INGRA, tvrtka za izgradnju investicijskih objekata i trenutna vlasnica jednog od najvećih ponosa hrvatske metropole, nakon mjeseci prepucavanja s ‘dužnicima’, Gradom Zagrebom i RH Hrvatskom, odlučila je prodati Arenu Zagreb.
Iako u u toj tvrtki nemaju službenih komentara, piše Jutarnji list, oglasi koje su dali u dnevne novine zorno govore o tome kako je ljepotica s Laništa, vrijedna 100 milijuna eura, ni manje ni više nego na prodaju.
‘Međunarodno javno prikupljanje ponuda - za prodaju 100 posto udjela u društvu Laniše d.o.o., koje je u vlasništvu Arene Zagreb. Rok za dostavu ponuda je 11. prosinca 2009. godine’, stoji u oglasu koji je objavila INGRA.
Iako Grad Zagreb i RH uredno plaćaju godišnji najam i režije, INGRA je, kako doznajemo, objavila međunarodni natječaj jer želi testirati stvarnu vrijednost Arene budući da ta tvrtka nije bila zadovoljna ponudama koje su dobivali od potencijalnih investitora.
Vijest koju INGRA nije službeno potvrdila, naišla je na zgražanje vodstva Zagrebačkog holdinga, koji trenutno upravlja dvoranom u kojoj se održalo Svjetsko prvenstvo u rukometu.
- Ne znam što reći. U ovom trenutku nisam dovoljno pametan. Vijest nas je sve potpuno šokirala. Tim više što Grad Zagreb i RH uredno izvršavaju svoje obveze. Nadam se da će Arena ipak ostati pod Zagrebačkim holdingom, iako INGRA kao vlasnica ima pravo prodati Arenu - rekao je Zdenko Antunović, direktor Arene Zagreb.
Podsjetimo, za Arenu Zagreb narednih 28 godina Grad Zagreb i RH Hrvatska moraju plaćati ukupno 7,5 milijuna eura.
Ipak, nakon sedam godina zakupa cijela se dvorana može otkupiti za oko 600 milijuna kuna što je gotovo identična vrijednost izgradnje tog velebnog zdanja koje u Barceloni primilo nagradu za najljepšu konstrukciju u Europi u ovoj godini.

INGRA, tvrtka za izgradnju investicijskih objekata i trenutna vlasnica jednog od najvećih ponosa hrvatske metropole, nakon mjeseci prepucavanja s ‘dužnicima’, Gradom Zagrebom i RH Hrvatskom, odlučila je prodati Arenu Zagreb.
Iako u u toj tvrtki nemaju službenih komentara, piše Jutarnji list, oglasi koje su dali u dnevne novine zorno govore o tome kako je ljepotica s Laništa, vrijedna 100 milijuna eura, ni manje ni više nego na prodaju.
‘Međunarodno javno prikupljanje ponuda - za prodaju 100 posto udjela u društvu Laniše d.o.o., koje je u vlasništvu Arene Zagreb. Rok za dostavu ponuda je 11. prosinca 2009. godine’, stoji u oglasu koji je objavila INGRA.
Iako Grad Zagreb i RH uredno plaćaju godišnji najam i režije, INGRA je, kako doznajemo, objavila međunarodni natječaj jer želi testirati stvarnu vrijednost Arene budući da ta tvrtka nije bila zadovoljna ponudama koje su dobivali od potencijalnih investitora.
Vijest koju INGRA nije službeno potvrdila, naišla je na zgražanje vodstva Zagrebačkog holdinga, koji trenutno upravlja dvoranom u kojoj se održalo Svjetsko prvenstvo u rukometu.
- Ne znam što reći. U ovom trenutku nisam dovoljno pametan. Vijest nas je sve potpuno šokirala. Tim više što Grad Zagreb i RH uredno izvršavaju svoje obveze. Nadam se da će Arena ipak ostati pod Zagrebačkim holdingom, iako INGRA kao vlasnica ima pravo prodati Arenu - rekao je Zdenko Antunović, direktor Arene Zagreb.
Podsjetimo, za Arenu Zagreb narednih 28 godina Grad Zagreb i RH Hrvatska moraju plaćati ukupno 7,5 milijuna eura.
Ipak, nakon sedam godina zakupa cijela se dvorana može otkupiti za oko 600 milijuna kuna što je gotovo identična vrijednost izgradnje tog velebnog zdanja koje u Barceloni primilo nagradu za najljepšu konstrukciju u Europi u ovoj godini.
