Hrvatske atletičarke Andrea Ivančević i Ivana Lončarek plasirale su se u polufinale utrke na 60 metara s preponama na Svjetskom dvoranskom atletskom prvenstvu u Birminghamu.

Naša rekorderka u ovoj disciplini Ivančević (33) je u svojoj kvalifikacijskoj skupini zauzela treće mjesto s vremenom od 8.15 sekundi i sigurno prošla dalje jer su plasman u polufinale izborile po četiri najbolje plasirane trkačice iz svake od pet skupina uz još četiri najbolje po vremenu.

Ivančević se tijekom čitave utrke držala između treće i četvrte pozicije te na kraju ciljem prošla 12 stotinki ispred petoplasirane Austrijanke Beate Schrott. Prvo mjesto u njezinoj skupini osvojila je Norvežanka Isabelle Pedersen sa 7.93 ispred Amerikanke Christine Manning sa 7.96.

Lončarek (26) je u svojoj skupini zauzela peto mjesto s vremenom od 8.16, no to je bilo najbolje vrijeme od svih trkačica koje nisu završile na nekoj od prve četiri pozicije u svojim skupinama pa će i ona nastupiti među 24 najbolje u ovoj disciplini u Birminghamu. Prolazak po plasmanu izmakao joj je za samo dvije tisućinke, koliko je brža od nje bila Poljakinja Karolina Koleczek. Na prva tri mjesta svrstale su se Nigerijka Oluwatobiloba Amusan sa 7.95, Australka Sally Pearson sa 7.96 i Bjeloruskinja Alina Talaj sa 8.11.

Uvjerljivo najbolje vrijeme kvalifikacija ostvarila je Amerikanka Kendra Harrison sa 7.77.

Polufinalne utrke na programu su u subotu od 19.05, dok će se finale trčati također u subotu od 21.55 sati.

Hrvatske atletičarke Andrea Ivančević i Ivana Lončarek plasirale su se u polufinale utrke na 60 metara s preponama na Svjetskom dvoranskom atletskom prvenstvu u Birminghamu.

Naša rekorderka u ovoj disciplini Ivančević (33) je u svojoj kvalifikacijskoj skupini zauzela treće mjesto s vremenom od 8.15 sekundi i sigurno prošla dalje jer su plasman u polufinale izborile po četiri najbolje plasirane trkačice iz svake od pet skupina uz još četiri najbolje po vremenu.

Ivančević se tijekom čitave utrke držala između treće i četvrte pozicije te na kraju ciljem prošla 12 stotinki ispred petoplasirane Austrijanke Beate Schrott. Prvo mjesto u njezinoj skupini osvojila je Norvežanka Isabelle Pedersen sa 7.93 ispred Amerikanke Christine Manning sa 7.96.

Lončarek (26) je u svojoj skupini zauzela peto mjesto s vremenom od 8.16, no to je bilo najbolje vrijeme od svih trkačica koje nisu završile na nekoj od prve četiri pozicije u svojim skupinama pa će i ona nastupiti među 24 najbolje u ovoj disciplini u Birminghamu. Prolazak po plasmanu izmakao joj je za samo dvije tisućinke, koliko je brža od nje bila Poljakinja Karolina Koleczek. Na prva tri mjesta svrstale su se Nigerijka Oluwatobiloba Amusan sa 7.95, Australka Sally Pearson sa 7.96 i Bjeloruskinja Alina Talaj sa 8.11.

Uvjerljivo najbolje vrijeme kvalifikacija ostvarila je Amerikanka Kendra Harrison sa 7.77.

Polufinalne utrke na programu su u subotu od 19.05, dok će se finale trčati također u subotu od 21.55 sati.
