Premda se nagađalo da bi Klay Thompson mogao biti spreman za povratak na košarkaške parkete već početkom nove NBA sezone, to se neće dogoditi.

Uz Stepha Curryja najbolji igrač Golden Statea, jedan od najboljih šutera lige i peterostruki All-Star igrač, mogao bi se vratiti tek tijekom 2022. godine. Naznačio je to generalni menadžer „ratnika“ iz San Francisca Bob Myers.

- Možda se vrati u prosincu, možda u siječnju, a možda i kasnije - rekao je Myers američkim novinarima.

Na parketima Thompsona nije bilo tijekom protekle dvije sezone. Teška ozljeda Ahilove tetive, ali i komplikacije tijekom rehabilitacije, natjerali su ovog 31-godišnjaka na dugo čekanje.

- Kada bi vidjeli Klayja kako u ovom trenutku izgleda na parketu vjerojatno bi rekli da može igrati već sutra. No, jedno su treninzi, a drugo liga i igra pet na pet. Definitivno nije spreman za povratak - dodao je Myers.

Uz to, Myers je dodao kako postoji opcija slanja Thompsona u „bratski“ klub Golden Statea, iz G lige, gdje bi se fizički čeličio za povratak u NBA ligu.

Premda se nagađalo da bi Klay Thompson mogao biti spreman za povratak na košarkaške parkete već početkom nove NBA sezone, to se neće dogoditi.

Uz Stepha Curryja najbolji igrač Golden Statea, jedan od najboljih šutera lige i peterostruki All-Star igrač, mogao bi se vratiti tek tijekom 2022. godine. Naznačio je to generalni menadžer „ratnika“ iz San Francisca Bob Myers.

- Možda se vrati u prosincu, možda u siječnju, a možda i kasnije - rekao je Myers američkim novinarima.

Na parketima Thompsona nije bilo tijekom protekle dvije sezone. Teška ozljeda Ahilove tetive, ali i komplikacije tijekom rehabilitacije, natjerali su ovog 31-godišnjaka na dugo čekanje.

- Kada bi vidjeli Klayja kako u ovom trenutku izgleda na parketu vjerojatno bi rekli da može igrati već sutra. No, jedno su treninzi, a drugo liga i igra pet na pet. Definitivno nije spreman za povratak - dodao je Myers.

Uz to, Myers je dodao kako postoji opcija slanja Thompsona u „bratski“ klub Golden Statea, iz G lige, gdje bi se fizički čeličio za povratak u NBA ligu.

Povratak Klayja Thompsona možda tek tijekom 2022., iz kluba poručuju: Definitivno nije spreman za povratak

Premda se nagađalo da bi Klay Thompson mogao biti spreman za povratak na košarkaške parkete već početkom nove NBA sezone, to se neće dogoditi.

Uz Stepha Curryja najbolji igrač Golden Statea, jedan od najboljih šutera lige i peterostruki All-Star igrač, mogao bi se vratiti tek tijekom 2022. godine. Naznačio je to generalni menadžer „ratnika“ iz San Francisca Bob Myers.

- Možda se vrati u prosincu, možda u siječnju, a možda i kasnije - rekao je Myers američkim novinarima.

Na parketima Thompsona nije bilo tijekom protekle dvije sezone. Teška ozljeda Ahilove tetive, ali i komplikacije tijekom rehabilitacije, natjerali su ovog 31-godišnjaka na dugo čekanje.
