Razriješena je enigma tko je kupac velikog paketa dionica Podravke koje je prodao Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Prema informacijama koprivničkog portala Danica, iza skrbničkog računa u OTP banci na kojem su, prema podacima Središnjeg klirinškog depozitnog društva, u četvrtak bile 163.852 dionice Podravke, koje čine udjel od 2,3 posto, stoji Mesna industrija Braća Pivac. On vrijedi, prema cijenama kojima se jučer trgovalo na Zagrebačkoj burzi, oko 98 milijuna kuna, doznaje Jutarnji list.

Zasad s tim udjelom, taj je skrbnički račun deveti na popisu deset najvećih dioničara Podravke, no očekuje se da će se on sutra popeti stepenicu više jer bi se u petak trebalo vidjeti tko je kupio još otprilike 30.500 dionica koje su prodavali Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Ako se pokaže da je i u tom slučaju kupac skrbnički račun u OTP banci, na njemu će biti oko 194 dionice Podravke vrijedne oko 116 milijuna kuna, koje čine oko 2,9 posto kapitala Podravke.

Strpljivo kupovali

Mnoge je ovakav ulazak Mesne industrije Braća Pivac u vlasništvo Podravke podsjetio na ulazak u Kraš, ali se mora podsjetiti da su njihov ulazak u Kraš i kasnije preuzimanje više od polovice dionica Kraša (oko 54 posto) trajali godinama. Strpljivo su kupovali dionice na burzi gotovo 12 godina.

Podravka je, uostalom, veća kompanija od Kraša i možda je trenutačno najatraktivnija hrvatska kompanija za preuzimanje, ali pitanje je hoće li se Mesna industrija Braća Pivac upustiti u tu avanturu.

Poznato je da ta vrgoračka kompanija u samim počecima kupovanja dionica Kraša nije imala za krajnji cilj preuzimanje tog konditora. Niz su godina Pivci kupovali dionice Kraša jer su to smatrali dobrim ulaganjem, među ostalim i zato što je poznati konditor iz godine u godinu ostvarivao dobit i isplaćivao dividendu.

Vlasnici Mesne industrije Braća Pivac odgovorni su i oprezni ulagači i moglo bi se reći da su skloni konzervativnijem vođenju svojih tvrtki. Osim kupnje Kraševih dionica, bili smo svjedoci i njihova kupovanja dionica Hotela Makarska. Kupujući ih na Zagrebačkoj burzi, dosegnuli su 20 posto dionica Hotela Makarska i, istina, dali ponudu za preuzimanje, ali su makarsku hotelsku kuću na kraju preuzeli Valamar i AZ mirovinski fond. Mesna industrija Braća Pivac prodala im je svoj vlasnički paket u Hotelima Makarska i zaradila malo više od 60 milijuna kuna.

Samo transparentno

Ivica Pivac, suvlasnik i predsjednik Uprave Mesne industrije Braća Pivac, više je puta isticao da ga ne zanima nikakva privatizacija osim kupnjom dionica na burzi i da njihova tvrtka nije niti će sudjelovati u privatizaciji na takozvani hrvatski način. Kupnju dionica, rekao je, uvijek obavljaju na transparentan i, prema njegovom mišljenju, jedini ispravan način.

Na naš poziv da kaže nešto o ulasku u vlasničku strukturu Podravke nije imao komentara. Nije htio niti potvrditi da je Mesna industrija Braća Pivac kupac dionica koje su prodali Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Nije htio otkriti niti namjeravaju li se uključiti u eventualno preuzimanje Podravke, pa čak ni u što ulažu višak kapitala osim u redovite investicije Grupe Pivac.

Prema mišljenju stručnjaka koji su dobro upućeni u događaje u investicijskim krugovima, kupnja dionica Mesne industrije Braća Pivac ne bi trebala upućivati u nadmetanje kakvog smo bili svjedoci prilikom preuzimanja Kraša. Stručnjaci procjenjuju da vlasnici Mesne industrije Braća Pivac kupnju Podravkinih dionica i ovaj put smatraju dobrim ulaganjem, što argumentiraju navodeći da je dividenda koprivničke kompanije veća od kamata na štednju.

Osim Mesne industrije Braća Pivac, Grupa Pivac obuhvaća još dvije mesoprerađivačke tvrtke - PPK karlovačku mesnu industriju i Mesnu industriju Vajda. Također, vlasnik su Kraša, a njihova tvrtka Adria sol ima dva hotela u Makarskoj te hotel i hostel u Dubrovniku, piše Jutarnji list.

Razriješena je enigma tko je kupac velikog paketa dionica Podravke koje je prodao Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Prema informacijama koprivničkog portala Danica, iza skrbničkog računa u OTP banci na kojem su, prema podacima Središnjeg klirinškog depozitnog društva, u četvrtak bile 163.852 dionice Podravke, koje čine udjel od 2,3 posto, stoji Mesna industrija Braća Pivac. On vrijedi, prema cijenama kojima se jučer trgovalo na Zagrebačkoj burzi, oko 98 milijuna kuna, doznaje Jutarnji list.

