Daljinska plivačica i maratonka Dina Levačić zajedno s udrugom Biom i prijateljima danas je u prostorijama Gradskog kotara Kman u Splitu najavila novi plivački projekt Bit u moru‘: Dina i prijatelji za sredozemnu medvjedicu na otoku Visu.

Ovaj plivački izazov ima za cilj promicati dobrobit bavljenja fizičkom aktivnošću za mentalno zdravlje te osvijestiti važnost očuvanja sredozemne medvjedice i njenih staništa u Jadranu. Osim plivačkog podviga, organizatori u gradu Visu i Komiži pripremaju zanimljiva predavanja, radionice i oslikavanje murala u prvoj polovici mjeseca.

‘‘Vis je uvijek na posebnom mjestu u mom srcu. Poseban otok s posebnim ljudima i predivnim morem. Uvijek kažem da je Jadransko more najljepše za plivanje i to stvarno i mislim, i onda želim i iskoristi to što imam sreću da sam rođena i odrasla u okruženju u kojem jesam.‘‘ - rekla je Dina Levačić i dodala da je plivanje za nju osnovni dio života otkad zna za sebe.

Osim za Dinu, Jadransko more od davnina znači dom za sredozemnu medvjedicu koja je najugroženiji morski sisavac i broji manje od 1000 jedinki. Iako se smatra izumrlom u Jadranu i tek povremeno se zabilježi poneko opažanje što otvara mogućnost njenom povratku, stručnjaci poput udruge Biom kroz projekt Eastern Adriatic Monk Seal ulažu napore u stvaranju preduvjeta za njezin povratak.

‘‘S obzirom da su se u populacija sredozemne medvjedice u Grčkoj oporavlja, a kod nas su se u posljednje vrijeme bilježila njena opažanja, postoji mogućnost da se ona vrati u Jadran. Do tada je na nama da radimo najbolje kako bi joj osigurali ugodan boravak. Zajednička briga o okolišu, plažama i špiljama gdje bi mogla doći te suradnja, podrška otočnog i priobalnog stanovništva i ribara u tom procesu je vrlo važna.‘‘ – rekao je Ivan Budinski iz udruge Biom.

S druge strane, nikad kao danas ne postoje veći izazovi za mentalno zdravlje. Okruženi negativnostimai depresijom kao najčešćem poremećaju današnjice, sve je jača svijest kako je unutarnji mentalni okoliš važno održavati zdravim i čistim. Jedan od načina koji donosi i tjelesnu i psihološku dobrobit je upravo plivanje u moru, što su brojne znanstvene studije pokazale.

‘‘Za mene plivanje u moru predstavlja najbrži način za utišavanja unutarnje buke uzrokovane životom u kojemu sam pretrpan informacija koje se sve natječu za moju pažnju. Ulaskom u more sva se ta informacijska buka ugasi i mogu odahnuti u tišini. Tako plivanje doživljavam kao način zaštite svog unutarnjeg okoliša. Pritom je neizostavan dio i čist i zdrav vanjski prirodni okoliš. Jedno ne ide bez drugoga i zato je važno brinuti o morskom okolišu i njegovim stanovnicima.‘‘ - zaključio je dr. sc. Projekt Bit‘ u moru započinje zajedničkim predavanjem 1. lipnja 2023. u 18 sati na Filozofskom fakultetu u Splitu te se trodnevni događaj nastavlja na otoku Visu, sukladno pogodnim vremenskim uvjetima za plivanje.

Daljinska plivačica i maratonka Dina Levačić zajedno s udrugom Biom i prijateljima danas je u prostorijama Gradskog kotara Kman u Splitu najavila novi plivački projekt Bit u moru‘: Dina i prijatelji za sredozemnu medvjedicu na otoku Visu.

Ovaj plivački izazov ima za cilj promicati dobrobit bavljenja fizičkom aktivnošću za mentalno zdravlje te osvijestiti važnost očuvanja sredozemne medvjedice i njenih staništa u Jadranu. Osim plivačkog podviga, organizatori u gradu Visu i Komiži pripremaju zanimljiva predavanja, radionice i oslikavanje murala u prvoj polovici mjeseca.

‘‘Vis je uvijek na posebnom mjestu u mom srcu. Poseban otok s posebnim ljudima i predivnim morem. Uvijek kažem da je Jadransko more najljepše za plivanje i to stvarno i mislim, i onda želim i iskoristi to što imam sreću da sam rođena i odrasla u okruženju u kojem jesam.‘‘ - rekla je Dina Levačić i dodala da je plivanje za nju osnovni dio života otkad zna za sebe.

Osim za Dinu, Jadransko more od davnina znači dom za sredozemnu medvjedicu koja je najugroženiji morski sisavac i broji manje od 1000 jedinki. Iako se smatra izumrlom u Jadranu i tek povremeno se zabilježi poneko opažanje što otvara mogućnost njenom povratku, stručnjaci poput udruge Biom kroz projekt Eastern Adriatic Monk Seal ulažu napore u stvaranju preduvjeta za njezin povratak.

