Hrvatskom dizaču utega Ivanu Bakušiću Stegovno vijeće za saslušanje i odlučivanje Hrvatskog zavoda za toksikologiju i antidoping (HZTA) izreklo je suspenziju u trajanju od četiri godine, priopćio je HZTA u ponedjeljak.

HZTA je 20. svibnja 2017. provodio dopinšku kontrolu na seniorskom prvenstvu Hrvatske u dizanju utega u Zagrebu na kojem je Ivan Bakušić, odabran za testiranje na natjecanju, odbio dati uzorak urina bez opravdanog razloga.

Stegovno Vijeće jednoglasno je zaključilo da je Bakušić prekršio odredbu 2.3 Pravilnika za borbu protiv dopinga HZTA. Također, pri donošenju odluke, Vijeće je u određivanju visine sankcije utvrdilo da se radilo o odbijanju davanja uzorka, kvalificiranom kao namjerno postupanje sportaša.

Tako je Bakušiću za njegovo prvo kršenje antidopinškog pravila određeno razdoblje nepodobnosti od četiri godine, koje se računa od 23. svibnja 2017. do 22. svibnja 2021.

Ivan Bakušić ima pravo žalbe na izrečenu suspenziju u roku 21 dana od dana primitka prijepisa Odluke Stegovnog vijeća, dodaje se u priopćenju HZTA.

Hrvatskom dizaču utega Ivanu Bakušiću Stegovno vijeće za saslušanje i odlučivanje Hrvatskog zavoda za toksikologiju i antidoping (HZTA) izreklo je suspenziju u trajanju od četiri godine, priopćio je HZTA u ponedjeljak.

HZTA je 20. svibnja 2017. provodio dopinšku kontrolu na seniorskom prvenstvu Hrvatske u dizanju utega u Zagrebu na kojem je Ivan Bakušić, odabran za testiranje na natjecanju, odbio dati uzorak urina bez opravdanog razloga.

Stegovno Vijeće jednoglasno je zaključilo da je Bakušić prekršio odredbu 2.3 Pravilnika za borbu protiv dopinga HZTA. Također, pri donošenju odluke, Vijeće je u određivanju visine sankcije utvrdilo da se radilo o odbijanju davanja uzorka, kvalificiranom kao namjerno postupanje sportaša.

Tako je Bakušiću za njegovo prvo kršenje antidopinškog pravila određeno razdoblje nepodobnosti od četiri godine, koje se računa od 23. svibnja 2017. do 22. svibnja 2021.

Ivan Bakušić ima pravo žalbe na izrečenu suspenziju u roku 21 dana od dana primitka prijepisa Odluke Stegovnog vijeća, dodaje se u priopćenju HZTA.
