Tenis je najpopularniji individualni sport, ali i sport u kojem se lakše mogu namještati mečevi nego u ekipnim. To neki tenisači pokušavaju iskoristiti da se još brže obogate, no mnogi od njih budu i uhvaćeni. Tako je "provaljen" Younes Rachidi, bivši marokanski tenisač, koji je saznao svoju kaznu, zaista rigorozna. Agencija za integritet tenisa (ITIA), objavila je priopćenje koje znači i službeni kraj njegovog bavljenja tenisom do kraja života.

Potvrđujemo da je Younes Rachidi, bivši marokanski tenisač, doživotno isključen iz sporta nakon što je proglašen krivim za 135 namještanja mečeva. Ovo predstavlja najveći broj pojedinačnih optužbi u povijesti  koje je otkrila ITIA.

Sankcija znači da Rachidi, koji je bio najbolje rangiran na 473. mjestu, ima trajnu zabranu igranja, treniranja ili sudjelovanja na bilo kojem teniskom događaju pod okriljem relevantnih teniskih tijela.

O slučaju je odlučila šefica ureda za saslušanja protiv korupcije Janie Soubliere, koja je dokazala sve optužbe, 135 grubih prekršaja i također izrekla kaznu od 34.000 dolara uz doživotnu suspenziju.

Rachidi je bio umiješan u namještanje mečeva zajedno sa dvojicom alžirskih igrača koje je ITIA nedavno suspendirala, a neki slučajevi su još uvijek neotkriveni i koji prate svoje zakonske procedure, u bliskom kontaktu s belgijskom agencijom - navodi se u objavi spomenute agencije.

Tenis je najpopularniji individualni sport, ali i sport u kojem se lakše mogu namještati mečevi nego u ekipnim. To neki tenisači pokušavaju iskoristiti da se još brže obogate, no mnogi od njih budu i uhvaćeni. Tako je "provaljen" Younes Rachidi, bivši marokanski tenisač, koji je saznao svoju kaznu, zaista rigorozna. Agencija za integritet tenisa (ITIA), objavila je priopćenje koje znači i službeni kraj njegovog bavljenja tenisom do kraja života.

Potvrđujemo da je Younes Rachidi, bivši marokanski tenisač, doživotno isključen iz sporta nakon što je proglašen krivim za 135 namještanja mečeva. Ovo predstavlja najveći broj pojedinačnih optužbi u povijesti  koje je otkrila ITIA.

Sankcija znači da Rachidi, koji je bio najbolje rangiran na 473. mjestu, ima trajnu zabranu igranja, treniranja ili sudjelovanja na bilo kojem teniskom događaju pod okriljem relevantnih teniskih tijela.

O slučaju je odlučila šefica ureda za saslušanja protiv korupcije Janie Soubliere, koja je dokazala sve optužbe, 135 grubih prekršaja i također izrekla kaznu od 34.000 dolara uz doživotnu suspenziju.

Rachidi je bio umiješan u namještanje mečeva zajedno sa dvojicom alžirskih igrača koje je ITIA nedavno suspendirala, a neki slučajevi su još uvijek neotkriveni i koji prate svoje zakonske procedure, u bliskom kontaktu s belgijskom agencijom - navodi se u objavi spomenute agencije.

Skandal potresa svijet tenis: namjestio je nevjerojatnih 135 mečeva, kazna je bila najveća moguća

Tenis je najpopularniji individualni sport, ali i sport u kojem se lakše mogu namještati mečevi nego u ekipnim. To neki tenisači pokušavaju iskoristiti da se još brže obogate, no mnogi od njih budu i uhvaćeni. Tako je "provaljen" Younes Rachidi, bivši marokanski tenisač, koji je saznao svoju kaznu, zaista rigorozna. Agencija za integritet tenisa (ITIA), objavila je priopćenje koje znači i službeni kraj njegovog bavljenja tenisom do kraja života.

Potvrđujemo da je Younes Rachidi, bivši marokanski tenisač, doživotno isključen iz sporta nakon što je proglašen krivim za 135 namještanja mečeva. Ovo predstavlja najveći broj pojedinačnih optužbi u povijesti  koje je otkrila ITIA.

Sankcija znači da Rachidi, koji je bio najbolje rangiran na 473. mjestu, ima trajnu zabra...
