Veliki se incident dogodio sprinterskoj zvijezdi na 19. Svjetskom prvenstvu u atletici koje se ovog tjedna odvija u Budimpešti.

Novookrunjeni svjetski prvak na 100 metara Noah Lyles postavio je najbrže vrijeme večeri (19.76) unatoč tome što je ranije doživio sudar dvaju vozila dok su ga prevozili tartan stazom - pišu Sportske novosti.

Naime, prije nego što je startni pištolj uopće opalio, Lyles je zajedno s ostalim natjecateljima sudjelovao je u sudaru ‘buggyja‘ na putu do staze. To je američkog rekordera ostavilo vidno potresenim, dok je Jamajčanin Andrew Hudson, koji je sjedio iza Lylesa, trebao liječničku pomoć kako bi mu se uklonilo staklo s oka.

Unatoč nemilom događaju Lyles nije odustao od utrke, dapače ostvario je najbrže vrijeme u sva tri polufinala (19.76).

Jamajčanski sprinter Hudson, koji je naknadno dobio dopuštenje liječnika za utrku i završio je peti, uspio je ostvariti plasman u finale.

Nakon utrke Hudson je objasnio što mu je liječnik na stazi rekao: "Došao sam u liječnički centar i doktor je rekao da imam krhotine stakla u oku", izjavio je. "Pokušao sam to isprati što je bolje moguće."

Kasnije je objavljena izjava lokalnog organizacijskog odbora u kojoj je stajalo: "Promjena rasporeda kvalifikacija na 200 metara nastala je zbog sudara dvaju vozila. Jedan sportaš i volonter su pregledani, a sportaš je dobio dozvolu za sudjelovanje. Natjecao se u posljednjoj utrci. Volonter je također u redu. Lokalni organizacijski odbor istražuje incident i preispituje procedure prijevoza."

Zanimljiva je bila i reakcija voditelja u BBC-jevu studiju gdje se voditeljica zapitala: "Kako je uopće došlo do ovoga?!". A legendarni Michael Johnson samo je cinično prokomentirao: "Imao si jedan jedini posao..."

Veliki se incident dogodio sprinterskoj zvijezdi na 19. Svjetskom prvenstvu u atletici koje se ovog tjedna odvija u Budimpešti.

Novookrunjeni svjetski prvak na 100 metara Noah Lyles postavio je najbrže vrijeme večeri (19.76) unatoč tome što je ranije doživio sudar dvaju vozila dok su ga prevozili tartan stazom - pišu Sportske novosti.

Naime, prije nego što je startni pištolj uopće opalio, Lyles je zajedno s ostalim natjecateljima sudjelovao je u sudaru ‘buggyja‘ na putu do staze. To je američkog rekordera ostavilo vidno potresenim, dok je Jamajčanin Andrew Hudson, koji je sjedio iza Lylesa, trebao liječničku pomoć kako bi mu se uklonilo staklo s oka.

Unatoč nemilom događaju Lyles nije odustao od utrke, dapače ostvario je najbrže vrijeme u sva tri polufinala (19.76).

Jamajčanski sprinter Hudson, koji je naknadno dobio dopuštenje liječnika za utrku i završio je peti, uspio je ostvariti plasman u finale.

Nakon utrke Hudson je objasnio što mu je liječnik na stazi rekao: "Došao sam u liječnički centar i doktor je rekao da imam krhotine stakla u oku", izjavio je. "Pokušao sam to isprati što je bolje moguće."

Kasnije je objavljena izjava lokalnog organizacijskog odbora u kojoj je stajalo: "Promjena rasporeda kvalifikacija na 200 metara nastala je zbog sudara dvaju vozila. Jedan sportaš i volonter su pregledani, a sportaš je dobio dozvolu za sudjelovanje. Natjecao se u posljednjoj utrci. Volonter je također u redu. Lokalni organizacijski odbor istražuje incident i preispituje procedure prijevoza."

Zanimljiva je bila i reakcija voditelja u BBC-jevu studiju gdje se voditeljica zapitala: "Kako je uopće došlo do ovoga?!". A legendarni Michael Johnson samo je cinično prokomentirao: "Imao si jedan jedini posao..."

Unatoč nemilom događaju nije odustao, svjetski prvak uoči utrke doživio je sudar na putu do staze

Veliki se incident dogodio sprinterskoj zvijezdi na 19. Svjetskom prvenstvu u atletici koje se ovog tjedna odvija u Budimpešti.

Novookrunjeni svjetski prvak na 100 metara Noah Lyles postavio je najbrže vrijeme večeri (19.76) unatoč tome što je ranije doživio sudar dvaju vozila dok su ga prevozili tartan stazom - pišu Sportske novosti.

Naime, prije nego što je startni pištolj uopće opalio, Lyles je zajedno s ostalim natjecateljima sudjelovao je u sudaru ‘buggyja‘ na putu do staze. To je američkog rekordera ostavilo vidno potresenim, dok je Jamajčanin Andrew Hudson, koji je sjedio iza Lylesa, trebao liječničku pomoć kako bi mu se uklonilo staklo s oka.

Unatoč nemilom događaju Lyles nije odustao od utrke, dapače ostvario je najbrže vrijeme u sva tri polufinala (19.76).

Jamajčanski sprinter Hudson, koji je naknadno dobio dopuštenje liječnika za utrku i završio je peti, uspio je ostvariti plasman u finale.

Nakon utrke Hudson je objasnio što mu je liječnik na stazi rekao: "Došao sam u liječnički centar i doktor je rekao da imam krhotine stakla u oku", izjavio je. "Pokušao sam to isprati što je bolje moguće."

Kasnije je objavljena izjava lokalnog organizacijskog odbora u kojoj je stajalo: "Promjena rasporeda kvalifikacija na 200 metara nastala je zbog sudara dvaju vozila. Jedan sportaš i volonter su pregledani, a sportaš je dobio dozvolu za sudjelovanje. Natjecao se u posljednjoj utrci. Volonter je također u redu. Lokalni organizacijski odbor istražuje incident i preispituje procedure prijevoza."

Zanimljiva je bila i reakcija voditelja u BBC-jevu studiju gdje se voditeljica zapitala: "Kako je uopće došlo do ovoga?!". A legendarni Michael Johnson samo je cinično prokomentirao: "Imao si jedan jedini posao..."
