Teški trenuci spajaju, poput smrti, gube se rivalski odnosi, među onima koji su pohodili obitelj Stanka Poklepovića, izrazili sućut, bio je i - Slaven Zambata.

Legendarna Dinamova "devetka", duboko uronjen u povijest "modrih", prijateljuje s mnogim "bijelima", desetljećima već. Pa tako je bilo i sa Poklepovićem.

Zambi je po mladosti - Sinjanin, a stanovnik je u ova "iskusna doba svoga života" više Splita, nego Zagreba. Vršnjak Poklepovićev, za reć pravo koju godinu mlađi, Slaven nam je rekao:

- Strašno će mi falit Špaco - priznaje slavni golgeter Zambata.

- Mi bismo se znali susresti i pričati takoreći satima, o balunu, o nogometu, nego šta, uvijek neiscrpno vrelo sjećanja. Ono što vam može biti zanimljvo jest da se znamo otkad bi Split kao tadašnji prvoligaš dolazio na treninge, na pripreme u Sinj, kod mog Junaka. Tada smo se upoznali Špaco i ja, on kao važan igrač Splita, a ja tek u dolasku... Gledao sam ga ka' u boga, kao veliki igrački autoritet. Doduše, posebnu mi je pažnju okupirao tada i Splitov centarfor Tonći Gulin, e to je bio svjetski igrač, kako se samo Gulin okretao i pucao, učio sam od njega gledajući, upijao svaki Gulinov potez, a sa Špacom sam odmah našao zajedničku žicu, crtu razgovora i komentiranja...

- Ostali smo dakako prijatelji, mene je put spletom okolnosti odveo u Dinamo, a Špaco je brzo prešao u trenere. U Splitu sam i kako da ne dođem mome Špaci, na rastanak...S njim odlazi dio moje mladosti, lijepih sjećanja - kaže nam "plavi devet" Slaven Zambata.

Teški trenuci spajaju, poput smrti, gube se rivalski odnosi, među onima koji su pohodili obitelj Stanka Poklepovića, izrazili sućut, bio je i - Slaven Zambata.

Legendarna Dinamova "devetka", duboko uronjen u povijest "modrih", prijateljuje s mnogim "bijelima", desetljećima već. Pa tako je bilo i sa Poklepovićem.

Zambi je po mladosti - Sinjanin, a stanovnik je u ova "iskusna doba svoga života" više Splita, nego Zagreba. Vršnjak Poklepovićev, za reć pravo koju godinu mlađi, Slaven nam je rekao:

- Strašno će mi falit Špaco - priznaje slavni golgeter Zambata.

- Mi bismo se znali susresti i pričati takoreći satima, o balunu, o nogometu, nego šta, uvijek neiscrpno vrelo sjećanja. Ono što vam može biti zanimljvo jest da se znamo otkad bi Split kao tadašnji prvoligaš dolazio na treninge, na pripreme u Sinj, kod mog Junaka. Tada smo se upoznali Špaco i ja, on kao važan igrač Splita, a ja tek u dolasku... Gledao sam ga ka' u boga, kao veliki igrački autoritet. Doduše, posebnu mi je pažnju okupirao tada i Splitov centarfor Tonći Gulin, e to je bio svjetski igrač, kako se samo Gulin okretao i pucao, učio sam od njega gledajući, upijao svaki Gulinov potez, a sa Špacom sam odmah našao zajedničku žicu, crtu razgovora i komentiranja...

- Ostali smo dakako prijatelji, mene je put spletom okolnosti odveo u Dinamo, a Špaco je brzo prešao u trenere. U Splitu sam i kako da ne dođem mome Špaci, na rastanak...S njim odlazi dio moje mladosti, lijepih sjećanja - kaže nam "plavi devet" Slaven Zambata.
