Novi trener košarkaša podgoričke Budućnosti Jasmin Repeša (57) u ponedjeljak je naglasio da je uvijek teško preuzeti klub usred sezone i da mu je prvi zadatak snimiti stanje u momčadi i stabilizirati situaciju.

- Nikada nije lako preuzeti ekipu u tijeku sezone, uvijek se nešto mora popraviti, uvijek postoji neki ekstra posao u odnosu na početak sezone. No, što je tu je, moramo vjerovati u ovaj projekt i moramo imati visoke ambicije - kazao je hrvatski trener na konferenciji za novinare.

Repeša je na kormilu Budućnosti naslijedio Aleksandra Džikića, koji je dobio otkaz nakon sedam uzastopnih poraza (četiri u Euroligi i tri u ABA ligi).  Predsjednik kluba Dragan Bokan istaknuo je da je Repeša bio prva i jedina opcija, te da su se brzo i lako dogovorili.

- Ciljevi se ne mijenjaju, idemo ka najvećim mogućim dostignućima, a to uključuje i što više pobjeda u Euroligi. Gledajući utakmice Budućnosti u Euroligi moram reći da me je privukla velika emocija na tribinama, ali i kod igrača. No, ukoliko emocija nije kontrolirana može postati problem i zato treba stabilizirati ambijent, spustiti loptu na zemlju. Treba napraviti dijagnozu u narednih par dana, ustanoviti gdje su problemi i zašto su prisutni padovi u igri - izjavio je Repeša, koji je će na trenerskoj klupi Budućnosti debitirati 3. siječnja u susretu Eurolige protiv svog bivšeg kluba Armanija iz Milana.

Repeša je tijekom bogate trenerske karijere vodio Cibonu, turski Tofaš, Fortitudo iz Bologne, rimsku Lottomaticu, Benetton, Unicaju iz Málage, Cedevitu, milanski Armani, a bio je i izbornik hrvatske reprezentacije.

Novi trener košarkaša podgoričke Budućnosti Jasmin Repeša (57) u ponedjeljak je naglasio da je uvijek teško preuzeti klub usred sezone i da mu je prvi zadatak snimiti stanje u momčadi i stabilizirati situaciju.

- Nikada nije lako preuzeti ekipu u tijeku sezone, uvijek se nešto mora popraviti, uvijek postoji neki ekstra posao u odnosu na početak sezone. No, što je tu je, moramo vjerovati u ovaj projekt i moramo imati visoke ambicije - kazao je hrvatski trener na konferenciji za novinare.

Repeša je na kormilu Budućnosti naslijedio Aleksandra Džikića, koji je dobio otkaz nakon sedam uzastopnih poraza (četiri u Euroligi i tri u ABA ligi).  Predsjednik kluba Dragan Bokan istaknuo je da je Repeša bio prva i jedina opcija, te da su se brzo i lako dogovorili.

- Ciljevi se ne mijenjaju, idemo ka najvećim mogućim dostignućima, a to uključuje i što više pobjeda u Euroligi. Gledajući utakmice Budućnosti u Euroligi moram reći da me je privukla velika emocija na tribinama, ali i kod igrača. No, ukoliko emocija nije kontrolirana može postati problem i zato treba stabilizirati ambijent, spustiti loptu na zemlju. Treba napraviti dijagnozu u narednih par dana, ustanoviti gdje su problemi i zašto su prisutni padovi u igri - izjavio je Repeša, koji je će na trenerskoj klupi Budućnosti debitirati 3. siječnja u susretu Eurolige protiv svog bivšeg kluba Armanija iz Milana.

Repeša je tijekom bogate trenerske karijere vodio Cibonu, turski Tofaš, Fortitudo iz Bologne, rimsku Lottomaticu, Benetton, Unicaju iz Málage, Cedevitu, milanski Armani, a bio je i izbornik hrvatske reprezentacije.
