Organizatori međunarodnog zagrebačkog atletskog mitinga objavili su u srijedu kako je ovogodišnje, 71. izdanje Memorijala Borisa Hanžekovića po rezultatima bilo najbolje do sada prema bodovanju Međunarodnog atletskog saveza (World Athletics).

Prema tablicama, zagrebački miting je osvojio 89.608 bodova čime se trenutačno nalazi na 14. mjestu među svim svjetskim mitinzima održanim ove godine, bolji rezultati ostvsareni su samo na 10 od 12 mitinga Dijamantne lige te tri mitinga WA Continental Tour Gold kategorije (Walnut, Szekesfehervar, Chorzow).

U utorak je u Zagrebu postavljen jedan svjetski rekord (5:21.56 Niyonsaba na 2000 metara) te još pet rekorda mitinga (22.84m Crouser u bacanju kugle, 5.87m KC Lightfoot u skoku s motkom, 44.46 James na 400 metara, 14.77m Ricketts u troskoku, 22.04 Mboma na 200 metara) dok su u tri sprinterske utrke (100m muški, 100m prepone žene, 110m prepone muški) pobjednici ostvarili rezultat samo stotinku slabiji od rekords mitinga.

Blizu obaranja rekorda mitinga bia je i utrka na 3000m sa zaprekama u kojoj je pobjednik Wale ostao samo 21 stotinku udaljen od rekorda, dok je juniorka Adriana Vilagoš sa 62.36m postigla najbolji rezultat seniorskim kopljem jedne Europljanke mlađe od 18 godina.

Ipak, najviše se izdvajaju rezultati Amerikanaca Ryana Crousera koji je sa 22.84m još u ponedjeljak postigao najbolji rezultat na europskom kontinentu u bacanju kugle još od svibnja 1988. godine te Davona Allena koji je pobijedio u memorijalnoj utrci na 110 metara s preponama sa 12.99 što je drugi najbolji rezultat na svijetu ove godine.

Sve te odlične rezultate iz Zagreba putem televizijskog prijenosa mogli su pratiti ljubitelji atletike iz 130 zemalja svijeta, a deseci tisuća gledatelja vidjeli su ga i putem streaminga na YouTube kanalu World Athleticsa.

Organizatori međunarodnog zagrebačkog atletskog mitinga objavili su u srijedu kako je ovogodišnje, 71. izdanje Memorijala Borisa Hanžekovića po rezultatima bilo najbolje do sada prema bodovanju Međunarodnog atletskog saveza (World Athletics).

Prema tablicama, zagrebački miting je osvojio 89.608 bodova čime se trenutačno nalazi na 14. mjestu među svim svjetskim mitinzima održanim ove godine, bolji rezultati ostvsareni su samo na 10 od 12 mitinga Dijamantne lige te tri mitinga WA Continental Tour Gold kategorije (Walnut, Szekesfehervar, Chorzow).

U utorak je u Zagrebu postavljen jedan svjetski rekord (5:21.56 Niyonsaba na 2000 metara) te još pet rekorda mitinga (22.84m Crouser u bacanju kugle, 5.87m KC Lightfoot u skoku s motkom, 44.46 James na 400 metara, 14.77m Ricketts u troskoku, 22.04 Mboma na 200 metara) dok su u tri sprinterske utrke (100m muški, 100m prepone žene, 110m prepone muški) pobjednici ostvarili rezultat samo stotinku slabiji od rekords mitinga.

Blizu obaranja rekorda mitinga bia je i utrka na 3000m sa zaprekama u kojoj je pobjednik Wale ostao samo 21 stotinku udaljen od rekorda, dok je juniorka Adriana Vilagoš sa 62.36m postigla najbolji rezultat seniorskim kopljem jedne Europljanke mlađe od 18 godina.

Ipak, najviše se izdvajaju rezultati Amerikanaca Ryana Crousera koji je sa 22.84m još u ponedjeljak postigao najbolji rezultat na europskom kontinentu u bacanju kugle još od svibnja 1988. godine te Davona Allena koji je pobijedio u memorijalnoj utrci na 110 metara s preponama sa 12.99 što je drugi najbolji rezultat na svijetu ove godine.

Sve te odlične rezultate iz Zagreba putem televizijskog prijenosa mogli su pratiti ljubitelji atletike iz 130 zemalja svijeta, a deseci tisuća gledatelja vidjeli su ga i putem streaminga na YouTube kanalu World Athleticsa.

Organizatori međunarodnog zagrebačkog atletskog mitinga objavili su u srijedu kako je ovogodišnje, 71. izdanje Memorijala Borisa Hanžekovića po rezultatima bilo najbolje do sada prema bodovanju Međunarodnog atletskog saveza (World Athletics).

Prema tablicama, zagrebački miting je osvojio 89.608 bodova čime se trenutačno nalazi na 14. mjestu među svim svjetskim mitinzima održanim ove godine, bolji rezultati ostvsareni su samo na 10 od 12 mitinga Dijamantne lige te tri mitinga WA Continental Tour Gold kategorije (Walnut, Szekesfehervar, Chorzow).

U utorak je u Zagrebu postavljen jedan svjetski rekord (5:21.56 Niyonsaba na 2000 metara) te još pet rekorda mitinga (22.84m Crouser u bacanju kugle, 5.87m KC Lightfoot u skoku s motkom, 44.46 James na 400 metara, 14.77m Ricketts u trosk...
