Deontay Wilder nokautirao je Luisa Ortiza i po 10. put u karijeri obranio WBC-ov pojas, ali slavlje u njegovoj obitelji nije bilo potpuno jer je iste večeri u Las Vegasu nešto ranije u ringu teško stradao Marsellos Wilder, mlađi brat 'Brončanog bombardera', piše Fightsite

Na uvodnom dijelu programa koji se u noći sa subote na nedjelju odigrao u Las Vegasu obitelj Wilder (5-2) doživjela je težak udarac. Četiri godine mlađi brat (30) aktualnog WBC-ovog prvaka doživio je brutalan poraz u meču s Dustinom Longom (3-1-2).

Bio je to meč dogovoren na šest rundi, ali okončan je već u četvrtoj kada je Longu, inače i MMA borcu (7-6), sjeo veliki lijevi kroše koji se pokazao kobnim za Marsellosa. Mlađi Wilder kontrolirao je do tog trenutka veći dio meča, ali se nakon Longovog udarca nije mogao oporaviti.

Bilo je to jasno i sucu Jayu Needyju koji se nije ni trudio brojati, već je odmah označio kraj meča.

Marsellos se profesionalnim boksom počeo baviti su svibnju prošle godine. Karijeru je otvorio s tri pobjede, a onda mu je prvi poraz tehničkim nokautom nanio William Deets. Borbom protiv Tylera Vogela i Nicoya Clarkea se vratio pobjedama, ali onda je naletio na još jedan tvrd orah u obliku Dustina Longa.

Deontay Wilder nokautirao je Luisa Ortiza i po 10. put u karijeri obranio WBC-ov pojas, ali slavlje u njegovoj obitelji nije bilo potpuno jer je iste večeri u Las Vegasu nešto ranije u ringu teško stradao Marsellos Wilder, mlađi brat 'Brončanog bombardera', piše Fightsite

Na uvodnom dijelu programa koji se u noći sa subote na nedjelju odigrao u Las Vegasu obitelj Wilder (5-2) doživjela je težak udarac. Četiri godine mlađi brat (30) aktualnog WBC-ovog prvaka doživio je brutalan poraz u meču s Dustinom Longom (3-1-2).

Bio je to meč dogovoren na šest rundi, ali okončan je već u četvrtoj kada je Longu, inače i MMA borcu (7-6), sjeo veliki lijevi kroše koji se pokazao kobnim za Marsellosa. Mlađi Wilder kontrolirao je do tog trenutka veći dio meča, ali se nakon Longovog udarca nije mogao oporaviti.

Bilo je to jasno i sucu Jayu Needyju koji se nije ni trudio brojati, već je odmah označio kraj meča.

Marsellos se profesionalnim boksom počeo baviti su svibnju prošle godine. Karijeru je otvorio s tri pobjede, a onda mu je prvi poraz tehničkim nokautom nanio William Deets. Borbom protiv Tylera Vogela i Nicoya Clarkea se vratio pobjedama, ali onda je naletio na još jedan tvrd orah u obliku Dustina Longa.
