Hrvatski nogometni savez organizirao je treći po redu Sabor hrvatskog nogometa, koji je u Vodicama okupio vodeće ljude krovne organizacije i predstavnike klubova prva tri stupnja natjecanja u muškom nogometu, ljude iz futsala i ženskog nogometa, kao i županijskih saveza.

Predstavljen je nacrt strategije HNS-a, a nekoliko je tema pobudilo aktivnije rasprave. Klubove posebno žulja jedna stavka Zakona o sportu koji je na snazi od ove godine, a tiče se stipendijskih ugovora. U njemu sada postoji limit koliko se igraču smije godišnje isplatiti kako bi bio amater, a dobije li više praktično ga se tretira kao da je profesionalac. To je napravljeno prvenstveno zbog rukometa i košarke, gdje su na ime stipendijskih ugovora neki godišnje dobivali po 100 ili čak 200 tisuća eura...

Sustav stalnih natjecanje se zasad ne mijenja, ali intencija je da od 2026. godine i Prva nogometna liga, kao i HNL, bude s 10 klubova, a Druga nogometna liga s 18, pišu Sportske novosti.

Voditelj odjela natjecanja Neven Šprajcer stavio je na razmatranje prijedloge o kojim će još biti riječi prije konačne odluke. Jedan je da se odobri povećanje broja stranaca u Prvoj ligi, koja je drugi rang, sa sadašnja tri na pet, a smanji obvezan broj mlađih od 21 godine, koji moraju startati, s tri na dva. Ujedno bi se broj mladih povećao u Drugoj ligi. U najvišem rangu, HNL-u, imamo odredbu o šest stranaca.

Drugi prijedlog koji izdvajamo jest da svaki klub u prva četiri ranga može registrirati jednog ili dvojicu igrača mlađih od 21 godine iz takozvane regije koji se neće smatrati strancima. Dakle, ne samo da igrači iz zemalja EU nisu stranci, nego bi se tako tretirali jedan ili dva igrača po klubu iz drugih susjednih i bližih država. Mišljenja su bila podijeljena, nekima se sviđa ideja o više stranaca, drugi upozoravaju da to znači manje Hrvata na terenu, što može potencijalno biti vrlo opasno za budućnost reprezentacije.

Dakako, Sabor ne donosi službene odluke, one su u nadležnosti Skupštine ili Izvršnog odbora HNS-a. Organiziran je s ciljem rasprava o nacrtu strategije HNS-a, Pravilnicima o statusu igrača i registracijama i o radu s posrednicima u nogometu, sustavu stalnih natjecanja, te prevenciji i sigurnosti na nogometnim stadionima.

- Željeli smo na ovaj način dobiti povratnu informaciju da bismo u budućnosti lakše donosili neke važne odluke za dobrobit hrvatskog nogometa - istaknuo je predsjednik HNS-a Marijan Kustić.

Izvršni direktor Tomislav Svetina posebno je naglasio važnost strategije.

- Neki se mogu zapisati zašto smo odabrali pisati strategiju ako HNS trideset godina funkcionira bez raspisane strategije i ima uspjeha u svemu tome. Dakle, imamo sjajne rezultate, financijsku stabilnost i razvoj. Zašto onda pisati strategiju? Odgovor je jasan - vodstvo HNS-a odlučilo je uzeti u obzir sve ono što je bitno kako bismo mogli mjeriti naše strateške interese, želje i ciljeve. S druge strane, sigurno postoje prostor i segmenti unutar nogometne obitelji koji se mogu unaprijediti. Strategiju nećemo predstaviti kao gotov dokument, ovaj Sabor je zamišljen kao početak javne rasprave da bismo u konačnici strategiju usvojili na Skupštini HNS-a u proljeće sljedeće godine.

Strategija se odnosi na razdoblje od 2024. do 2028. godine, a predstavio ju je voditelj odjela komunikacija Tomislav Pacak.

- Želimo izvedive ciljeve koje zaista možemo dosegnuti, nije toliki fokus na sportskom rezultatu nego da ono što Savez radi i na što može utjecati bude maksimalno kvalitetno i da s naše strane damo najbolju moguću podlogu za daljnji razvoj nogometa u Hrvatskoj kroz tri strateška područja: nogomet, organizacija i reprezentacije.

