Zatvaranje teretana i fitness centara u Splitskodalmaatinskoj županiji izazvalo je paavi šok, revolt i pobunu unutar sportske zajednice. Po tko zna koji put sportaši, profesionalni i rekreativci, osjetili su se u Lijepoj našoj kao zadnja rupa na svirali.

Po društvenim se mrežama potpisuju peticije, djelatici teretana su “na aparatima”, ugrožena im je egzistencija, a zbog nečije odluke/procjene da su baš teretane, eto, najopasniji izvor zaraze. Jer što drugo zaključiti kada su to jedini objekti koji su išli “pod ključ”, dok ostali i dalje rade uz propisane mjere. Javio nam se stoga i Dražen Čular koji nije bilo tko. Čovjek je član Nacionalnog vijeća za sport, ravnatelj Hrvatskog instituta za kineziologiju i sport, djelatnik Kineziološkog fakulteta u Splitu, član Skupštine HOO-a...

- Neugodno iznenađen odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kojom se po tko zna koji put nastavlja ponižavanje sportsko-rekreativne djelatnosti, obraćam se sa željom za suvislim obrazloženjem, apelirajući na zdravu savjest, logiku i prethodno promišljanje prije donošenja odluka koje mogu imati dalekosežne i nesagledivo loše posljedice za zdravlje, sport i sportsku rekreativnu aktivnost u RH. Nebrojeno puta do sada sport je omalovažavan od strane onih koji imaju moć da kroje sudbine svih sudionika djelatnosti koja je člankom 1. Zakona o sportu definirana kao “djelatnosti od posebnog interesa za RH”, ali ovo posljednje nadilazi svaku logiku - rekao je Čular.

Objasnio je i zašto to misli.

- Analizirajući posljednje donesene epidemiološke mjere, može se zaključiti da su sahrane, svadbene i privatne svečanosti, vjerska okupljanja, ugostiteljska djelatnost koja uključuje i noćne klubove i kafiće važnije djelatnosti za RH u odnosu na sport i rekreaciju.

Kako to mislite?

- Dok se navedenim djelatnostima ograničava broj sudionika, propisuju obveze nošenja maski, rad u smjenama i držanje distance, istovremeno se zabranjuju sportska natjecanja s gledateljima, zatvaraju fitness centri i drugi oblici organizirane rekreacije kojima je pored ostalih dobrobiti i jedna od osnovnih funkcija jačanje imuniteta.

Za teretane se koristi izraz “leglo zaraze”. Nije li to pretjerano?

- S obzirom na to da se “nešto malo bavim i znanošću”, za što sam dobio i neke nagrade, pa valjda i nešto razumijem po ovome pitanju, volio bih vidjeti dokaze i sudjelovati u argumentiranoj raspravi sa stručnjacima koji su, vjerujem bez zle namjere, ali sigurno bez dovoljno promišljanja, donijeli ovakve dvojbene i neprecizne odluke. Metodološki gledano nisam siguran da je moguće, isključujući ostale mogućnosti, i nedvojbeno bez svake sumnje (kako kažemo u znanosti) utvrditi da su fitness centri i organizirana rekreacija “leglo prijenosa zaraze”. Tvrditi da se netko tko je uvečer bio u noćnom klubu, ujutro u supermarketu, crkvi i kafiću, te se autobusom poslijepodne odvezao u fitness centar, zarazio baš u fitness centru, je jako nepromišljeno, da ne upotrijebim neku težu riječ, naravno ako ne postoje dokazi, koje nažalost za sada nisam vidio.

Zbog čega je po vama sport prvi na udaru?

- Moj skromni zaključak glasi da sustav funkcionira po principu interesa i lobija, a sport nema lobi ni stranku i zato mu se događa što se događa. Kako je krenulo prebacivanje odgovornosti na način da nacionalni stožer “spušta” ovlasti županijskom, ne bi me čudilo da ravnatelji škola prebace ovlasti razrednicima koji će također po tko zna koji put ponovno “nagrabusiti” čisto iz razloga jer se nalaze najniže u “edukacijskom hranidbenom lancu”. Kolege iz škola jutros govore da im nitko ne daje odgovor što je s nastavom TZK-a u školama?

Što vi želite za sport, kakav tretman u ovim okolnostima?

