Izbornik srpske nogometne reprezentacije Dragan Stojković Piksi dao je intervju za Sportal.rs u kojem je napravio presjek 2023. godine i otkrio svoje planove za iduću godinu. Kao najveći uspjeh istaknuo je plasman Orlova na Europsko prvenstvo nakon duge 24 godine posta, prvi put pod imenom Srbija - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Osjećam veliko zadovoljstvo. Uspjeli smo u nečemu što smo željeli. Uspjeli smo u nečemu što dugo čekamo. To je povijesni uspjeh ove generacije igrača.

Srbija je pod njegovim vodstvom igrala Svjetsko prvenstvo u Kataru 2022. godine na kojem je zaustavljena već u grupnoj fazi, a plasirali su se i u najjači razred Lige nacija.

- Svi igrači su u godinama kada s pravom očekujemo da eksplodiraju, da daju maksimum, kako na mentalnom planu, tako i u fizičkom i tehničko-taktičkom smislu. Jer to više nisu klinci, a nisu ni stari igrači. U zrelim godinama je jedino Tadić. Svi drugi igrači su zaista na vrhuncu što se igračke karijere tiče - ocijenio je Piksi.

Najavio je i mogućnost laganog pomlađivanja ekipe uoči Njemačke.

- Tko god bude dobio poziv, na njemu je da opravda očekivanja i da tu šansu koju dobije i opravda. I da nije u ekipi zbog godina, ljepote ili frizure, već zbog nogometnih kvaliteta. Od prvog dana kada sam došao, ožujka 2021. godine, popis igrača je uvijek zasnovan na mojim nogometnim uvjerenjima. Ništa drugo ne postoji - naglasio je.

Komentirao je Piksi i predstave srpskih klubova u europskim natjecanjima.

- Mi ne pripadamo Ligi prvaka. Mi ne pripadamo Europskoj ligi. Mi možda pripadamo Konferencijskoj ligi. I treba biti hrabar nešto takvo reći. Sve naše klubove sam dobro pratio i stvorio sam sliku. Jesu li rezultati loši? Jesu!

Naglasio je također da je, unatoč kritikama koje je dobio od srpske javnosti, ostvario sve svoje ciljeve na izborničkoj klupi.

- Za dvije godine i devet mjeseci mi smo se uspjeli plasirati na Mundijal, u Ligi nacija smo podigli Srbiju u A razred. I ako mi netko kaže da je to loše, onda ne znam o čemu pričamo. Unaprijediti u Ligi nacija reprezentaciju iz C u B, a onda iz B u A, među 16 najboljih ekipa u Europi, velika je stvar za srpski nogomet i za Savez. A onda odete i na Europsko prvenstvo, gdje niste bili 100 godina. Jesi li prvi ili drugi u grupi, totalno je nebitno - zaključio je Piksi.

Izbornik srpske nogometne reprezentacije Dragan Stojković Piksi dao je intervju za Sportal.rs u kojem je napravio presjek 2023. godine i otkrio svoje planove za iduću godinu. Kao najveći uspjeh istaknuo je plasman Orlova na Europsko prvenstvo nakon duge 24 godine posta, prvi put pod imenom Srbija - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Osjećam veliko zadovoljstvo. Uspjeli smo u nečemu što smo željeli. Uspjeli smo u nečemu što dugo čekamo. To je povijesni uspjeh ove generacije igrača.

Srbija je pod njegovim vodstvom igrala Svjetsko prvenstvo u Kataru 2022. godine na kojem je zaustavljena već u grupnoj fazi, a plasirali su se i u najjači razred Lige nacija.

- Svi igrači su u godinama kada s pravom očekujemo da eksplodiraju, da daju maksimum, kako na mentalnom planu, tako i u fizičkom i tehničko-taktičkom smislu. Jer to više nisu klinci, a nisu ni stari igrači. U zrelim godinama je jedino Tadić. Svi drugi igrači su zaista na vrhuncu što se igračke karijere tiče - ocijenio je Piksi.

"Za dvije godine i devet mjeseci mi smo se uspjeli plasirati na Mundijal, u Ligi nacija smo podigli Srbiju u A razred. I ako mi netko kaže da je to loše, onda ne znam o čemu pričamo"

Najavio je i mogućnost laganog pomlađivanja ekipe uoči Njemačke.

- Tko god bude dobio poziv, na njemu je da opravda očekivanja i da tu šansu koju dobije i opravda. I da nije u ekipi zbog godina, ljepote ili frizure, već zbog nogometnih kvaliteta. Od prvog dana kada sam došao, ožujka 2021. godine, popis igrača je uvijek zasnovan na mojim nogometnim uvjerenjima. Ništa drugo ne postoji - naglasio je.

Komentirao je Piksi i predstave srpskih klubova u europskim natjecanjima.

- Mi ne pripadamo Ligi prvaka. Mi ne pripadamo Europskoj ligi. Mi možda pripadamo Konferencijskoj ligi. I treba biti hrabar nešto takvo reći. Sve naše klubove sam dobro pratio i stvorio sam sliku. Jesu li rezultati loši? Jesu!

Naglasio je također da je, unatoč kritikama koje je dobio od srpske javnosti, ostvario sve svoje ciljeve na izborničkoj klupi.

- Za dvije godine i devet mjeseci mi smo se uspjeli plasirati na Mundijal, u Ligi nacija smo podigli Srbiju u A razred. I ako mi netko kaže da je to loše, onda ne znam o čemu pričamo. Unaprijediti u Ligi nacija reprezentaciju iz C u B, a onda iz B u A, među 16 najboljih ekipa u Europi, velika je stvar za srpski nogomet i za Savez. A onda odete i na Europsko prvenstvo, gdje niste bili 100 godina. Jesi li prvi ili drugi u grupi, totalno je nebitno - zaključio je Piksi.

Srpski izbornik bez dlake na jeziku: ‘Ne pripadamo tu, treba biti hrabar i reći to‘

Izbornik srpske nogometne reprezentacije Dragan Stojković Piksi dao je intervju za Sportal.rs u kojem je napravio presjek 2023. godine i otkrio svoje planove za iduću godinu. Kao najveći uspjeh istaknuo je plasman Orlova na Europsko prvenstvo nakon duge 24 godine posta, prvi put pod imenom Srbija - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Osjećam veliko zadovoljstvo. Uspjeli smo u nečemu što smo željeli. Uspjeli smo u nečemu što dugo čekamo. To je povijesni uspjeh ove generacije igrača.

Srbija je pod njegovim vodstvom igrala Svjetsko prvenstvo u Kataru 2022. godine na kojem je zaustavljena već u grupnoj fazi, a plasirali su se i u najjači razred Lige nacija.

- Svi igrači su u godinama kada s pravom očekujemo da eksplodiraju, da daju maksimum, kako na mentalnom planu, tako i u fizičkom i tehničko-taktičkom smislu. Jer to više nisu klinci, a nisu ni stari igrači. U zrelim godinama je jedino Tadić. Svi drugi igrači su zaista na vrhuncu što se igračke karijere tiče - ocijenio je Piksi.

Najavio je i mogućnost laganog pomlađivanja ekipe uoči Njemačke.
