Još jedna vrlo loša partija nekada najskupljeg vratara svijeta Davida De Gee (29) u polufinalu engleskog FA Kupa koji je bio izravni krivac za prva dva pogotka Chelseaja u 1-3 porazu Manchester Uniteda na Wembleyu učinila je njegovu budućnost na Old Traffordu upitnom.

Chelsea je poveo u 11. minuti nadoknade prvog poluvremena kada je Giroud jedva dotaknuo ubačaj Azpilicuete, a lopta je prošla "kroz" De Geu, dok na samom početku drugog poluvremena ne osobito jak prizemni udarac Mounta sa 20-ak metara De Gea iznenađujuće nije uspio uhvatiti.

Menadžer Uniteda Ole Gunnar Solskjaer nakon utakmice je izjavio kako bi De Gea onakav Mountov udarac morao obraniti "100 puta od 100".

"Ne mogu ja govoriti o De Geinom samopouzdanju, ali znam kako je on mentalno vrlo jak. Zna da bi onakav udarac morao obraniti 100 puta od 100, ali to je nogomet", izjavio je Solskjaer koji je upitan i zašto na vratima u nedjelju nije bio Sergio Romero koji je branio u sim dotadašnjim utakmicama u FA Kupu ove sezone.

"To je bila moja odluka, De Gea je bio mentalno spreman".

Vrlo kritičan prema De Gei bio je i stručni komentator britanske nacionalne televizije BBC, proslavljeni engleski napadač Alan Sherarer koji je kazao kako je vrijeme da se Manchester United riješi De Gee i sljedeće sezone na vrata postavi mladog Deana Hendersona koji ove sezone odlično brani za Sheffield United, gdje se nalazi na posudbi.

"Ako vratar napravi jednu, možda dvije pogreške, tada biste ga ipak trebali zadržati na vratima, ali De Gei se ovo događa prečesto. Mislim da je došlo vrijeme vratiti Deana Hendersona u Manchester United kao prvog vratara", rekao je Shearer, a njegov bivši reprezentativni kolega i dugogodišnji desni branič Manchester Uniteda Phil Neville je kazao:

"De Gea je neprepoznatljiv u odnosu na vratara koji je ranije nekoliko puta osvajao klupsku nagradu za najboljeg igrača sezone. Prečesto mu se događaju pogreške, samopouzdani De Gea bi obranio sva tri Chelseajeva gola. Da sam na Solskjaerovu mjestu, bio bih vrlo zabrinut jer je vratarska nestabilnost koštala United nekoliko poraza".

De Gea je u Manchester United stigao još 2011. godine iz madridskog Atletica za 20-ak milijuna funti što je tada bio rekordni transfer za vratara te je dosada sakupio preko 400 nastupa na vratima kluba s Old Trafforda s kojim je osvojio naslov prvaka Engleske 2013. godine, FA Kup 2016. te Europsku ligu 2017. Za reprezentaciju Španjolske De Gea je upisao 41 nastup.

Još jedna vrlo loša partija nekada najskupljeg vratara svijeta Davida De Gee (29) u polufinalu engleskog FA Kupa koji je bio izravni krivac za prva dva pogotka Chelseaja u 1-3 porazu Manchester Uniteda na Wembleyu učinila je njegovu budućnost na Old Traffordu upitnom.

Chelsea je poveo u 11. minuti nadoknade prvog poluvremena kada je Giroud jedva dotaknuo ubačaj Azpilicuete, a lopta je prošla "kroz" De Geu, dok na samom početku drugog poluvremena ne osobito jak prizemni udarac Mounta sa 20-ak metara De Gea iznenađujuće nije uspio uhvatiti.

Menadžer Uniteda Ole Gunnar Solskjaer nakon utakmice je izjavio kako bi De Gea onakav Mountov udarac morao obraniti "100 puta od 100".

"Ne mogu ja govoriti o De Geinom samopouzdanju, ali znam kako je on mentalno vrlo jak. Zna da bi onakav udarac morao obraniti 100 puta od 100, ali to je nogomet", izjavio je Solskjaer koji je upitan i zašto na vratima u nedjelju nije bio Sergio Romero koji je branio u sim dotadašnjim utakmicama u FA Kupu ove sezone.

"To je bila moja odluka, De Gea je bio mentalno spreman".

Vrlo kritičan prema De Gei bio je i stručni komentator britanske nacionalne televizije BBC, proslavljeni engleski napadač Alan Sherarer koji je kazao kako je vrijeme da se Manchester United riješi De Gee i sljedeće sezone na vrata postavi mladog Deana Hendersona koji ove sezone odlično brani za Sheffield United, gdje se nalazi na posudbi.

"Ako vratar napravi jednu, možda dvije pogreške, tada biste ga ipak trebali zadržati na vratima, ali De Gei se ovo događa prečesto. Mislim da je došlo vrijeme vratiti Deana Hendersona u Manchester United kao prvog vratara", rekao je Shearer, a njegov bivši reprezentativni kolega i dugogodišnji desni branič Manchester Uniteda Phil Neville je kazao:

"De Gea je neprepoznatljiv u odnosu na vratara koji je ranije nekoliko puta osvajao klupsku nagradu za najboljeg igrača sezone. Prečesto mu se događaju pogreške, samopouzdani De Gea bi obranio sva tri Chelseajeva gola. Da sam na Solskjaerovu mjestu, bio bih vrlo zabrinut jer je vratarska nestabilnost koštala United nekoliko poraza".

De Gea je u Manchester United stigao još 2011. godine iz madridskog Atletica za 20-ak milijuna funti što je tada bio rekordni transfer za vratara te je dosada sakupio preko 400 nastupa na vratima kluba s Old Trafforda s kojim je osvojio naslov prvaka Engleske 2013. godine, FA Kup 2016. te Europsku ligu 2017. Za reprezentaciju Španjolske De Gea je upisao 41 nastup.

Upitna De Geina budućnost u Unitedu: ‘Da sam na Solskjaerovu mjestu, bio bih vrlo zabrinut‘

Još jedna vrlo loša partija nekada najskupljeg vratara svijeta Davida De Gee (29) u polufinalu engleskog FA Kupa koji je bio izravni krivac za prva dva pogotka Chelseaja u 1-3 porazu Manchester Uniteda na Wembleyu učinila je njegovu budućnost na Old Traffordu upitnom.

Chelsea je poveo u 11. minuti nadoknade prvog poluvremena kada je Giroud jedva dotaknuo ubačaj Azpilicuete, a lopta je prošla "kroz" De Geu, dok na samom početku drugog poluvremena ne osobito jak prizemni udarac Mounta sa 20-ak metara De Gea iznenađujuće nije uspio uhvatiti.

Menadžer Uniteda Ole Gunnar Solskjaer nakon utakmice je izjavio kako bi De Gea onakav Mountov udarac morao obraniti "100 puta od 100".

"Ne mogu ja govoriti o De Geinom samopouzdanju, ali znam kako je on mentalno vrlo jak. Zna da bi onakav udarac...
