U Hrvatskoj je u lipnju izdana 771 građevinska dozvola, što je 12,9 posto više nego u lipnju prošle godine, objavio je u petak Državni zavod za statistiku (DZS).

Prema vrstama građevina, 82,5 posto ili 636 dozvola u lipnju je izdano za zgrade, a 17,5 posto ili 135 dozvola za ostale građevine.

Na godišnjoj je razini broj građevinskih dozvola za zgrade veći za 16,1 posto, dok je za ostale zgrade ostao na svibanjskoj razini. 

Dozvolama izdanima u lipnju predviđena je vrijednost radova od 2,6 milijardi kuna, što je za 58 posto više nego u lipnju 2020. kada je vrijednost radova iznosila 1,67 milijardi kuna.

Prema vrstama radova u lipnju je 77,2 posto ili 595 dozvola izdano za novogradnju, a 22,8 posto ili 176 dozvola za rekonstrukcije.

Izdanim građevinskim dozvolama u lipnju predviđena je gradnja 1.160 stanova, što je 2,8 posto više nego u lipnju lani, kada je predviđena gradnja 1.128 stanova.

U prvih šest mjeseci 20 posto više građevinskih dozvola

U prvih šest ovogodišnjih mjeseci izdane su 5.162 građevinske dozvole, što je rast od 20 posto u odnosu na isto lanjsko razdoblje.

Predviđena vrijednost radova iznosi 15,3 milijarde kuna, što je 26,2 posto više nego u prvih šest mjeseci 2020. godine.

Prema vrstama građevina, 4.275 dozvola je izdano za zgrade, što je 20,7 posto više nego u istom razdoblju lani, a 887 za ostale građevine, što je rast od 16,6 posto.

Prema izdanim građevinskim dozvolama u prvih šest mjeseci predviđena je gradnja 8.194 stanova, što je 27,4 posto više nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine.

U Hrvatskoj je u lipnju izdana 771 građevinska dozvola, što je 12,9 posto više nego u lipnju prošle godine, objavio je u petak Državni zavod za statistiku (DZS).

Prema vrstama građevina, 82,5 posto ili 636 dozvola u lipnju je izdano za zgrade, a 17,5 posto ili 135 dozvola za ostale građevine.

Na godišnjoj je razini broj građevinskih dozvola za zgrade veći za 16,1 posto, dok je za ostale zgrade ostao na svibanjskoj razini. 

Dozvolama izdanima u lipnju predviđena je vrijednost radova od 2,6 milijardi kuna, što je za 58 posto više nego u lipnju 2020. kada je vrijednost radova iznosila 1,67 milijardi kuna.

Prema vrstama radova u lipnju je 77,2 posto ili 595 dozvola izdano za novogradnju, a 22,8 posto ili 176 dozvola za rekonstrukcije.

Izdanim građevinskim dozvolama u lipnju predviđena je gradnja 1.160 stanova, što je 2,8 posto više nego u lipnju lani, kada je predviđena gradnja 1.128 stanova.

U prvih šest mjeseci 20 posto više građevinskih dozvola

U prvih šest ovogodišnjih mjeseci izdane su 5.162 građevinske dozvole, što je rast od 20 posto u odnosu na isto lanjsko razdoblje.

Predviđena vrijednost radova iznosi 15,3 milijarde kuna, što je 26,2 posto više nego u prvih šest mjeseci 2020. godine.

Prema vrstama građevina, 4.275 dozvola je izdano za zgrade, što je 20,7 posto više nego u istom razdoblju lani, a 887 za ostale građevine, što je rast od 16,6 posto.

Prema izdanim građevinskim dozvolama u prvih šest mjeseci predviđena je gradnja 8.194 stanova, što je 27,4 posto više nego u istom razdoblju prošle godine.

Gradi se na sve strane: U lipnju izdano 12,9 posto više građevinskih dozvola nego lani, prednjači stanogradnja

U Hrvatskoj je u lipnju izdana 771 građevinska dozvola, što je 12,9 posto više nego u lipnju prošle godine, objavio je u petak Državni zavod za statistiku (DZS).

Prema vrstama građevina, 82,5 posto ili 636 dozvola u lipnju je izdano za zgrade, a 17,5 posto ili 135 dozvola za ostale građevine.

Na godišnjoj je razini broj građevinskih dozvola za zgrade veći za 16,1 posto, dok je za ostale zgrade ostao na svibanjskoj razini. 

Dozvolama izdanima u lipnju predviđena je vrijednost radova od 2,6 milijardi kuna, što je za 58 posto više nego u lipnju 2020. kada je vrijednost radova iznosila 1,67 milijardi kuna.

Prema vrstama radova u lipnju je 77,2 posto ili 595 dozvola izdano za novogradnju, a 22,8 posto ili 176 dozvola za rekonstrukcije.
