Mesna industrija Braća Pivac više se ne skriva iza skrbničkog računa u OTP banci. Od utorka uvidom u podatke Središnjeg depozitarnog klirinškog društva među 10 top-dioničara Podravke, na osmome je mjestu Mesna industrija Braća Pivac s 225.823 dionice, odnosno udjelom od 3,17 posto u kapitalu Podravke koji, prema cijena na burzi, vrijedi oko 140 milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.

U četvrtak, dan za koji je sad SKDD proveo "knjiženja", prosječna cijena po kojoj se trgovalo dionicama Podravke na Zagrebačkoj burzi, prema izračunu portala mojedionice.com, bila je 599,91 kuna za dionicu koprivničke perjanice.

Naravno, otkad se pročulo da je vrgoračka kompanija opet aktivna na burzi, pobudio se interes investitora za Podravku. Živnula je trgovina i skočila cijena. Jučer do podneva prosječna cijena Podravke bila je 620,70 kuna, a u jednom je trenutku dotaknula i 624 kune, uz milijunski promet.

Strpljivo skupljaju

No, sad je jasno da Mesna industrija Braća Pivac ne kupuje dionice u posljednjih tjedan-dva, nego dulje vrijeme. Prema neslužbenim informacijama iz brokerskih krugova, Braća Pivac u posljednjih godinu dana strpljivo skupljaju dionice koprivničke kompanije, no kako dosad nisu skupili veliki paket, on se nije vidio u knjigama dioničara. Prošli je tjedan tu svoju akciju Ivica Pivac za portal Danica obrazložio riječima da dionicu Podravke smatraju dobrom dionicom i da ulažu višak kapitala.

Međutim, smatraju upućeni, očito je da Braća Pivac vrijednost Podravkinih dionica na burzi smatraju podcijenjenom. Prema riječima jednog investitora, koji je htio ostati anoniman, nije logično da Podravka vrijedi manje ili isto kao, primjerice, Ledo koji je prodan za 615 milijuna eura kompaniji Nomad Foods. Također, ulagači računaju da će kad-tad država izaći ili smanjiti svoj udjel u toj prehrambenoj kompaniji. Država, naime, ima nešto više od 24 posto, a ostali veliki dioničari su mirovinski fondovi.

Neki igrači na tržištu okidač za intenzivniju kupnju dionica Podravke vide i u objavi o rasprodaji 13 nekretnina u vlasništvu Podravke. Rok za podnošenje ponuda za kupnju nekretnina je 20. listopada 2021. godine.

- To je očiti znak da se kompanija priprema za nešto i da se konsolidira te fokusira na core business - tvrde oni.

Osim toga, najavljeno je veliko Podravkino ulaganje, vrijedno oko pet milijardi kuna. Do 2025. godine usvojena Strategija poslovanja podrazumijeva ulaganje oko 1,7 milijardi kuna investicija u modernizaciju i digitalizaciju proizvodnih i logističkih procesa, oko 1,4 milijarde kuna u marketing za ostvarenje organskog rasta te oko dvije milijarde kuna u akvizicije.

U ovom je trenutku teško reći koliko će daleko vlasnici Mesne industrije Braća Pivac ići s kupnjom dionica Podravke. Vjerojatno ni oni sami nisu odlučili hoće li ići u preuzimanje značajnijeg dijela Podravke ili će čekati da to napravi netko od velikih globalnih igrača. Ako se dogodi potonje, Mesna industrija Braća Pivac lako bi mogla prodati svoj paket dionica, i to po dobroj cijeni i zaraditi.

Cijena kapitala

Na ruku Mesnoj industriji Braća Pivac svakako ide činjenica da je cijena kapitala trenutačno vrlo niska i da je manja od dividende. Inače, Mesna industrija Braća Pivac je konzervativno vođena i nisko zadužena tvrtka tako da joj nije teško doći do kapitala.

Iz Mesne industrije Braća Pivac, što je i razumljivo, ni danas nisu bili voljni komentirati kupnju dionica Podravke.

Prihodi od prodaje Podravke u prvom su polugodištu ove godine iznosili 2,2 milijarde kuna, a neto dobit grupe Podravka dosegnula je 197,6 milijuna kuna, što je 22,3 posto više u odnosu na isto razdoblje lani.

Mesna industrija Braća Pivac više se ne skriva iza skrbničkog računa u OTP banci. Od utorka uvidom u podatke Središnjeg depozitarnog klirinškog društva među 10 top-dioničara Podravke, na osmome je mjestu Mesna industrija Braća Pivac s 225.823 dionice, odnosno udjelom od 3,17 posto u kapitalu Podravke koji, prema cijena na burzi, vrijedi oko 140 milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.

