Velike kompanije, pa tako i one hrvatske svojim članovima uprave omogućuju otkup opcijskih dionica. Ako nije drukčije predviđeno, oni ih mogu prodati kada hoće.

Baš tako je napravio član uprave koprivničke Podravke Milan Tadić. On je pretprošli tjedan iskoristio pravo na kupnju 4000 opcijskih dionica, tržišno vrijednih oko 2,3 milijuna kuna. Od toga je 2000 dionica kupio po prosječnoj ponderiranoj cijeni u 2017. godini koja iznosi 352,15 kuna po dionici. Druge 2000 dionica kupio je po cijeni u 2018. godini od 316,52 kuna. Tadić u srijedu na burzi prodao 1300 dionica za 741.000 kuna, za 570 kuna po dionici. Milan Tadić je opcijske dionice ukupno platio oko 1,34 milijuna kuna, a na njima je do sada zaradio oko milijun kuna. Podravka je jučer kupila 258 vlastitih dionica za oko 570 kuna po dionici, možda upravo od Tadića kojem ih je prije dva tjedna prodala za oko 320 kuna, piše Danica.hr.

Velike kompanije, pa tako i one hrvatske svojim članovima uprave omogućuju otkup opcijskih dionica. Ako nije drukčije predviđeno, oni ih mogu prodati kada hoće.

Baš tako je napravio član uprave koprivničke Podravke Milan Tadić. On je pretprošli tjedan iskoristio pravo na kupnju 4000 opcijskih dionica, tržišno vrijednih oko 2,3 milijuna kuna. Od toga je 2000 dionica kupio po prosječnoj ponderiranoj cijeni u 2017. godini koja iznosi 352,15 kuna po dionici. Druge 2000 dionica kupio je po cijeni u 2018. godini od 316,52 kuna. Tadić u srijedu na burzi prodao 1300 dionica za 741.000 kuna, za 570 kuna po dionici. Milan Tadić je opcijske dionice ukupno platio oko 1,34 milijuna kuna, a na njima je do sada zaradio oko milijun kuna. Podravka je jučer kupila 258 vlastitih dionica za oko 570 kuna po dionici, možda upravo od Tadića kojem ih je prije dva tjedna prodala za oko 320 kuna, piše Danica.hr.

Velike kompanije, pa tako i one hrvatske svojim članovima uprave omogućuju otkup opcijskih dionica. Ako nije drukčije predviđeno, oni ih mogu prodati kada hoće.

Baš tako je napravio član uprave koprivničke Podravke Milan Tadić. On je pretprošli tjedan iskoristio pravo na kupnju 4000 opcijskih dionica, tržišno vrijednih oko 2,3 milijuna kuna. Od toga je 2000 dionica kupio po prosječnoj ponderiranoj cijeni u 2017. godini koja iznosi 352,15 kuna po dionici. Druge 2000 dionica kupio je po cijeni u 2018. godini od 316,52 kuna. Tadić u srijedu na burzi prodao 1300 dionica za 741.000 kuna, za 570 kuna po dionici. Milan Tadić je opcijske dionice ukupno platio oko 1,34 milijuna kuna, a na njima je do sada zaradio oko milijun kuna. Podravka je jučer kupila 258 vlastitih dionica za oko 570 kun...
