Punih devet desetljeća, punih 90. godina jedri se ta svima draga “Mrdujska regata krstaša” od Splita pa oko otoćića Mrduje, u splitskim vratima, i nazad podno Sustipana! Pa će tako biti i subota kada će točno u 11 sati, kako je već i tradicija, start označiti gradonačelnik grada Splita, sada Ivica Puljak. Zajedrit će flota od preko 220 brodova prema prolazu između Brača i Šolte, projedriti 11 nautičkih milja do Mrduje, okrenuti se i prema ciljnoj ravnini.

- No kako svake godine uvijek imamo i novosti za našu staru damu, našu Mrduje, ove godine prvi puta imamo unutar regate i monotip utrku jedrilica klase “Melges 24”, ali i jedinstvenu regatu za charter flotu. Prijavljeni brodovi iz chartera, jedrit će samo do Mrduje, gdje ćemo im odmah na moru predati pokale za prva tri mjesta te oni mogu nastaviti dalje svoju đitu. A jedrenje samo do Mrduje bodovat će se i drvenim brodicama, koji više nisu konkurenciji modernim plovilima, no kako na Mrduju treba ići, bez obzira na brzinu, nagradit ćemo i njihov trud, ljubav prema moru i jedrenju – zadovoljan je cijelom priču oko ovogodišnje Mrduje Žarko Dešković, predsjednik kluba organizatora najmasovnije regate krstaša na Jadranu, JK Labuda.

Visoki uzvanici

Na regatu, uz gradonačelnika Splita Ivicu Puljka, bit će i Željko Jovanović, izaslanik predsjednika RH Zorana Milanovića, te danski veleposlanik u Hrvatskoj Ole Fruis Madsen.

Ujedno će svi brodovi JK Labuda, bilo jedrilice ili motornjaci, u subotu isploviti iz matične luke. Plan je imati sliku za pamćenje a to je prazna lučica, prazni vezovi u Uvali baluni! Sve 90. jubilarnoj Mrduji u čast!

---Inače iz obitelji čiji su preci utemeljitelji ovog sportskog kolektiva u splitskoj Uvali baluni, te vrsni jedriličar sa brojnim osvojenim medaljama u krstašima. Pojašnjava Dešković kako svi članovi kluba žele Mrduju, taj Festival jedrenja “proširiti” na tjedan od jedrenja, kada bi Split i splitski akvatorij bio sedam dana u znaku regata, vještine upravljanja brodom, kroćenja vjetra i “idara”, te zanimljiva destinacija za turiste, koji će eto imati još jedan razlog pohoditi Dioklecijanov grad na izmaku sezone, početkom listopada. Uz naravno i onaj sportski dio, gdje caruju velike jedrilice, takozvani bolidi na moru, koji vode utrku sa konkurentima ali i sa vremenom, jer uvijek je cilj srušiti rekord “Marine Kaštela” kapetana Joška Berketa iz kluba JK Marina Kaštela, koji su zadanu rutu od 22 nautičke milje projedrili za 2:09 sati 2013. godine.

Stoga pozivaju “labudaši” sve da, ako ne jedre, isprate flotu prema Mrduji sa najbolje prirodne pozornice na svijetu – sa splitskog Sustipana u 11 sati. A svečano proglašenje pobjednika, po klasama, zakazano je za 20.30 sati na labudovom platou, na otvorenom uz poštivanje svih epidemioloških mjera.

Punih devet desetljeća, punih 90. godina jedri se ta svima draga “Mrdujska regata krstaša” od Splita pa oko otoćića Mrduje, u splitskim vratima, i nazad podno Sustipana! Pa će tako biti i subota kada će točno u 11 sati, kako je već i tradicija, start označiti gradonačelnik grada Splita, sada Ivica Puljak. Zajedrit će flota od preko 220 brodova prema prolazu između Brača i Šolte, projedriti 11 nautičkih milja do Mrduje, okrenuti se i prema ciljnoj ravnini.

- No kako svake godine uvijek imamo i novosti za našu staru damu, našu Mrduje, ove godine prvi puta imamo unutar regate i monotip utrku jedrilica klase “Melges 24”, ali i jedinstvenu regatu za charter flotu. Prijavljeni brodovi iz chartera, jedrit će samo do Mrduje, gdje ćemo im odmah na moru predati pokale za prva tri mjesta te oni mogu nastaviti dalje svoju đitu. A jedrenje samo do Mrduje bodovat će se i drvenim brodicama, koji više nisu konkurenciji modernim plovilima, no kako na Mrduju treba ići, bez obzira na brzinu, nagradit ćemo i njihov trud, ljubav prema moru i jedrenju – zadovoljan je cijelom priču oko ovogodišnje Mrduje Žarko Dešković, predsjednik kluba organizatora najmasovnije regate krstaša na Jadranu, JK Labuda.

Visoki uzvanici

Na regatu, uz gradonačelnika Splita Ivicu Puljka, bit će i Željko Jovanović, izaslanik predsjednika RH Zorana Milanovića, te danski veleposlanik u Hrvatskoj Ole Fruis Madsen.

Ujedno će svi brodovi JK Labuda, bilo jedrilice ili motornjaci, u subotu isploviti iz matične luke. Plan je imati sliku za pamćenje a to je prazna lučica, prazni vezovi u Uvali baluni! Sve 90. jubilarnoj Mrduji u čast!

---Inače iz obitelji čiji su preci utemeljitelji ovog sportskog kolektiva u splitskoj Uvali baluni, te vrsni jedriličar sa brojnim osvojenim medaljama u krstašima. Pojašnjava Dešković kako svi članovi kluba žele Mrduju, taj Festival jedrenja “proširiti” na tjedan od jedrenja, kada bi Split i splitski akvatorij bio sedam dana u znaku regata, vještine upravljanja brodom, kroćenja vjetra i “idara”, te zanimljiva destinacija za turiste, koji će eto imati još jedan razlog pohoditi Dioklecijanov grad na izmaku sezone, početkom listopada. Uz naravno i onaj sportski dio, gdje caruju velike jedrilice, takozvani bolidi na moru, koji vode utrku sa konkurentima ali i sa vremenom, jer uvijek je cilj srušiti rekord “Marine Kaštela” kapetana Joška Berketa iz kluba JK Marina Kaštela, koji su zadanu rutu od 22 nautičke milje projedrili za 2:09 sati 2013. godine.

Stoga pozivaju “labudaši” sve da, ako ne jedre, isprate flotu prema Mrduji sa najbolje prirodne pozornice na svijetu – sa splitskog Sustipana u 11 sati. A svečano proglašenje pobjednika, po klasama, zakazano je za 20.30 sati na labudovom platou, na otvorenom uz poštivanje svih epidemioloških mjera.

Punih devet desetljeća, punih 90. godina jedri se ta svima draga “Mrdujska regata krstaša” od Splita pa oko otoćića Mrduje, u splitskim vratima, i nazad podno Sustipana! Pa će tako biti i subota kada će točno u 11 sati, kako je već i tradicija, start označiti gradonačelnik grada Splita, sada Ivica Puljak. Zajedrit će flota od preko 220 brodova prema prolazu između Brača i Šolte, projedriti 11 nautičkih milja do Mrduje, okrenuti se i prema ciljnoj ravnini.

- No kako svake godine uvijek imamo i novosti za našu staru damu, našu Mrduje, ove godine prvi puta imamo unutar regate i monotip utrku jedrilica klase “Melges 24”, ali i jedinstvenu regatu za charter flotu. Prijavljeni brodovi iz chartera, jedrit će samo do Mrduje, gdje ćemo im odmah na moru predati pokale za prva tr...
