Druga momčad Hajduka započela je s pripremama za nastavak sezone. Na prvom okupljanju novi trener Goran Sablić imao je na raspolaganju 27 igrača: vratari Karlo Sentić, Vice Baždarić, Ivan Ninčević i Luigi Mišević, te Ante Bekavac, David Iličić, Asim Muratović, Bruno Unušić, Branimir Barišić, Matija Burin, Luka Škaričić, Luka Grubišić, Filip Kosić, Bruno Jenjić, Ivan Ćalušić, Dino Skorup, Josip Mijatović, Tin Jurica, Zvonimir Filipović, Tino Blaž Lauš, Ivan Ćubelić, Madžid Šošić, Jakov Blagaić, Stephen Chinedu, Jurica Bajić, Ivan Šarić i Bleart Tolaj.
- Brojčano smo nešto jači, nekoliko igrača s posudbe (Skorup, Bajić, Blagaić, Jenjić, Iličić i Jurica) smo pozvali na početak priprema. S vremenom ćemo analizirati kako stojimo s kojom pozicijom, te nastojati izbalansirati momčad što kvalitetnije i odlučiti što s njima. Cilj nam je imati po dva igrača na svakoj poziciji i kvalitetan tonus u momčadi. Potrebna nam je jaka konkurencija kako igrači ne bi imali komfor zonu te bi jedan drugog gurali u borbi za mjesto u momčadi.
Pripreme će biti odrađene u Splitu?
- Da, nema potrebe za promjenom, ovdje imamo sve potrebne uvjete. Dogovorili smo i tri pripremne utakmice, a protivnici će nam biti RNK Split, Dugopolje i Croatia (Z) kao generalka. Predviđeno je da se odigraju na Poljudu, ali ovisno o vremenskim prilikama, moguće je da dođe i do promjene.
Promjena ima i u stožeru?
- Od ranije su tu Marko Lozančić, Antonio Sebežević i Zlatko Runje kao trener vratara, a s ovim pripremama priključeni su Siniša Šegović i Ante Puljiz.
Kakva su očekivanja od ove momčadi, vaši planovi i ciljevi?
- Od prvog dana sam u svakodnevnom kontaktu s predsjednikom Kluba, skautima i vodećim osobama Akademije te sam stekao uvid u stanje momčadi. Imali smo dovoljno vremena za to, a sad imamo šest tjedana za kvalitetnu pripremu. Prvi i osnovni cilj je popraviti stanje na ljestvici jer smatram da je to jedan od najboljih načina na koji oni mogu skrenuti pozornost na sebe. Potencijala svakako ima, to su uglavnom igrači koji su dugo u Hajdukovom trenažnom procesu i uvijek su u svom uzrastu bili nositelji kvalitete u Klubu, ali i na razini Hrvatske. Kroz ovih šest mjeseci moramo steći pravu sliku o tome na koga Hajduk može odmah računati za prvu momčad, a za koga je poželjna posudba u neki prvoligaški klub.
Hoće li biti dovođenja pojačanja sa strane?
- Neće. Mislim da imamo dovoljno kvalitete u svojim redovima. Kvalitetnih mladih igrača ima u prvoj momčadi te je moguće da se u dogovoru s trenerom netko od njih prema potrebi angažira i u drugoj momčadi. Isto tako imamo i nekolicinu vrlo talentiranih juniora koji mogu participirati u našim redovima.
Jeste li donijeli odluku o sustavu igre?
- Kod odabira sustava treba uzeti u obzir profil igrača, kao i činjenicu da je momčad jedan duži period igrala u određenoj formaciji. Želja mi je postaviti ih u sustav u kojem možemo iz njih kao pojedinaca izvući ono najbolje i približiti ih prvoj momčadi. Uz to svaki igrač mora biti prilagodljiv na različite varijante igre jer je to uvjet za njegov budući opstanak u modernom nogometu. Očekuje nas mnogo rada, prvenstvo se nastavlja 14. veljače utakmicom protiv Opatije, želja nam je odigrati bolju i kvalitetniju polusezonu od prethodne – zaključio je trener Hajduka II.

