Svjetsko prvenstvo u Rusiji bit će najskuplje u povijesti! Dileme oko toga sada definitivno više nema. Prije četiri godine Mundijal u Brazilu koštao je oko 11,6 milijardi dolara, a Rusi će u smotru najboljih svjetskih reprezentacija navodno uložiti oko 14,2 milijardi dolara!

To su najnovije informacije, doduše još uvijek neslužbene, koje stižu iz Rusije koja je prvotno planirala potrošiti manje od 10 milijardi dolara. Međutim, od 2010. godine kada je dobila domaćinstvo SP-a, službeni budžet mijenjala je čak 12 puta.

Krajem prošle godine Rusi su najavili kako će ih Svjetsko prvenstvo koštati 600 milijuna dolara više nego što je bilo planirano, pa se ukupan iznos popeo sve do 11,8 milijardi dolara. Razloge nisu naveli.

A onda se, u predvečerje natjecanja, proširila informacija kako će trošak prijeći 14 milijardi dolara, od čega je najveći dio (više od 80 posto) otišao na transportnu infrastrukturu, izgradnju i rekonstrukciju sportskih objekata te smještajne kapacitete.

Preko polovice troškova pokriva državni proračun, a ostatak proračuni regionalnih vlasti i pravne osobe koje mogu uključivati privatne i državne kompanije. Na koncu je trošak izgradnje svakog novog stadiona debelo premašio početne, očekivane cifre. Niknuli su i novi terminali zračnih luka u St. Peterburgu, Moskvi, Samari, Volgogradu i Nižnjem Novgorodu, modernizirana je zračna luka u Jekaterinburgu, a sagrađen je i novi aerodrom u Rostovu.

Troškovi su primarno porasli zbog povećanja sredstava u izgradnji sportskih objekata (stadioni, trening kampovi), transportne infrastrukture, ali i povećanih izdataka u svrhu osiguranja i zaštite od terorizma.

- Iznos je velik i ozbiljan, ali je i značajan doprinos razvoju naše zemlje. Bez Svjetskog prvenstva ne bi bilo trenutnog ekonomskog rasta u Rusiji – tvrdi Arkadij Dvorkovič, zamjenik ruskog premijera Dmitrija Medvedeva, dodavši kako će ulaganja u infrastrukturu podići ruski BDP u svakoj od narednih pet godina.

Ekonomski se analitičari, pak, ne slažu. Oni procjenjuju kako bi Svjetsko prvenstvo moglo eventualno kratkoročno podići rusku ekonomiju u smislu trenutačnog rasta zaposlenosti i povećane potrošnje za vrijeme natjecanja.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin je dodao:
- Potrošili smo mnogo novca i moramo se pobrinuti da sva ova infrastruktura bude u službi razvoja našeg sporta.

Tko će na kraju biti u pravu – ruski političari ili ekonomski stručnjaci - pokazat će vrijeme, no iskustva dvaju prethodnih domaćina Brazila i Južnoafričke Republike po pitanju kasnijeg gospodarskog rasta nisu baš ružičasta.

Svjetsko prvenstvo u Rusiji bit će najskuplje u povijesti! Dileme oko toga sada definitivno više nema. Prije četiri godine Mundijal u Brazilu koštao je oko 11,6 milijardi dolara, a Rusi će u smotru najboljih svjetskih reprezentacija navodno uložiti oko 14,2 milijardi dolara!

To su najnovije informacije, doduše još uvijek neslužbene, koje stižu iz Rusije koja je prvotno planirala potrošiti manje od 10 milijardi dolara. Međutim, od 2010. godine kada je dobila domaćinstvo SP-a, službeni budžet mijenjala je čak 12 puta.

Krajem prošle godine Rusi su najavili kako će ih Svjetsko prvenstvo koštati 600 milijuna dolara više nego što je bilo planirano, pa se ukupan iznos popeo sve do 11,8 milijardi dolara. Razloge nisu naveli.

A onda se, u predvečerje natjecanja, proširila informacija kako će trošak prijeći 14 milijardi dolara, od čega je najveći dio (više od 80 posto) otišao na transportnu infrastrukturu, izgradnju i rekonstrukciju sportskih objekata te smještajne kapacitete.

Preko polovice troškova pokriva državni proračun, a ostatak proračuni regionalnih vlasti i pravne osobe koje mogu uključivati privatne i državne kompanije. Na koncu je trošak izgradnje svakog novog stadiona debelo premašio početne, očekivane cifre. Niknuli su i novi terminali zračnih luka u St. Peterburgu, Moskvi, Samari, Volgogradu i Nižnjem Novgorodu, modernizirana je zračna luka u Jekaterinburgu, a sagrađen je i novi aerodrom u Rostovu.

Troškovi su primarno porasli zbog povećanja sredstava u izgradnji sportskih objekata (stadioni, trening kampovi), transportne infrastrukture, ali i povećanih izdataka u svrhu osiguranja i zaštite od terorizma.

- Iznos je velik i ozbiljan, ali je i značajan doprinos razvoju naše zemlje. Bez Svjetskog prvenstva ne bi bilo trenutnog ekonomskog rasta u Rusiji – tvrdi Arkadij Dvorkovič, zamjenik ruskog premijera Dmitrija Medvedeva, dodavši kako će ulaganja u infrastrukturu podići ruski BDP u svakoj od narednih pet godina.

Ekonomski se analitičari, pak, ne slažu. Oni procjenjuju kako bi Svjetsko prvenstvo moglo eventualno kratkoročno podići rusku ekonomiju u smislu trenutačnog rasta zaposlenosti i povećane potrošnje za vrijeme natjecanja.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin je dodao:
- Potrošili smo mnogo novca i moramo se pobrinuti da sva ova infrastruktura bude u službi razvoja našeg sporta.

Tko će na kraju biti u pravu – ruski političari ili ekonomski stručnjaci - pokazat će vrijeme, no iskustva dvaju prethodnih domaćina Brazila i Južnoafričke Republike po pitanju kasnijeg gospodarskog rasta nisu baš ružičasta.
