Međunarodna nogometna federacija (FIFA) potvrdila je da će Katar biti domaćin Arapskog kupa u prosincu iduće godine na kojem će nastupiti 22 reprezentacije iz cijele regije.

Natjecanje će posložiti kao generalna proba za Svjetsko prvenstvo koje će se u toj zaljevskoj državi održati 2022. godine.

Na Arapskom kupu nastupit će Alžir, Bahrein, Komori, Džibuti, Egipat, Irak, Jordan, Kuvajt, Libanon, Libija, Mauritanija, Maroko, Oman, Palestina, Katar, Saudijska Arabija, Somalija, Sudan, Sirija, Tunis, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati i Jemen.

- Kroz nogomet će ovaj turnir ujediniti preko 450 milijuna ljudi iz cijele regije - rekao je predsjednik FIFA-e Gianni Infantino tijekom posjeta stadionu Lusail, jednom od osam katarskih stadiona za Svjetsko prvenstvo.

Kup Arapskih nacija do sada se održavao neredovito, a između 1963. i 2012. održano je devet turnira.

-To će biti važna prekretnica i posljednji test naših priprema za SP, - rekao je šeik Hamad Bin Khalifa Bin Ahmed Al Thani, predsjednik Katarskog nogometnog saveza.

Međunarodna nogometna federacija (FIFA) potvrdila je da će Katar biti domaćin Arapskog kupa u prosincu iduće godine na kojem će nastupiti 22 reprezentacije iz cijele regije.

Natjecanje će posložiti kao generalna proba za Svjetsko prvenstvo koje će se u toj zaljevskoj državi održati 2022. godine.

Na Arapskom kupu nastupit će Alžir, Bahrein, Komori, Džibuti, Egipat, Irak, Jordan, Kuvajt, Libanon, Libija, Mauritanija, Maroko, Oman, Palestina, Katar, Saudijska Arabija, Somalija, Sudan, Sirija, Tunis, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati i Jemen.

- Kroz nogomet će ovaj turnir ujediniti preko 450 milijuna ljudi iz cijele regije - rekao je predsjednik FIFA-e Gianni Infantino tijekom posjeta stadionu Lusail, jednom od osam katarskih stadiona za Svjetsko prvenstvo.

Kup Arapskih nacija do sada se održavao neredovito, a između 1963. i 2012. održano je devet turnira.

-To će biti važna prekretnica i posljednji test naših priprema za SP, - rekao je šeik Hamad Bin Khalifa Bin Ahmed Al Thani, predsjednik Katarskog nogometnog saveza.

Arapski kup kao generalna proba uoči SP-a 2022.: Kroz nogomet će ovaj turnir ujediniti preko 450 milijuna ljudi iz cijele regije

Međunarodna nogometna federacija (FIFA) potvrdila je da će Katar biti domaćin Arapskog kupa u prosincu iduće godine na kojem će nastupiti 22 reprezentacije iz cijele regije.

Natjecanje će posložiti kao generalna proba za Svjetsko prvenstvo koje će se u toj zaljevskoj državi održati 2022. godine.

Na Arapskom kupu nastupit će Alžir, Bahrein, Komori, Džibuti, Egipat, Irak, Jordan, Kuvajt, Libanon, Libija, Mauritanija, Maroko, Oman, Palestina, Katar, Saudijska Arabija, Somalija, Sudan, Sirija, Tunis, Ujedinjeni Arapski Emirati i Jemen.

- Kroz nogomet će ovaj turnir ujediniti preko 450 milijuna ljudi iz cijele regije - rekao je predsjednik FIFA-e Gianni Infantino tijekom posjeta stadionu Lusail, jednom od osam katarskih stadiona za Svjetsko prvenstvo.
