Ako je suditi po dosadašnjem odazivu Splićana i stanovnika županije na pozive u sklopu pilot-projekta preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda, po svoj će prilici taj projekt "polomiti zube" upravo na našem području.

Do sada je na području županije upućeno 400 poziva starijima od 40 godina i onima koji dulje od dvije godine nisu bili kod svojeg obiteljskog liječnika. Od tih 400 poziva, njih 100 provjereno je primljeno, a na preventivne preglede odazvalo se šest ljudi.

Preostalih 300 poziva poslano je nedavno, još nisu isporučeni i bit će vrlo zanimljivo vidjeti koliko će se ljudi odazvati.

"Klinička slika" u ovom pilot-projektu nije ista u ostalim dijelovima Hrvatske, gdje je on zaživio. Tako se, kako doznajemo od dr. Tomislava Benjaka, voditelja radne skupine pilot-projekta, u Međimurskoj županiji do sada odazvalo više od 30 ljudi, a veliki je odaziv bio i u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji.

– Ljudi u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske u ovakvim pilot-projektima očigledno vide priliku da nešto učinu u pogledu svojeg zdravlja, odnosno da utvrde jesu li bolesni ili nisu – rekao nam je dr. Benjak.

Bolje ne znati dijagnozu

Zanimalo nas je zašto je, po njegovu mišljenju, odaziv na preventivne preglede u Splitu i SDŽ-u tako mizeran.

– Mislim da se radi o kulturološko-sociološkom fenomenu o kojemu bi trebalo možda provesti ozbiljniju i dublju raspravu. Mogu jedino pretpostaviti da neke ljude očigledno nije briga za zdravlje.

Mislim da neki ljudi jednostavno ne žele doći u poziciju da im liječnik nešto otkrije, odnosno da im kaže da boluju od neke bolesti i da bi se trebali liječiti. Oni se trenutačno osjećaju dobro i nisu ni svjesni da možda od nečega boluju. Možda je u pitanju i temperament, stil života ili navika – veli dr. Benjak.

Ovih šest pacijenata koji su se javili na preventivne preglede odazvali su se na pozive počevši od 20. rujna, kad je stvarno započeo pilot-projekt u Splitu. Naime, početak mu je bio u srpnju, kad je pregledan jedan pacijent, no onda je, zbog ljeta i izrazito visokih temperatura, prekinut do "normalnijih" meteoroloških uvjeta.

Druga priča iz splitskoga KBC-a, vezana je također uz nebrigu o zdravlju.

Tamo je prije nekoliko dana jedna naša sugrađanka vidjela nešto o čemu se baš i ne piše, jer, naravno, uvijek su i za sve "krivi" liječnici, medicinske sestre..., a nikada pacijenti.

Propali termin

Žena je čekala na pregled na jednom bolničkom odjelu. Sjedila je u čekaonici i iščekivala kad će je medicinska sestra prozvati da uđe kod liječnika. U jednom trenutku medicinska je sestra izišla u čekaonicu i počela prozivati.

Prozvala je sedam ili osam imena i prezimena, ali nitko se nije odazvao, odnosno nitko od naručenih pacijenata nije došao na pregled. Da stvar bude gora, nitko od njih nije otkazao pregled koji im je "neodgodivo" trebao. Na taj su način "ukrali" termin nekome kome je pretraga bila možda od životne važnosti.

Eto, još jedan primjer "bolesničke nebrige" za zdravlje, a staviti bismo ruku u vatru da upravo takvi najviše negoduju kad ne mogu dobiti termin kod liječnika.

Ako je suditi po dosadašnjem odazivu Splićana i stanovnika županije na pozive u sklopu pilot-projekta preventivnih zdravstvenih pregleda, po svoj će prilici taj projekt "polomiti zube" upravo na našem području.

Do sada je na području županije upućeno 400 poziva starijima od 40 godina i onima koji dulje od dvije godine nisu bili kod svojeg obiteljskog liječnika. Od tih 400 poziva, njih 100 provjereno je primljeno, a na preventivne preglede odazvalo se šest ljudi.

Preostalih 300 poziva poslano je nedavno, još nisu isporučeni i bit će vrlo zanimljivo vidjeti koliko će se ljudi odazvati.

"Klinička slika" u ovom pilot-projektu nije ista u ostalim dijelovima Hrvatske, gdje je on zaživio. Tako se, kako doznajemo od dr. Tomislava Benjaka, voditelja radne skupine pilot-projekta, u Međimurskoj županiji do sada odazvalo više od 30 ljudi, a veliki je odaziv bio i u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji.

– Ljudi u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske u ovakvim pilot-projektima očigledno vide priliku da nešto učinu u pogledu svojeg zdravlja, odnosno da utvrde jesu li bolesni ili nisu – rekao nam je dr. Benjak.

Bolje ne znati dijagnozu

Zanimalo nas je zašto je, po njegovu mišljenju, odaziv na preventivne preglede u Splitu i SDŽ-u tako mizeran.

– Mislim da se radi o kulturološko-sociološkom fenomenu o kojemu bi trebalo možda provesti ozbiljniju i dublju raspravu. Mogu jedino pretpostaviti da neke ljude očigledno nije briga za zdravlje.

Mislim da neki ljudi jednostavno ne žele doći u poziciju da im liječnik nešto otkrije, odnosno da im kaže da boluju od neke bolesti i da bi se trebali liječiti. Oni se trenutačno osjećaju dobro i nisu ni svjesni da možda od nečega boluju. Možda je u pitanju i temperament, stil života ili navika – veli dr. Benjak.

Ovih šest pacijenata koji su se javili na preventivne preglede odazvali su se na pozive počevši od 20. rujna, kad je stvarno započeo pilot-projekt u Splitu. Naime, početak mu je bio u srpnju, kad je pregledan jedan pacijent, no onda je, zbog ljeta i izrazito visokih temperatura, prekinut do "normalnijih" meteoroloških uvjeta.

Druga priča iz splitskoga KBC-a, vezana je također uz nebrigu o zdravlju.

Tamo je prije nekoliko dana jedna naša sugrađanka vidjela nešto o čemu se baš i ne piše, jer, naravno, uvijek su i za sve "krivi" liječnici, medicinske sestre..., a nikada pacijenti.

Propali termin

Žena je čekala na pregled na jednom bolničkom odjelu. Sjedila je u čekaonici i iščekivala kad će je medicinska sestra prozvati da uđe kod liječnika. U jednom trenutku medicinska je sestra izišla u čekaonicu i počela prozivati.

Prozvala je sedam ili osam imena i prezimena, ali nitko se nije odazvao, odnosno nitko od naručenih pacijenata nije došao na pregled. Da stvar bude gora, nitko od njih nije otkazao pregled koji im je "neodgodivo" trebao. Na taj su način "ukrali" termin nekome kome je pretraga bila možda od životne važnosti.

Eto, još jedan primjer "bolesničke nebrige" za zdravlje, a staviti bismo ruku u vatru da upravo takvi najviše negoduju kad ne mogu dobiti termin kod liječnika.
