućio da na tim lokacijama postavimo postaje za mjerenje kvalitete zraka - rekao je Periš.

Mjerenja će obuhvatiti više onečišćujućih tvari: lebdeće čestice PM2.5, PM10 i udio teških metala u njima: Arsen (AS), Kadmij (Cd), Nikal (Ni) i olovo (Pb).

Uz to, Nastavni zavod za javno zdravstvo Splitsko-dalmatinske županije provest će samoinicijativno i ispitivanja kvalitete zraka s obzirom na prisutnost ukupnih praškastih materijala odnosno ukupne taložne tvari te udjela teških metala u njoj i to kontinuirano tijekom cijele godine dana. Podaci će također biti dostupni svim zainteresiranima.

- Inače, naš Zavod posjeduje dva ekrana koji javno iznose podatke mjernih postaja o kvaliteti zraka u realnom vremenu kada naši instrumente izmjere te podatke - jedan smješten u Vukovarskoj ulici, a drugi kraj zgrade Lučke uprave u luci Split. Sada će se tim podacima dodati i mjerenja dviju postaja postavljenih na Brdima - objasnio je voditelj Odjela za ispitivanje zraka županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo.

Nenad Periš je istaknuo kako su sve ovo odlične vijesti, jer se takvim naručenim mjerenjima građanima poručuje kako se slušaju njihovi apeli te će se konačno potvrditi jesu li opravdani njihovi strahovi.

- Najvažnije od svega je da se svi zajedno svatko na svoj način brinemo za očuvanje čistog okoliša u našem lijepom Splitu - naglasio je naš sugovornik.

Inače, mjerenja posebne namjene trebala su se obaviti još tijekom 2021. i 2022. godine. Ako se ovim naručenim mjerenjem utvrdi prekomjerna onečišćenost zraka te ako je poznato tko je krivac, troškove mjerenja snosit će onečišćivač. Ako se mjerenjem utvrdi da nije došlo do prekomjerne onečišćenosti ili je došlo do prekomjerne onečišćenosti, a onečišćivač nije poznat, troškove će snositi Grad Split.
