Europska središnja banka (ECB) najavila je izvanredni program kupnje obveznice u vrijednosti 750 milijarda eura u nastojanju da pomogne gospodarstvima da prebrode financijsku krizu izazvanu pandemijom koronavirusa, objavljeno je noću na četvrtak, a mjere su pozdravile Njemačka i Francuska.   

"Izvanredni pandemijski program otkupa", kako je ta europska institucija nazvala program, uključivat će kupnju obveznica javnog i privatnog sektora, stoji u priopćenju ECB-a. 

"Izvanredna vremena zahtijevaju izvanredne akcije. Nema granica našoj predanosti euru. Odlučni smo koristiti puni potencijal naših alata u okviru našeg mandata", napisala je na Twitteru predsjednica ECB-a Christine Lagarde.

Odluka o otkupu obveznica dogovorena je telefonskim razgovorom članova Odbora ECB-a u srijedu navečer kao odgovor na kritike da središnja ECB nije pripremila dovoljno mjera za ublažavanje posljedica epidemije koronavirusa. 

Odluku ECB-a odmah su pozdravili francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron i njemački ministar gospodarstva Peter Altmaier. 

"Puna potpora izvanrednim mjerama koje je večeras donio ECB", rekao je Macron i dodao da je sada  europskim državama da se uključe i pojačaju intervencije u proračun kako bi pokazale veću financijsku solidarnost.

Monetarni poticaj trebao bi pokazati da je Europa odlučna prevladati krizu izazvanu koronavirusom, rekao je Altmeier. 

"Nadam se da će te mjere također jasno pokazati burzama, tržištima danas da će Europa štititi svoje interese i da je Europa odlučna prevladati ovu krizu", rekao je Altmeier za Deutschlandfunk radio.

Europska središnja banka (ECB) najavila je izvanredni program kupnje obveznice u vrijednosti 750 milijarda eura u nastojanju da pomogne gospodarstvima da prebrode financijsku krizu izazvanu pandemijom koronavirusa, objavljeno je noću na četvrtak, a mjere su pozdravile Njemačka i Francuska.   

"Izvanredni pandemijski program otkupa", kako je ta europska institucija nazvala program, uključivat će kupnju obveznica javnog i privatnog sektora, stoji u priopćenju ECB-a. 

"Izvanredna vremena zahtijevaju izvanredne akcije. Nema granica našoj predanosti euru. Odlučni smo koristiti puni potencijal naših alata u okviru našeg mandata", napisala je na Twitteru predsjednica ECB-a Christine Lagarde.

Odluka o otkupu obveznica dogovorena je telefonskim razgovorom članova Odbora ECB-a u srijedu navečer kao odgovor na kritike da središnja ECB nije pripremila dovoljno mjera za ublažavanje posljedica epidemije koronavirusa. 

Odluku ECB-a odmah su pozdravili francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron i njemački ministar gospodarstva Peter Altmaier. 

"Puna potpora izvanrednim mjerama koje je večeras donio ECB", rekao je Macron i dodao da je sada  europskim državama da se uključe i pojačaju intervencije u proračun kako bi pokazale veću financijsku solidarnost.

Monetarni poticaj trebao bi pokazati da je Europa odlučna prevladati krizu izazvanu koronavirusom, rekao je Altmeier. 

"Nadam se da će te mjere također jasno pokazati burzama, tržištima danas da će Europa štititi svoje interese i da je Europa odlučna prevladati ovu krizu", rekao je Altmeier za Deutschlandfunk radio.