Druga momčad Hajduka započela je s pripremama za nastavak sezone. Na prvom okupljanju novi trener Goran Sablić imao je na raspolaganju 27 igrača: vratari Karlo Sentić, Vice Baždarić, Ivan Ninčević i Luigi Mišević, te Ante Bekavac, David Iličić, Asim Muratović, Bruno Unušić, Branimir Barišić, Matija Burin, Luka Škaričić, Luka Grubišić, Filip Kosić, Bruno Jenjić, Ivan Ćalušić, Dino Skorup, Josip Mijatović, Tin Jurica, Zvonimir Filipović, Tino Blaž Lauš, Ivan Ćubelić, Madžid Šošić, Jakov Blagaić, Stephen Chinedu, Jurica Bajić, Ivan Šarić i Bleart Tolaj.
- Brojčano smo nešto jači, nekoliko igrača s posudbe (Skorup, Bajić, Blagaić, Jenjić, Iličić i Jurica) smo pozvali na početak priprema. S vremenom ćemo analizirati kako stojimo s kojom pozicijom, te nastojati izbalansirati momčad što kvalitetnije i odlučiti što s njima. Cilj nam je imati po dva igrača na svakoj poziciji i kvalitetan tonus u momčadi. Potrebna nam je jaka konkurencija kako igrači ne bi imali komfor zonu te bi jedan drugog gurali u borbi za mjesto u momčadi.
Pripreme će biti odrađene u Splitu?
- Da, nema potrebe za promjenom, ovdje imamo sve potrebne uvjete. Dogovorili smo i tri pripremne utakmice, a protivnici će nam biti RNK Split, Dugopolje i Croatia (Z) kao generalka. Predviđeno je da se odigraju na Poljudu, ali ovisno o vremenskim prilikama, moguće je da dođe i do promjene.
Promjena ima i u stožeru?
- Od ranije su tu Marko Lozančić, Antonio Sebežević i Zlatko Runje kao trener vratara, a s ovim pripremama priključeni su Siniša Šegović i Ante Puljiz.
Kakva su očekivanja od ove momčadi, vaši planovi i ciljevi?
- Od prvog dana sam u svakodnevnom kontaktu s predsjednikom Kluba, skautima i vodećim osobama Akademije te sam stekao uvid u stanje momčadi. Imali smo dovoljno vremena za to, a sad imamo šest tjedana za kvalitetnu pripremu. Prvi i osnovni cilj je popraviti stanje na ljestvici jer smatram da je to jedan od najboljih načina na koji oni mogu skrenuti pozornost na sebe. Potencijala svakako ima, to su uglavnom igrači koji su dugo u Hajdukovom trenažnom procesu i uvijek su u svom uzrastu bili nositelji kvalitete u Klubu, ali i na razini Hrvatske. Kroz ovih šest mjeseci moramo steći pravu sliku o tome na koga Hajduk može odmah računati za prvu momčad, a za koga je poželjna posudba u neki prvoligaški klub.
Hoće li biti dovođenja pojačanja sa strane?
- Neće. Mislim da imamo dovoljno kvalitete u svojim redovima. Kvalitetnih mladih igrača ima u prvoj momčadi te je moguće da se u dogovoru s trenerom netko od njih prema potrebi angažira i u drugoj momčadi. Isto tako imamo i nekolicinu vrlo talentiranih juniora koji mogu participirati u našim redovima.
Jeste li donijeli odluku o sustavu igre?
- Kod odabira sustava treba uzeti u obzir profil igrača, kao i činjenicu da je momčad jedan duži period igrala u određenoj formaciji. Želja mi je postaviti ih u sustav u kojem možemo iz njih kao pojedinaca izvući ono najbolje i približiti ih prvoj momčadi. Uz to svaki igrač mora biti prilagodljiv na različite varijante igre jer je to uvjet za njegov budući opstanak u modernom nogometu. Očekuje nas mnogo rada, prvenstvo se nastavlja 14. veljače utakmicom protiv Opatije, želja nam je odigrati bolju i kvalitetniju polusezonu od prethodne – zaključio je trener Hajduka II.