Hrvatski nogometni savez organizirao je treći po redu Sabor hrvatskog nogometa, koji je u Vodicama okupio vodeće ljude krovne organizacije i predstavnike klubova prva tri stupnja natjecanja u muškom nogometu, ljude iz futsala i ženskog nogometa, kao i županijskih saveza.

Predstavljen je nacrt strategije HNS-a, a nekoliko je tema pobudilo aktivnije rasprave. Klubove posebno žulja jedna stavka Zakona o sportu koji je na snazi od ove godine, a tiče se stipendijskih ugovora. U njemu sada postoji limit koliko se igraču smije godišnje isplatiti kako bi bio amater, a dobije li više praktično ga se tretira kao da je profesionalac. To je napravljeno prvenstveno zbog rukometa i košarke, gdje su na ime stipendijskih ugovora neki godišnje dobivali po 100 ili čak 200 tisuća eura...

Sustav stalnih natjecanje se zasad ne mijenja, ali intencija je da od 2026. godine i Prva nogometna liga, kao i HNL, bude s 10 klubova, a Druga nogometna liga s 18, pišu Sportske novosti.

Voditelj odjela natjecanja Neven Šprajcer stavio je na razmatranje prijedloge o kojim će još biti riječi prije konačne odluke. Jedan je da se odobri povećanje broja stranaca u Prvoj ligi, koja je drugi rang, sa sadašnja tri na pet, a smanji obvezan broj mlađih od 21 godine, koji moraju startati, s tri na dva. Ujedno bi se broj mladih povećao u Drugoj ligi. U najvišem rangu, HNL-u, imamo odredbu o šest stranaca.

Drugi prijedlog koji izdvajamo jest da svaki klub u prva četiri ranga može registrirati jednog ili dvojicu igrača mlađih od 21 godine iz takozvane regije koji se neće smatrati strancima. Dakle, ne samo da igrači iz zemalja EU nisu stranci, nego bi se tako tretirali jedan ili dva igrača po klubu iz drugih susjednih i bližih država. Mišljenja su bila podijeljena, nekima se sviđa ideja o više stranaca, drugi upozoravaju da to znači manje Hrvata na terenu, što može potencijalno biti vrlo opasno za budućnost reprezentacije.

Dakako, Sabor ne donosi službene odluke, one su u nadležnosti Skupštine ili Izvršnog odbora HNS-a. Organiziran je s ciljem rasprava o nacrtu strategije HNS-a, Pravilnicima o statusu igrača i registracijama i o radu s posrednicima u nogometu, sustavu stalnih natjecanja, te prevenciji i sigurnosti na nogometnim stadionima.

- Željeli smo na ovaj način dobiti povratnu informaciju da bismo u budućnosti lakše donosili neke važne odluke za dobrobit hrvatskog nogometa - istaknuo je predsjednik HNS-a Marijan Kustić.

Izvršni direktor Tomislav Svetina posebno je naglasio važnost strategije.

- Neki se mogu zapisati zašto smo odabrali pisati strategiju ako HNS trideset godina funkcionira bez raspisane strategije i ima uspjeha u svemu tome. Dakle, imamo sjajne rezultate, financijsku stabilnost i razvoj. Zašto onda pisati strategiju? Odgovor je jasan - vodstvo HNS-a odlučilo je uzeti u obzir sve ono što je bitno kako bismo mogli mjeriti naše strateške interese, želje i ciljeve. S druge strane, sigurno postoje prostor i segmenti unutar nogometne obitelji koji se mogu unaprijediti. Strategiju nećemo predstaviti kao gotov dokument, ovaj Sabor je zamišljen kao početak javne rasprave da bismo u konačnici strategiju usvojili na Skupštini HNS-a u proljeće sljedeće godine.

Strategija se odnosi na razdoblje od 2024. do 2028. godine, a predstavio ju je voditelj odjela komunikacija Tomislav Pacak.

- Želimo izvedive ciljeve koje zaista možemo dosegnuti, nije toliki fokus na sportskom rezultatu nego da ono što Savez radi i na što može utjecati bude maksimalno kvalitetno i da s naše strane damo najbolju moguću podlogu za daljnji razvoj nogometa u Hrvatskoj kroz tri strateška područja: nogomet, organizacija i reprezentacije.