U četvrtak, dan za koji je sad SKDD proveo "knjiženja", prosječna cijena po kojoj se trgovalo dionicama Podravke na Zagrebačkoj burzi, prema izračunu portala mojedionice.com, bila je 599,91 kuna za dionicu koprivničke perjanice.

Naravno, otkad se pročulo da je vrgoračka kompanija opet aktivna na burzi, pobudio se interes investitora za Podravku. Živnula je trgovina i skočila cijena. Jučer do podneva prosječna cijena Podravke bila je 620,70 kuna, a u jednom je trenutku dotaknula i 624 kune, uz milijunski promet.

Strpljivo skupljaju

No, sad je jasno da Mesna industrija Braća Pivac ne kupuje dionice u posljednjih tjedan-dva, nego dulje vrijeme. Prema neslužbenim informacijama iz brokerskih krugova, Braća Pivac u posljednjih godinu dana strpljivo skupljaju dionice koprivničke kompanije, no kako dosad nisu skupili veliki paket, on se nije vidio u knjigama dioničara. Prošli je tjedan tu svoju akciju Ivica Pivac za portal Danica obrazložio riječima da dionicu Podravke smatraju dobrom dionicom i da ulažu višak kapitala.

Međutim, smatraju upućeni, očito je da Braća Pivac vrijednost Podravkinih dionica na burzi smatraju podcijenjenom. Prema riječima jednog investitora, koji je htio ostati anoniman, nije logično da Podravka vrijedi manje ili isto kao, primjerice, Ledo koji je prodan za 615 milijuna eura kompaniji Nomad Foods. Također, ulagači računaju da će kad-tad država izaći ili smanjiti svoj udjel u toj prehrambenoj kompaniji. Država, naime, ima nešto više od 24 posto, a ostali veliki dioničari su mirovinski fondovi.

Neki igrači na tržištu okidač za intenzivniju kupnju dionica Podravke vide i u objavi o rasprodaji 13 nekretnina u vlasništvu Podravke. Rok za podnošenje ponuda za kupnju nekretnina je 20. listopada 2021. godine.

- To je očiti znak da se kompanija priprema za nešto i da se konsolidira te fokusira na core business - tvrde oni.

Osim toga, najavljeno je veliko Podravkino ulaganje, vrijedno oko pet milijardi kuna. Do 2025. godine usvojena Strategija poslovanja podrazumijeva ulaganje oko 1,7 milijardi kuna investicija u modernizaciju i digitalizaciju proizvodnih i logističkih procesa, oko 1,4 milijarde kuna u marketing za ostvarenje organskog rasta te oko dvije milijarde kuna u akvizicije.

U ovom je trenutku teško reći koliko će daleko vlasnici Mesne industrije Braća Pivac ići s kupnjom dionica Podravke. Vjerojatno ni oni sami nisu odlučili hoće li ići u preuzimanje značajnijeg dijela Podravke ili će čekati da to napravi netko od velikih globalnih igrača. Ako se dogodi potonje, Mesna industrija Braća Pivac lako bi mogla prodati svoj paket dionica, i to po dobroj cijeni i zaraditi.

Cijena kapitala

Na ruku Mesnoj industriji Braća Pivac svakako ide činjenica da je cijena kapitala trenutačno vrlo niska i da je manja od dividende. Inače, Mesna industrija Braća Pivac je konzervativno vođena i nisko zadužena tvrtka tako da joj nije teško doći do kapitala.

Iz Mesne industrije Braća Pivac, što je i razumljivo, ni danas nisu bili voljni komentirati kupnju dionica Podravke.

Prihodi od prodaje Podravke u prvom su polugodištu ove godine iznosili 2,2 milijarde kuna, a neto dobit grupe Podravka dosegnula je 197,6 milijuna kuna, što je 22,3 posto više u odnosu na isto razdoblje lani.

Braća Pivac rade velik posao: ušli su u top 10 dioničara Podravke, već dulje vrijeme kupuju dionice prehrambenog giganta

Mesna industrija Braća Pivac više se ne skriva iza skrbničkog računa u OTP banci. Od utorka uvidom u podatke Središnjeg depozitarnog klirinškog društva među 10 top-dioničara Podravke, na osmome je mjestu Mesna industrija Braća Pivac s 225.823 dionice, odnosno udjelom od 3,17 posto u kapitalu Podravke koji, prema cijena na burzi, vrijedi oko 140 milijuna kuna, piše Jutarnji list.

U četvrtak, dan za koji je sad SKDD proveo "knjiženja", prosječna cijena po kojoj se trgovalo dionicama Podravke na Zagrebačkoj burzi, prema izračunu portala mojedionice.com, bila je 599,91 kuna za dionicu koprivničke perjanice.

Naravno, otkad se pročulo da je vrgoračka kompanija opet aktivna na burzi, pobudio se interes investitora za Podravku. Živnula je trgovina i skočila cijena. Jučer do podne...
