Australski košarkaš Ben Simmons trenutno je član Brooklyn Netsa. Iako zarađuje veliki novac igrajući u NBA ligi, čini se da su njegovi troškovi na mjesečnoj razini ogromni i ide prema bankrota.

- Iz vrlo pouzdanih izvora imam informaciju da je ostao bez novca. Nestalo je, previše je trošio - govori novinar Howard Eskin i dodaje:

- Gubi dosta novca zbog neaktivnog statusa, ali je i trošio previše. Kupio je kuću od 17.5 milijuna dolara, ali tu su brojni porezi koje je morao riješiti.

- Ima i dvije kuće u predgrađu Philadelphije koje vrijede osam ili devet milijuna. Svakog mjeseca kupuje novi automobil od 400 ili 500 tisuća. Troši novac tek tako jer misli da ga nikad neće potrošiti. Jako pouzdana osoba mi je rekla da je u ozbiljnom problemu sa novcem.

Simmons je inače dosta kontroverzna osoba i često je bio u medijima. Ranije je odbijao igrati, sada je navodno od svoje bivše zaručnice zatražio da mu vrati zaručnički prsten. Ben je navodno poslao pismo preko odvjetnika svojoj bivšoj zaručnici u vezi s dijamantnim prstenom vrijednim milijun dolara. Voditeljica Love Islanda Maya Jama bila je u vezi sa NBA zvijezdom, trebala se udati za njega nakon što ju je zaprosio u prosincu 2021. godine, no prekinuli su krajem prošle godine.

Par se očito borio s vezom na daljinu i pretrpanim rasporedom. Jama se nalazi u Londonu, dok je Simmons u New Yorku. Jama je zadržala kod sebe zaručnički prsten nakon rastanka, ali sada je dobila pismo u kojem je Simmons rekao da ga mora vratiti.

Jama je prethodno hodala s britanskim reperom Stormzyjem od 2015. do 2019., dok je Simmons navodno hodao s reality zvijezdom i modelom Kendall Jenner. Simmons je imao uspon i pad sezone s Netsima, s prosjekom od 7,5 poena, 6,7 skokova i 6,4 asistencije po utakmici.

Australac je 2019. pristao na novi ugovor s Philadelphia 76ersima, što bi mu značilo plaću od 170 milijuna dolara tijekom pet godina. Propustio je sezonu 2021/22 nakon svađe sa Sixersima, i što su ga navijači kritizirali zbog njegovih nastupa u doigravanju.

Kasnije je u velikoj razmjeni otišao u Brooklyn, dok je James Harden iz Brooklyna prešao u Philadelphiju. Osim Simmona, Netsi su dobili i Setha Curryja, te Andre Drummonda, a dio dogovora bio je Paul Milsap koji je postao član Phile.

Australski košarkaš Ben Simmons trenutno je član Brooklyn Netsa. Iako zarađuje veliki novac igrajući u NBA ligi, čini se da su njegovi troškovi na mjesečnoj razini ogromni i ide prema bankrota.

- Iz vrlo pouzdanih izvora imam informaciju da je ostao bez novca. Nestalo je, previše je trošio - govori novinar Howard Eskin i dodaje:

- Gubi dosta novca zbog neaktivnog statusa, ali je i trošio previše. Kupio je kuću od 17.5 milijuna dolara, ali tu su brojni porezi koje je morao riješiti.

- Ima i dvije kuće u predgrađu Philadelphije koje vrijede osam ili devet milijuna. Svakog mjeseca kupuje novi automobil od 400 ili 500 tisuća. Troši novac tek tako jer misli da ga nikad neće potrošiti. Jako pouzdana osoba mi je rekla da je u ozbiljnom problemu sa novcem.

Simmons je inače dosta kontroverzna osoba i često je bio u medijima. Ranije je odbijao igrati, sada je navodno od svoje bivše zaručnice zatražio da mu vrati zaručnički prsten. Ben je navodno poslao pismo preko odvjetnika svojoj bivšoj zaručnici u vezi s dijamantnim prstenom vrijednim milijun dolara. Voditeljica Love Islanda Maya Jama bila je u vezi sa NBA zvijezdom, trebala se udati za njega nakon što ju je zaprosio u prosincu 2021. godine, no prekinuli su krajem prošle godine.

Par se očito borio s vezom na daljinu i pretrpanim rasporedom. Jama se nalazi u Londonu, dok je Simmons u New Yorku. Jama je zadržala kod sebe zaručnički prsten nakon rastanka, ali sada je dobila pismo u kojem je Simmons rekao da ga mora vratiti.

Jama je prethodno hodala s britanskim reperom Stormzyjem od 2015. do 2019., dok je Simmons navodno hodao s reality zvijezdom i modelom Kendall Jenner. Simmons je imao uspon i pad sezone s Netsima, s prosjekom od 7,5 poena, 6,7 skokova i 6,4 asistencije po utakmici.

Australac je 2019. pristao na novi ugovor s Philadelphia 76ersima, što bi mu značilo plaću od 170 milijuna dolara tijekom pet godina. Propustio je sezonu 2021/22 nakon svađe sa Sixersima, i što su ga navijači kritizirali zbog njegovih nastupa u doigravanju.

Kasnije je u velikoj razmjeni otišao u Brooklyn, dok je James Harden iz Brooklyna prešao u Philadelphiju. Osim Simmona, Netsi su dobili i Setha Curryja, te Andre Drummonda, a dio dogovora bio je Paul Milsap koji je postao član Phile.

Australski košarkaš Ben Simmons trenutno je član Brooklyn Netsa. Iako zarađuje veliki novac igrajući u NBA ligi, čini se da su njegovi troškovi na mjesečnoj razini ogromni i ide prema bankrota.

- Iz vrlo pouzdanih izvora imam informaciju da je ostao bez novca. Nestalo je, previše je trošio - govori novinar Howard Eskin i dodaje:

- Gubi dosta novca zbog neaktivnog statusa, ali je i trošio previše. Kupio je kuću od 17.5 milijuna dolara, ali tu su brojni porezi koje je morao riješiti.

- Ima i dvije kuće u predgrađu Philadelphije koje vrijede osam ili devet milijuna. Svakog mjeseca kupuje novi automobil od 400 ili 500 tisuća. Troši novac tek tako jer misli da ga nikad neće potrošiti. Jako pouzdana osoba mi je rekla da je u ozbiljnom problemu sa novcem.

Simmons je inače dosta...
