Turska zračna kompanija TAV Airport, posve je izvjesno, sljedećih će 30 godina zajedno s Francuzima sudjelovati u upravljanju zagrebačkom zračnom lukom Pleso, a time i u podjeli financijske dobiti.

Francuski konzorcij ZAIC (Zagreb Airport International Company) − koji su utemeljili Zračna luka Pariz i građevinska kompanija “Bouygues” natječući se za 30-godišnju koncesiju za izgradnju novog putničkog terminala na Plesu, te upravljanje postojećim i novoizgrađenim terminalom i pripadajućom infrastrukturom − odlučio je, pritisnut krizom i besparicom, otvoriti vrata Turcima koji će, kako sada stvari stoje, kupiti 15 posto koncesijskog paketa.

Time je TAV Airport, koji se i sam u prvom natječajnom krugu prijavio za koncesiju nad Plesom, ojačao svoju poziciju u zračnom prometu. Naime, ova turska kompanija respektabilna je grupacija upravitelja aerodroma i danas upravlja sa čak 12 svjetskih zračnih luka. Francuzi imaju i dodatni razlog da u gradnju i eksploataciju Plesa uvuku i Turke. Naime, TAV Airport je strateški partner Zračne luke Pariz. Uz to, Zračna luka Pariz ove je godine kupila 38 posto dionica grupacije TAV.

U Vladi RH ne vide ništa loše u tome što ZAIC prepušta dio svojeg paketa Turcima. − Ulazak TAV-a mogao bi donijeti dodatnu vrijednost projektu Zračne luke Zagreb − tvrde u Ministarstvu prometa.

− U slučaju gradnje Plesa nema nikakvih prepreka za ulazak TAV-a. Sukladno ugovoru o koncesiji, koncesionar je obvezan 30 posto vrijednosti troška građevinskih radova osigurati kao temeljni kapital, a 70 posto preko kredita financijskih institucija. Budući da se vrijednost radova procjenjuje na 236 milijuna eura, obveza temeljnoga kapitala iznosi 76 milijuna eura.

Koncesionar ZAIC treba osigurati do 51 posto temeljnoga kapitala, dok 49 posto može prikupiti ponudom na financijskom tržištu − kaže Renata Ivanović, glasnogovornica Ministarstva prometa. Zračna luka Zagreb postat će europski zračni centar, a planira se povećanje broja putnika na pet milijuna godišnje.

Ukupni koncesijski prihod u 30 godina iznosit će 1,940 milijardi eura, dok će ulaganja u prvoj fazi iznositi 236 milijuna eura. Znaju to i Francuzi, koji su ponudili da 30 godina kao koncesionari po svakom putniku i toni prometa državi izdvoje 1,25 eura, iako je u natječaju minimalni iznos bio 50 centi.

Graditelji odavno spremni

Početak gradnje Plesa s nestrpljenjem očekuje i hrvatska građevinska operativa. U prvom redu “Viadukt”, koji bi trebao odraditi najveći dio građevinskih radova, a s njim zajedno i “Zagreb-Montaža”, koja će proizvesti i montirati kompletne metalne konstrukcije buduće zagrebačke zračne luke. − Za to imamo izvanredne referencije jer smo iste poslove nedavno odradili i na novoj berlinskoj zračnoj luci − kaže Vlado Čović, vlasnik “Zagreb-Montaže”.

Turska zračna kompanija TAV Airport, posve je izvjesno, sljedećih će 30 godina zajedno s Francuzima sudjelovati u upravljanju zagrebačkom zračnom lukom Pleso, a time i u podjeli financijske dobiti.

Francuski konzorcij ZAIC (Zagreb Airport International Company) − koji su utemeljili Zračna luka Pariz i građevinska kompanija “Bouygues” natječući se za 30-godišnju koncesiju za izgradnju novog putničkog terminala na Plesu, te upravljanje postojećim i novoizgrađenim terminalom i pripadajućom infrastrukturom − odlučio je, pritisnut krizom i besparicom, otvoriti vrata Turcima koji će, kako sada stvari stoje, kupiti 15 posto koncesijskog paketa.

Time je TAV Airport, koji se i sam u prvom natječajnom krugu prijavio za koncesiju nad Plesom, ojačao svoju poziciju u zračnom prometu. Naime, ova turska kompanija respektabilna je grupacija upravitelja aerodroma i danas upravlja sa čak 12 svjetskih zračnih luka. Francuzi imaju i dodatni razlog da u gradnju i eksploataciju Plesa uvuku i Turke. Naime, TAV Airport je strateški partner Zračne luke Pariz. Uz to, Zračna luka Pariz ove je godine kupila 38 posto dionica grupacije TAV.

U Vladi RH ne vide ništa loše u tome što ZAIC prepušta dio svojeg paketa Turcima. − Ulazak TAV-a mogao bi donijeti dodatnu vrijednost projektu Zračne luke Zagreb − tvrde u Ministarstvu prometa.

− U slučaju gradnje Plesa nema nikakvih prepreka za ulazak TAV-a. Sukladno ugovoru o koncesiji, koncesionar je obvezan 30 posto vrijednosti troška građevinskih radova osigurati kao temeljni kapital, a 70 posto preko kredita financijskih institucija. Budući da se vrijednost radova procjenjuje na 236 milijuna eura, obveza temeljnoga kapitala iznosi 76 milijuna eura.

Koncesionar ZAIC treba osigurati do 51 posto temeljnoga kapitala, dok 49 posto može prikupiti ponudom na financijskom tržištu − kaže Renata Ivanović, glasnogovornica Ministarstva prometa. Zračna luka Zagreb postat će europski zračni centar, a planira se povećanje broja putnika na pet milijuna godišnje.

Ukupni koncesijski prihod u 30 godina iznosit će 1,940 milijardi eura, dok će ulaganja u prvoj fazi iznositi 236 milijuna eura. Znaju to i Francuzi, koji su ponudili da 30 godina kao koncesionari po svakom putniku i toni prometa državi izdvoje 1,25 eura, iako je u natječaju minimalni iznos bio 50 centi.

Graditelji odavno spremni

Početak gradnje Plesa s nestrpljenjem očekuje i hrvatska građevinska operativa. U prvom redu “Viadukt”, koji bi trebao odraditi najveći dio građevinskih radova, a s njim zajedno i “Zagreb-Montaža”, koja će proizvesti i montirati kompletne metalne konstrukcije buduće zagrebačke zračne luke. − Za to imamo izvanredne referencije jer smo iste poslove nedavno odradili i na novoj berlinskoj zračnoj luci − kaže Vlado Čović, vlasnik “Zagreb-Montaže”.