‘‘S obzirom da su se u populacija sredozemne medvjedice u Grčkoj oporavlja, a kod nas su se u posljednje vrijeme bilježila njena opažanja, postoji mogućnost da se ona vrati u Jadran. Do tada je na nama da radimo najbolje kako bi joj osigurali ugodan boravak. Zajednička briga o okolišu, plažama i špiljama gdje bi mogla doći te suradnja, podrška otočnog i priobalnog stanovništva i ribara u tom procesu je vrlo važna.‘‘ – rekao je Ivan Budinski iz udruge Biom.

S druge strane, nikad kao danas ne postoje veći izazovi za mentalno zdravlje. Okruženi negativnostimai depresijom kao najčešćem poremećaju današnjice, sve je jača svijest kako je unutarnji mentalni okoliš važno održavati zdravim i čistim. Jedan od načina koji donosi i tjelesnu i psihološku dobrobit je upravo plivanje u moru, što su brojne znanstvene studije pokazale.

‘‘Za mene plivanje u moru predstavlja najbrži način za utišavanja unutarnje buke uzrokovane životom u kojemu sam pretrpan informacija koje se sve natječu za moju pažnju. Ulaskom u more sva se ta informacijska buka ugasi i mogu odahnuti u tišini. Tako plivanje doživljavam kao način zaštite svog unutarnjeg okoliša. Pritom je neizostavan dio i čist i zdrav vanjski prirodni okoliš. Jedno ne ide bez drugoga i zato je važno brinuti o morskom okolišu i njegovim stanovnicima.‘‘ - zaključio je dr. sc. Plivački izazov Dine Levačić za sredozemnu medvjedicu i mentalno zdravlje

Daljinska plivačica i maratonka Dina Levačić zajedno s udrugom Biom i prijateljima danas je u prostorijama Gradskog kotara Kman u Splitu najavila novi plivački projekt Bit u moru‘: Dina i prijatelji za sredozemnu medvjedicu na otoku Visu.

Ovaj plivački izazov ima za cilj promicati dobrobit bavljenja fizičkom aktivnošću za mentalno zdravlje te osvijestiti važnost očuvanja sredozemne medvjedice i njenih staništa u Jadranu. Osim plivačkog podviga, organizatori u gradu Visu i Komiži pripremaju zanimljiva predavanja, radionice i oslikavanje murala u prvoj polovici mjeseca.

‘‘Vis je uvijek na posebnom mjestu u mom srcu. Poseban otok s posebnim ljudima i predivnim morem. Uvijek kažem da je Jadransko more najljepše za plivanje i to stvarno i mislim, i onda želim i iskoristi to što imam sreću da sam rođena i odrasla u okruženju u kojem jesam.‘‘ - rekla je Dina Levačić i dodala da je plivanje za nju osnovni dio života otkad zna za sebe.

Osim za Dinu, Jadransko more od davnina znači dom za sredozemnu medvjedicu koja je najugroženiji morski sisavac i broji manje od 1000 jedinki. Iako se smatra izumrlom u Jadranu i tek povremeno se zabilježi poneko opažanje što otvara mogućnost njenom povratku, stručnjaci poput udruge Biom kroz projekt Eastern Adriatic Monk Seal ulažu napore u stvaranju preduvjeta za njezin povratak.

‘‘S obzirom da su se u populacija sredozemne medvjedice u Grčkoj oporavlja, a kod nas su se u posljednje vrijeme bilježila njena opažanja, postoji mogućnost da se ona vrati u Jadran. Do tada je na nama da radimo najbolje kako bi joj osigurali ugodan boravak. Zajednička briga o okolišu, plažama i špiljama gdje bi mogla doći te suradnja, podrška otočnog i priobalnog stanovništva i ribara u tom procesu je vrlo važna.‘‘ – rekao je Ivan Budinski iz udruge Biom.

S druge strane, nikad kao danas ne postoje veći izazovi za mentalno zdravlje. Okruženi negativnostimai depresijom kao najčešćem poremećaju današnjice, sve je jača svijest kako je unutarnji mentalni okoliš važno održavati zdravim i čistim. Jedan od načina koji donosi i tjelesnu i psihološku dobrobit je upravo plivanje u moru, što su brojne znanstvene studije pokazale.

‘‘Za mene plivanje u moru predstavlja najbrži način za utišavanja unutarnje buke uzrokovane životom u kojemu sam pretrpan informacija koje se sve natječu za moju pažnju. Ulaskom u more sva se ta informacijska buka ugasi i mogu odahnuti u tišini. Tako plivanje doživljavam kao način zaštite svog unutarnjeg okoliša. Pritom je neizostavan dio i čist i zdrav vanjski prirodni okoliš. Jedno ne ide bez drugoga i zato je važno brinuti o morskom okolišu i njegovim stanovnicima.‘‘ - zaključio je dr. sc.
