Jučer je pred sudom u Barceloni započelo suđenje Daniju Alvesu zbog optužbi za silovanje mlade djevojke, zbog kojih je brazilski nogometaš već godinu dana iza rešetaka - pišu Sportske novosti.

Na klupu za svjedoke najprije je sjela žrtva čiji identitet nije poznat javnost zbog čega su brojni novinari, usprkos tome što je suđenje otvoreno za javnost, morali napustiti sudnicu. Njezino svjedočenje trajalo je otprilike sat i 15 minuta, piše Marca.

Nakon žrtve, na klupu za svjedoke sjela je njezina prijateljica.

- Nas troje smo plesali u ‘normalnom‘ dijelu noćnog kluba, a ispred nas bio je VIP prostor. Dva ili tri Meksikanca su sišla i pitali nas želimo li ići s njima u VIP prostor. Složili smo se i otišli za njima. Kratko smo ostali - priča žrtvina prijateljica.

- Tamo je stajao taj čovjek (op.a. Alves). Imao je ljigav stav, stavio mi je ruku na leđa i skoro mi dotaknuo stražnjicu. Potom sam otišla na drugu stranu stola, praktički sama, a prijateljica mi je rekla da joj je dodirnuo međunožje.

Svjedokinja se potom rasplakala i nastavila opisivati što se događalo kobne večeri...

- Žrtvina rođakinja me nazvala i rekla da moramo ići. Znam ju (op.a., žrtvu) od kad je imala tri godine i nikad ju nisam vidjela da tako plače. Plakale smo sve tri, nisam znala kako reagirati u tom trenutku.

- Rekli smo joj da to mora prijaviti, a ona je rekla da joj neće vjerovati. Htjela je ići kući.

Svjedokinja je uvjeravala sud da odnos njezine prijateljice s Alvesom ni u kojem slučaju nije bio sporazuman.

- Nije htjela, ne, ne, ne, ne.

- Danas je jako loše, jako je smršavila, anksiozna je. Smanjila je krug prijatelja jer ne vjeruje nikome. Ona cijelo vrijeme misli da je netko gleda.

Na pitanje što joj je žrtva rekla da se dogodilo u WC-u, odgovorila:

- Podigao ju je i bacio na pod te rekao nešto poput "ti si moja mala ku*va".

Na red su potom došla i pitanja obrane. Odvjetnik Danija Alvesa pitao je prvu svjedokinju je li vidjela kako žrtva trlja stražnjicu o intimne dijelove Alvesova tijela. Odgovorila je da se ne sjeća.

- Otišla sam razgovarati sa sestričnom i rekla mi je da je Alves jako inzistirao da odu negdje. Nije htjela. Govorila mu je "za pet minuta" i na kraju mislim da je Dani krenuo prema prostoriji. Čekao ju je na vratima i moja prijateljica je otišla za njim. Ni u jednom trenutku nisam mogla vidjeti što je unutra.

Suđenje se nastavlja svjedočenjem vratara noćnog kluba i dvojice konobara.

Jučer je pred sudom u Barceloni započelo suđenje Daniju Alvesu zbog optužbi za silovanje mlade djevojke, zbog kojih je brazilski nogometaš već godinu dana iza rešetaka - pišu Sportske novosti.

Na klupu za svjedoke najprije je sjela žrtva čiji identitet nije poznat javnost zbog čega su brojni novinari, usprkos tome što je suđenje otvoreno za javnost, morali napustiti sudnicu. Njezino svjedočenje trajalo je otprilike sat i 15 minuta, piše Marca.

Nakon žrtve, na klupu za svjedoke sjela je njezina prijateljica.

- Nas troje smo plesali u ‘normalnom‘ dijelu noćnog kluba, a ispred nas bio je VIP prostor. Dva ili tri Meksikanca su sišla i pitali nas želimo li ići s njima u VIP prostor. Složili smo se i otišli za njima. Kratko smo ostali - priča žrtvina prijateljica.

- Tamo je stajao taj čovjek (op.a. Alves). Imao je ljigav stav, stavio mi je ruku na leđa i skoro mi dotaknuo stražnjicu. Potom sam otišla na drugu stranu stola, praktički sama, a prijateljica mi je rekla da joj je dodirnuo međunožje.

Svjedokinja se potom rasplakala i nastavila opisivati što se događalo kobne večeri...

- Žrtvina rođakinja me nazvala i rekla da moramo ići. Znam ju (op.a., žrtvu) od kad je imala tri godine i nikad ju nisam vidjela da tako plače. Plakale smo sve tri, nisam znala kako reagirati u tom trenutku.

- Rekli smo joj da to mora prijaviti, a ona je rekla da joj neće vjerovati. Htjela je ići kući.

Svjedokinja je uvjeravala sud da odnos njezine prijateljice s Alvesom ni u kojem slučaju nije bio sporazuman.

- Nije htjela, ne, ne, ne, ne.

- Danas je jako loše, jako je smršavila, anksiozna je. Smanjila je krug prijatelja jer ne vjeruje nikome. Ona cijelo vrijeme misli da je netko gleda.

Na pitanje što joj je žrtva rekla da se dogodilo u WC-u, odgovorila:

- Podigao ju je i bacio na pod te rekao nešto poput "ti si moja mala ku*va".

Na red su potom došla i pitanja obrane. Odvjetnik Danija Alvesa pitao je prvu svjedokinju je li vidjela kako žrtva trlja stražnjicu o intimne dijelove Alvesova tijela. Odgovorila je da se ne sjeća.

- Otišla sam razgovarati sa sestričnom i rekla mi je da je Alves jako inzistirao da odu negdje. Nije htjela. Govorila mu je "za pet minuta" i na kraju mislim da je Dani krenuo prema prostoriji. Čekao ju je na vratima i moja prijateljica je otišla za njim. Ni u jednom trenutku nisam mogla vidjeti što je unutra.

Suđenje se nastavlja svjedočenjem vratara noćnog kluba i dvojice konobara.