- Za sport i rekreaciju ne tražimo da se tretira kao djelatnost od posebnog interesa za RH (kako bi trebalo i piše u Zakonu), već samo da se ne diskriminira u odnosu na druge djelatnosti. Spremni smo na ograničavanje broja sudionika, nošenje maski, dezinfekciju ruku, držanje distance i sve ostalo što se primjenjuje na druge, sportaši su disciplinirani i siguran sam da s time neće biti problema. Zašto onima koji se pridržavaju uputa ne omogućiti da rade, a građanima da vježbaju?

- Moram pohvaliti djelatnike svih službi koji nas nadljudskim naporima pokušavaju zaštititi, ali istodobno moram primijetiti da ćemo uskoro, ako se ovakav maćehinski odnos prema sportu nastavi, biti zreli Ministarstvo zdravstva preimenovati u Ministarstvo bolesti jer sportsko-rekreativni sustav ima preventivnu ulogu s obzirom da vježbanje dokazano jača imunitet - govori Čular.

Istaknuo je potom zbog čega je sport bitan.

- Umjesto da potičemo stanovništvo da jača imunitet boravkom u prirodi i sudjelovanjem u sportsko-rekreativnim aktivnostima pod stručnim nadzorom, mi i onom manjem broju aktivnih zabranjujemo “jačanje imuniteta”, a kineziolozima i ostalim zdravstveno-sportskim stručnjacima ugrožavamo egzistenciju bez meni vidljivog razloga.

Što bi ljudi koji donose odluke po vama trebali napraviti?

- Predlažem da ubuduće pored ostalih konzultirate i kineziologe, jer je očito da donositelji odluka ne mogu kvalitetno sagledati širinu, obuhvatiti i uvjete realizacije sportskorekreativnih aktivnosti, pa je najlakše, umjesto selektivnog pristupa, “sve zatvoriti“ . Gospodo, molim vas, razuvjerite nas dokazima da su vaše odluke neophodne, jer bez dokaza smatram da će povjerenje u sustav nastaviti padati - zaključio je Čular.

Zatvaranje teretana i fitness centara u Splitskodalmaatinskoj županiji izazvalo je paavi šok, revolt i pobunu unutar sportske zajednice. Po tko zna koji put sportaši, profesionalni i rekreativci, osjetili su se u Lijepoj našoj kao zadnja rupa na svirali.

Po društvenim se mrežama potpisuju peticije, djelatici teretana su “na aparatima”, ugrožena im je egzistencija, a zbog nečije odluke/procjene da su baš teretane, eto, najopasniji izvor zaraze. Jer što drugo zaključiti kada su to jedini objekti koji su išli “pod ključ”, dok ostali i dalje rade uz propisane mjere. Javio nam se stoga i Dražen Čular koji nije bilo tko. Čovjek je član Nacionalnog vijeća za sport, ravnatelj Hrvatskog instituta za kineziologiju i sport, djelatnik Kineziološkog fakulteta u Splitu, član Skupštine HOO-a...

- Neugodno iznenađen odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kojom se po tko zna koji put nastavlja ponižavanje sportsko-rekreativne djelatnosti, obraćam se sa željom za suvislim obrazloženjem, apelirajući na zdravu savjest, logiku i prethodno promišljanje prije donošenja odluka koje mogu imati dalekosežne i nesagledivo loše posljedice za zdravlje, sport i sportsku rekreativnu aktivnost u RH. Nebrojeno puta do sada sport je omalovažavan od strane onih koji imaju moć da kroje sudbine svih sudionika djelatnosti koja je člankom 1. Zakona o sportu definirana kao “djelatnosti od posebnog interesa za RH”, ali ovo posljednje nadilazi svaku logiku - rekao je Čular.

Objasnio je i zašto to misli.

- Analizirajući posljednje donesene epidemiološke mjere, može se zaključiti da su sahrane, svadbene i privatne svečanosti, vjerska okupljanja, ugostiteljska djelatnost koja uključuje i noćne klubove i kafiće važnije djelatnosti za RH u odnosu na sport i rekreaciju.

Kako to mislite?

- Dok se navedenim djelatnostima ograničava broj sudionika, propisuju obveze nošenja maski, rad u smjenama i držanje distance, istovremeno se zabranjuju sportska natjecanja s gledateljima, zatvaraju fitness centri i drugi oblici organizirane rekreacije kojima je pored ostalih dobrobiti i jedna od osnovnih funkcija jačanje imuniteta.

Za teretane se koristi izraz “leglo zaraze”. Nije li to pretjerano?

