World Athletic objavila je deset kandidata za najboljeg svjetskog atletičara 2021. godine uoči Svjetske atletske nagrade koja će se održati u prosincu.

Popis od 10 nominiranih odabrala je međunarodna komisija atletskih stručnjaka, koja se sastoji od predstavnika iz svih šest kontinentalnih područja svjetske atletike, a odražavaju izvanredan raspon iznimnih performansi kojima je ovaj sport svjedočio ove godine, na Olimpijskim igrama u Tokiju, kaže se u obrazloženju. 

Iznenađenje je da među nominiranima nije Talijan Marcell Jacobs, koji je na Igrama u Tokiju osvojio zlato na 100 metara i u štafeti 4x100.

Nominirani su Uganđanin Joshua Cheptegei,olimpijski prvak na 5000 metara, olimpijski prvak u bacanju kugle Amerikanac Ryan Crouser, švedski motkaš Mondo Duplantis, Norvežanin Jakob Ingebrigtsen,kenijski maratonac Eliud Kipchoge, troskokaš iz Portugala Pedro Pichardo, švedski diskaš

Daniel Stahl, grčki daljaš Miltiadis Tentoglou, kanadski desetobojac Damian Warner i Norvežanin Karsten Warholm.

Glasovanje za atletičara godine zatvara se u subotu 6. studenoga kada Svjetska atletika proglasiti po pet muških i pet ženskih finalista.

World Athletic objavila je deset kandidata za najboljeg svjetskog atletičara 2021. godine uoči Svjetske atletske nagrade koja će se održati u prosincu.

Popis od 10 nominiranih odabrala je međunarodna komisija atletskih stručnjaka, koja se sastoji od predstavnika iz svih šest kontinentalnih područja svjetske atletike, a odražavaju izvanredan raspon iznimnih performansi kojima je ovaj sport svjedočio ove godine, na Olimpijskim igrama u Tokiju, kaže se u obrazloženju. 

Iznenađenje je da među nominiranima nije Talijan Marcell Jacobs, koji je na Igrama u Tokiju osvojio zlato na 100 metara i u štafeti 4x100.

Nominirani su Uganđanin Joshua Cheptegei,olimpijski prvak na 5000 metara, olimpijski prvak u bacanju kugle Amerikanac Ryan Crouser, švedski motkaš Mondo Duplantis, Norvežanin Jakob Ingebrigtsen,kenijski maratonac Eliud Kipchoge, troskokaš iz Portugala Pedro Pichardo, švedski diskaš

Daniel Stahl, grčki daljaš Miltiadis Tentoglou, kanadski desetobojac Damian Warner i Norvežanin Karsten Warholm.

Glasovanje za atletičara godine zatvara se u subotu 6. studenoga kada Svjetska atletika proglasiti po pet muških i pet ženskih finalista.

World Athletic objavila je deset kandidata za najboljeg svjetskog atletičara 2021. godine uoči Svjetske atletske nagrade koja će se održati u prosincu.

Popis od 10 nominiranih odabrala je međunarodna komisija atletskih stručnjaka, koja se sastoji od predstavnika iz svih šest kontinentalnih područja svjetske atletike, a odražavaju izvanredan raspon iznimnih performansi kojima je ovaj sport svjedočio ove godine, na Olimpijskim igrama u Tokiju, kaže se u obrazloženju. 

Iznenađenje je da među nominiranima nije Talijan Marcell Jacobs, koji je na Igrama u Tokiju osvojio zlato na 100 metara i u štafeti 4x100.

Nominirani su Uganđanin Joshua Cheptegei,olimpijski prvak na 5000 metara, olimpijski prvak u bacanju kugle Amerikanac Ryan Crouser, švedski motkaš Mondo Duplantis, Norvežanin...
