Sada su ukupna priznata potraživanja vjerovnika 63,5 milijuna kuna no tvrtka nema nikakve imovine.

- Zbog toga što je imovina Mataša MN nula, mogao bi se odmah prekinuti stečaj, no pokrenuli smo parnice za pobijanje prebacivanja imovine u druge tvrtke istog vlasnika. Pred nama je dug i trnovit put za povrat imovine da bi se potom mogli isplatiti vjerovnici, rekao je stečajni upravitelj Frane Negro.

Zbog prebacivanja imovine na druge tvrtke protiv Mladen Nekića, osnivača Mataša MN poznatog i kao „kralj pršuta“ policija ja podnijela i kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenog djela zlouporaba položaja i ovlasti. Nekić se sumnjiči da je kao vlasnik i direktor tvrtke Mataš MN, svega dvadesetak dana pred otvaranje stečaja prenio imovinu tog društva na tvrtke Jasen, Mataš d.o.o. i Mataš grupu.

Samo Ministarstvo financija je oštetio za više od 2,467.000 kuna, a najveći vjerovnici su Croatia banka, HBOR i OTP banka.

Sada su ukupna priznata potraživanja vjerovnika 63,5 milijuna kuna no tvrtka nema nikakve imovine.

- Zbog toga što je imovina Mataša MN nula, mogao bi se odmah prekinuti stečaj, no pokrenuli smo parnice za pobijanje prebacivanja imovine u druge tvrtke istog vlasnika. Pred nama je dug i trnovit put za povrat imovine da bi se potom mogli isplatiti vjerovnici, rekao je stečajni upravitelj Frane Negro.

Zbog prebacivanja imovine na druge tvrtke protiv Mladen Nekića, osnivača Mataša MN poznatog i kao „kralj pršuta“ policija ja podnijela i kaznenu prijavu zbog kaznenog djela zlouporaba položaja i ovlasti. Nekić se sumnjiči da je kao vlasnik i direktor tvrtke Mataš MN, svega dvadesetak dana pred otvaranje stečaja prenio imovinu tog društva na tvrtke Jasen, Mataš d.o.o. i Mataš grupu.

Samo Ministarstvo financija je oštetio za više od 2,467.000 kuna, a najveći vjerovnici su Croatia banka, HBOR i OTP banka.

U srijedu su na Trgovačkom sudu Zadar priznata potraživanja još 12 vjerovnika Mataša MN koji je otišao u stečaj u siječnju ove godine. Sada su ukupna priznata potraživanja vjerovnika 63,5 milijuna kuna no tvrtka nema nikakve imovine.
