Sjedi odličan! U 10. kolu Lige za prvaka košarkaši Splita CO slavili su deveti put, porazivši drugi put u mjesec dana Cibonu, prvi put ove sezone na svom parketu. Tim podvigom gotovo sigurno su potvrdili poziciju broj dva, ali su i po prvi put u sezoni dobili utakmicu koju su “morali” dobiti, izdržali su pritisak. Ono što veseli simpatizere “žutih” je način na koji su se momci s Gripa obračunali s aktualnim prvakom, ni u jednom trenutku pobjeda Splita nije došla u pitanje.

- Zasluženo smo slavili, od samog početka smo kontrolirali susret. Očekivali smo da će nakon pobjede u Zadru Cibona biti bolja, ali im mi svojom igrom to nismo dopustili. Bili su dosta nervozni je im je ovaj susret mnogo nosio, a to su njihove brige - kazao je Hrvoje Perić koji je preuzeo odgovornost kad je bilo najpotrebnije i ušavši s klupe u 25 minuta postigao 16 koševa, uz sedam skokova i dvije atraktivne blokade.

- Uvijek netko iskoči, u prvom dijelu Garnett u drugom fenomenalni Ivanov koje ih je ubio u reketu. Svaka mu čast, njegovi skokovi i koševi su ih totalno demoralizirali - zaključio je Perić.

Svaki član momčadi Slobodana Subotića dao je svoj doprinos, Perić, Andrija Stipanović, Damjan Rudež bio je jači od viroze, Tony Akins sa šest dodavanja, ali Zagrepčani će sigurno dugo sanjati Marlona Garnetta i Dejana Ivanova. Američki šuter im je ubacio 30 koševa (24 na poluvremenu), dok je 22-godišnji (još uvijek ozlijeđeni!), Bugar bio nezaustavljiv sa 20 koševa i 17 skokova (devet u napadu!).

Svaka lopta u reketu je bila njegova, skakao je kao Dennis Rodman.
- Nisam znao da ću igrati od prve minute jer me boljela noga, i još uvijek me boli. Trener je imao povjerenje u mene i stavio me u petorku, iako dva dana prije nisam bio siguran da ću igrati. Osjećao sam se dobro i to je rezultiralo dobrom igrom - kazao nam je Ivanov koji je u susretu s Dubravom, 23. travnja, dobio udarac u potkoljenicu desne noge te je od tada odigrao samo subotnji susret.

Već sutra “žuti” gostuju u Podsusedu kod Cedevite, nakon čega se ludi ritam nastavlja u četvrtak kad na Gripe dolazi Zagreb, u subotu je derbi u Zadru i utorak, 13. svibnja, u posljednjem kolu u Splitu gostuje Svjetlost. U preostala četiri kola Split i Zadar odlučivat će o startnoj jedinici za doigravanje. Utrka za prvaka u potpunosti je otvorena i čeka nas uzbudljiva i neizvjesna završnica i polufinala.

Cibona će za NLB ligu morati zatražiti pozivnicu!?

Splićane i Zadrane samo čudo može maknuti s jedne od prve tri pozicije koje vode u NLB ligu sljedeće sezone. Za posljednju treću poziciju borit će se Zagreb i Cibona, s tim da će se četvrtoplasirani nadati pozivnici organizatora. Dok ne ostanu bez matematičkih šansi, četvrto mjesto, vrebat će i Cedevita, pa gostovanja Splita i Cibone u Podsusedu neće biti nimalo lagana.

Sjedi odličan! U 10. kolu Lige za prvaka košarkaši Splita CO slavili su deveti put, porazivši drugi put u mjesec dana Cibonu, prvi put ove sezone na svom parketu. Tim podvigom gotovo sigurno su potvrdili poziciju broj dva, ali su i po prvi put u sezoni dobili utakmicu koju su “morali” dobiti, izdržali su pritisak. Ono što veseli simpatizere “žutih” je način na koji su se momci s Gripa obračunali s aktualnim prvakom, ni u jednom trenutku pobjeda Splita nije došla u pitanje.

- Zasluženo smo slavili, od samog početka smo kontrolirali susret. Očekivali smo da će nakon pobjede u Zadru Cibona biti bolja, ali im mi svojom igrom to nismo dopustili. Bili su dosta nervozni je im je ovaj susret mnogo nosio, a to su njihove brige - kazao je Hrvoje Perić koji je preuzeo odgovornost kad je bilo najpotrebnije i ušavši s klupe u 25 minuta postigao 16 koševa, uz sedam skokova i dvije atraktivne blokade.

- Uvijek netko iskoči, u prvom dijelu Garnett u drugom fenomenalni Ivanov koje ih je ubio u reketu. Svaka mu čast, njegovi skokovi i koševi su ih totalno demoralizirali - zaključio je Perić.

Svaki član momčadi Slobodana Subotića dao je svoj doprinos, Perić, Andrija Stipanović, Damjan Rudež bio je jači od viroze, Tony Akins sa šest dodavanja, ali Zagrepčani će sigurno dugo sanjati Marlona Garnetta i Dejana Ivanova. Američki šuter im je ubacio 30 koševa (24 na poluvremenu), dok je 22-godišnji (još uvijek ozlijeđeni!), Bugar bio nezaustavljiv sa 20 koševa i 17 skokova (devet u napadu!).

Svaka lopta u reketu je bila njegova, skakao je kao Dennis Rodman.
- Nisam znao da ću igrati od prve minute jer me boljela noga, i još uvijek me boli. Trener je imao povjerenje u mene i stavio me u petorku, iako dva dana prije nisam bio siguran da ću igrati. Osjećao sam se dobro i to je rezultiralo dobrom igrom - kazao nam je Ivanov koji je u susretu s Dubravom, 23. travnja, dobio udarac u potkoljenicu desne noge te je od tada odigrao samo subotnji susret.

Već sutra “žuti” gostuju u Podsusedu kod Cedevite, nakon čega se ludi ritam nastavlja u četvrtak kad na Gripe dolazi Zagreb, u subotu je derbi u Zadru i utorak, 13. svibnja, u posljednjem kolu u Splitu gostuje Svjetlost. U preostala četiri kola Split i Zadar odlučivat će o startnoj jedinici za doigravanje. Utrka za prvaka u potpunosti je otvorena i čeka nas uzbudljiva i neizvjesna završnica i polufinala.

Cibona će za NLB ligu morati zatražiti pozivnicu!?

Splićane i Zadrane samo čudo može maknuti s jedne od prve tri pozicije koje vode u NLB ligu sljedeće sezone. Za posljednju treću poziciju borit će se Zagreb i Cibona, s tim da će se četvrtoplasirani nadati pozivnici organizatora. Dok ne ostanu bez matematičkih šansi, četvrto mjesto, vrebat će i Cedevita, pa gostovanja Splita i Cibone u Podsusedu neće biti nimalo lagana.
