Nakon posljednje pripremne utakmice sa Slovenijom, a uoči prve utakmice pretkvalifikacija za Euro 2025 protiv Poljske izbornik Damir Mulaomerović odlučio je skratiti popis reprezentacije na finalnih 12 reprezentativaca koji će Hrvatsku predstavljati na nadolazećem Europskom prvenstvu, ali i na pretkvalifikacijskim utakmicama.

Mulaomerović naglašava kako su svi zaslužili put na Europsko prvenstvo i kako mu je bilo najteže odrediti tko će otpasti.

"Najteži je zadatak bio odrediti tri igrača koji trebaju ispasti. Sva trojica su vrhunski momci i zaslužuju biti tu. No, moj je posao da odredim 12 igrača. Što se nedoumica tiče, odlučio sam se za Mavru koji možda ima više iskustva na poziciji 1, kao trećeg playmakera. Najteže mi je bilo donijeti odluku o Marčinkoviću jer je on svojim radom i ponašanjem u vrhu, zapravo sva trojica (i Filipović i Drežnjak) su zaslužili biti dio ove ekipe, međutim na toj poziciji imamo dosta igrača, tako da je ovih dvanaestero finalni izbor. Naravno da, ako se ne daj Bože, nešto dogodi, svaki od njih ostaje u opciji da ga se vrati, ali nadamo se da će proći bez ozljeda", rekao je Mulaomerović.

Hrvatska utakmicu 1. kola skupine E pretkvalifikacija za nastup na EuroBasketu igra sutra protiv Poljske s početkom  u 18.30 sati. 

"Poljska je reprezentacija vrlo nezgodna, bit će to vrlo teška utakmica. Oni su u posljednje dvije pripremne utakmice pobijedili Gruziju i jaku Tursku, tako da nas sigurno čeka težak posao", kazao je izbornik.

Nakon Poljske, u Opatiji Hrvatsku očekuje i utakmica sa Švicarskom. "Tu utakmicu nakon što, nadam se,  dođemo s dobrim vijestima iz Poljske moramo odigrati dobro. Sjetimo se, ta je Švicarska u posljednjim kvalifikacijama za Europsko prvenstvo pobijedila Srbiju. Ne smijemo nikoga podcijeniti, moramo biti maksimalno koncentrirani i zatim u pozitivi krenuti na EuroBasket", dodao je.

Hrvatskoj košarkaškoj reprezentaciji slijede službene utakmice – dvije pretkvalifikacijske utakmice za EuroBasket 2025 (25. kolovoza u Poljskoj i 28. kolovoza protiv Švicarske u Opatiji), a zatim Europsko prvenstvo od 1. do 18. rujna.

Nakon posljednje pripremne utakmice sa Slovenijom, a uoči prve utakmice pretkvalifikacija za Euro 2025 protiv Poljske izbornik Damir Mulaomerović odlučio je skratiti popis reprezentacije na finalnih 12 reprezentativaca koji će Hrvatsku predstavljati na nadolazećem Europskom prvenstvu, ali i na pretkvalifikacijskim utakmicama.

Mulaomerović naglašava kako su svi zaslužili put na Europsko prvenstvo i kako mu je bilo najteže odrediti tko će otpasti.

"Najteži je zadatak bio odrediti tri igrača koji trebaju ispasti. Sva trojica su vrhunski momci i zaslužuju biti tu. No, moj je posao da odredim 12 igrača. Što se nedoumica tiče, odlučio sam se za Mavru koji možda ima više iskustva na poziciji 1, kao trećeg playmakera. Najteže mi je bilo donijeti odluku o Marčinkoviću jer je on svojim radom i ponašanjem u vrhu, zapravo sva trojica (i Filipović i Drežnjak) su zaslužili biti dio ove ekipe, međutim na toj poziciji imamo dosta igrača, tako da je ovih dvanaestero finalni izbor. Naravno da, ako se ne daj Bože, nešto dogodi, svaki od njih ostaje u opciji da ga se vrati, ali nadamo se da će proći bez ozljeda", rekao je Mulaomerović.

Hrvatska utakmicu 1. kola skupine E pretkvalifikacija za nastup na EuroBasketu igra sutra protiv Poljske s početkom  u 18.30 sati. 

"Poljska je reprezentacija vrlo nezgodna, bit će to vrlo teška utakmica. Oni su u posljednje dvije pripremne utakmice pobijedili Gruziju i jaku Tursku, tako da nas sigurno čeka težak posao", kazao je izbornik.

Nakon Poljske, u Opatiji Hrvatsku očekuje i utakmica sa Švicarskom. "Tu utakmicu nakon što, nadam se,  dođemo s dobrim vijestima iz Poljske moramo odigrati dobro. Sjetimo se, ta je Švicarska u posljednjim kvalifikacijama za Europsko prvenstvo pobijedila Srbiju. Ne smijemo nikoga podcijeniti, moramo biti maksimalno koncentrirani i zatim u pozitivi krenuti na EuroBasket", dodao je.

Hrvatskoj košarkaškoj reprezentaciji slijede službene utakmice – dvije pretkvalifikacijske utakmice za EuroBasket 2025 (25. kolovoza u Poljskoj i 28. kolovoza protiv Švicarske u Opatiji), a zatim Europsko prvenstvo od 1. do 18. rujna.

Mulaomerović objasnio svoj izbor ekipe za EuroBasket: ‘Najteži je zadatak bio odrediti tri igrača koji trebaju ispasti‘

Nakon posljednje pripremne utakmice sa Slovenijom, a uoči prve utakmice pretkvalifikacija za Euro 2025 protiv Poljske izbornik Damir Mulaomerović odlučio je skratiti popis reprezentacije na finalnih 12 reprezentativaca koji će Hrvatsku predstavljati na nadolazećem Europskom prvenstvu, ali i na pretkvalifikacijskim utakmicama.

Mulaomerović naglašava kako su svi zaslužili put na Europsko prvenstvo i kako mu je bilo najteže odrediti tko će otpasti.

"Najteži je zadatak bio odrediti tri igrača koji trebaju ispasti. Sva trojica su vrhunski momci i zaslužuju biti tu. No, moj je posao da odredim 12 igrača.