- S obzirom na to da se “nešto malo bavim i znanošću”, za što sam dobio i neke nagrade, pa valjda i nešto razumijem po ovome pitanju, volio bih vidjeti dokaze i sudjelovati u argumentiranoj raspravi sa stručnjacima koji su, vjerujem bez zle namjere, ali sigurno bez dovoljno promišljanja, donijeli ovakve dvojbene i neprecizne odluke. Metodološki gledano nisam siguran da je moguće, isključujući ostale mogućnosti, i nedvojbeno bez svake sumnje (kako kažemo u znanosti) utvrditi da su fitness centri i organizirana rekreacija “leglo prijenosa zaraze”. Tvrditi da se netko tko je uvečer bio u noćnom klubu, ujutro u supermarketu, crkvi i kafiću, te se autobusom poslijepodne odvezao u fitness centar, zarazio baš u fitness centru, je jako nepromišljeno, da ne upotrijebim neku težu riječ, naravno ako ne postoje dokazi, koje nažalost za sada nisam vidio.

Zbog čega je po vama sport prvi na udaru?

- Moj skromni zaključak glasi da sustav funkcionira po principu interesa i lobija, a sport nema lobi ni stranku i zato mu se događa što se događa. Kako je krenulo prebacivanje odgovornosti na način da nacionalni stožer “spušta” ovlasti županijskom, ne bi me čudilo da ravnatelji škola prebace ovlasti razrednicima koji će također po tko zna koji put ponovno “nagrabusiti” čisto iz razloga jer se nalaze najniže u “edukacijskom hranidbenom lancu”. Kolege iz škola jutros govore da im nitko ne daje odgovor što je s nastavom TZK-a u školama?

Što vi želite za sport, kakav tretman u ovim okolnostima?

- Za sport i rekreaciju ne tražimo da se tretira kao djelatnost od posebnog interesa za RH (kako bi trebalo i piše u Zakonu), već samo da se ne diskriminira u odnosu na druge djelatnosti. Spremni smo na ograničavanje broja sudionika, nošenje maski, dezinfekciju ruku, držanje distance i sve ostalo što se primjenjuje na druge, sportaši su disciplinirani i siguran sam da s time neće biti problema. Zašto onima koji se pridržavaju uputa ne omogućiti da rade, a građanima da vježbaju?

- Moram pohvaliti djelatnike svih službi koji nas nadljudskim naporima pokušavaju zaštititi, ali istodobno moram primijetiti da ćemo uskoro, ako se ovakav maćehinski odnos prema sportu nastavi, biti zreli Ministarstvo zdravstva preimenovati u Ministarstvo bolesti jer sportsko-rekreativni sustav ima preventivnu ulogu s obzirom da vježbanje dokazano jača imunitet - govori Čular.

Istaknuo je potom zbog čega je sport bitan.

- Umjesto da potičemo stanovništvo da jača imunitet boravkom u prirodi i sudjelovanjem u sportsko-rekreativnim aktivnostima pod stručnim nadzorom, mi i onom manjem broju aktivnih zabranjujemo “jačanje imuniteta”, a kineziolozima i ostalim zdravstveno-sportskim stručnjacima ugrožavamo egzistenciju bez meni vidljivog razloga.

Što bi ljudi koji donose odluke po vama trebali napraviti?

- Predlažem da ubuduće pored ostalih konzultirate i kineziologe, jer je očito da donositelji odluka ne mogu kvalitetno sagledati širinu, obuhvatiti i uvjete realizacije sportskorekreativnih aktivnosti, pa je najlakše, umjesto selektivnog pristupa, “sve zatvoriti“ . Gospodo, molim vas, razuvjerite nas dokazima da su vaše odluke neophodne, jer bez dokaza smatram da će povjerenje u sustav nastaviti padati - zaključio je Čular.

Zatvaranje teretana i fitness centara u Splitskodalmaatinskoj županiji izazvalo je paavi šok, revolt i pobunu unutar sportske zajednice. Po tko zna koji put sportaši, profesionalni i rekreativci, osjetili su se u Lijepoj našoj kao zadnja rupa na svirali.

Po društvenim se mrežama potpisuju peticije, djelatici teretana su “na aparatima”, ugrožena im je egzistencija, a zbog nečije odluke/procjene da su baš teretane, eto, najopasniji izvor zaraze. Jer što drugo zaključiti kada su to jedini objekti koji su išli “pod ključ”, dok ostali i dalje rade uz propisane mjere. Javio nam se stoga i Dražen Čular koji nije bilo tko. Čovjek je član Nacionalnog vijeća za sport, ravnatelj Hrvatskog instituta za kineziologiju i sport, djelatnik Kineziološkog fakulteta u Splitu, član Skupštine HOO-a......