Zasad s tim udjelom, taj je skrbnički račun deveti na popisu deset najvećih dioničara Podravke, no očekuje se da će se on sutra popeti stepenicu više jer bi se u petak trebalo vidjeti tko je kupio još otprilike 30.500 dionica koje su prodavali Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Ako se pokaže da je i u tom slučaju kupac skrbnički račun u OTP banci, na njemu će biti oko 194 dionice Podravke vrijedne oko 116 milijuna kuna, koje čine oko 2,9 posto kapitala Podravke.

Strpljivo kupovali

Mnoge je ovakav ulazak Mesne industrije Braća Pivac u vlasništvo Podravke podsjetio na ulazak u Kraš, ali se mora podsjetiti da su njihov ulazak u Kraš i kasnije preuzimanje više od polovice dionica Kraša (oko 54 posto) trajali godinama. Strpljivo su kupovali dionice na burzi gotovo 12 godina.

Podravka je, uostalom, veća kompanija od Kraša i možda je trenutačno najatraktivnija hrvatska kompanija za preuzimanje, ali pitanje je hoće li se Mesna industrija Braća Pivac upustiti u tu avanturu.

Poznato je da ta vrgoračka kompanija u samim počecima kupovanja dionica Kraša nije imala za krajnji cilj preuzimanje tog konditora. Niz su godina Pivci kupovali dionice Kraša jer su to smatrali dobrim ulaganjem, među ostalim i zato što je poznati konditor iz godine u godinu ostvarivao dobit i isplaćivao dividendu.

Vlasnici Mesne industrije Braća Pivac odgovorni su i oprezni ulagači i moglo bi se reći da su skloni konzervativnijem vođenju svojih tvrtki. Osim kupnje Kraševih dionica, bili smo svjedoci i njihova kupovanja dionica Hotela Makarska. Kupujući ih na Zagrebačkoj burzi, dosegnuli su 20 posto dionica Hotela Makarska i, istina, dali ponudu za preuzimanje, ali su makarsku hotelsku kuću na kraju preuzeli Valamar i AZ mirovinski fond. Mesna industrija Braća Pivac prodala im je svoj vlasnički paket u Hotelima Makarska i zaradila malo više od 60 milijuna kuna.

Samo transparentno

Ivica Pivac, suvlasnik i predsjednik Uprave Mesne industrije Braća Pivac, više je puta isticao da ga ne zanima nikakva privatizacija osim kupnjom dionica na burzi i da njihova tvrtka nije niti će sudjelovati u privatizaciji na takozvani hrvatski način. Kupnju dionica, rekao je, uvijek obavljaju na transparentan i, prema njegovom mišljenju, jedini ispravan način.

Na naš poziv da kaže nešto o ulasku u vlasničku strukturu Podravke nije imao komentara. Nije htio niti potvrditi da je Mesna industrija Braća Pivac kupac dionica koje su prodali Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Nije htio otkriti niti namjeravaju li se uključiti u eventualno preuzimanje Podravke, pa čak ni u što ulažu višak kapitala osim u redovite investicije Grupe Pivac.

Prema mišljenju stručnjaka koji su dobro upućeni u događaje u investicijskim krugovima, kupnja dionica Mesne industrije Braća Pivac ne bi trebala upućivati u nadmetanje kakvog smo bili svjedoci prilikom preuzimanja Kraša. Stručnjaci procjenjuju da vlasnici Mesne industrije Braća Pivac kupnju Podravkinih dionica i ovaj put smatraju dobrim ulaganjem, što argumentiraju navodeći da je dividenda koprivničke kompanije veća od kamata na štednju.

Osim Mesne industrije Braća Pivac, Grupa Pivac obuhvaća još dvije mesoprerađivačke tvrtke - PPK karlovačku mesnu industriju i Mesnu industriju Vajda. Također, vlasnik su Kraša, a njihova tvrtka Adria sol ima dva hotela u Makarskoj te hotel i hostel u Dubrovniku, piše Jutarnji list.

Razriješena je enigma tko je kupac velikog paketa dionica Podravke koje je prodao Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Prema informacijama koprivničkog portala Danica, iza skrbničkog računa u OTP banci na kojem su, prema podacima Središnjeg klirinškog depozitnog društva, u četvrtak bile 163.852 dionice Podravke, koje čine udjel od 2,3 posto, stoji Mesna industrija Braća Pivac. On vrijedi, prema cijenama kojima se jučer trgovalo na Zagrebačkoj burzi, oko 98 milijuna kuna, doznaje Jutarnji list.

Zasad s tim udjelom, taj je skrbnički račun deveti na popisu deset najvećih dioničara Podravke, no očekuje se da će se on sutra popeti stepenicu više jer bi se u petak trebalo vidjeti tko je kupio još otprilike 30.500 dionica koje su prodavali Erste plavi mirovinski fondovi. Ako se pokaže da...
