Agencija Moody's u utorak je iznova snizila Agrokorov kreditni rejting, što je prvi potez jedne od bonitetnih agencija nakon stupanja na dužnost izvanrednog povjerenika Ante Ramljaka na čelo posrnulog koncerna Ivice Todorića.

Kako je objavljeno na web stranici Moody'sa, rejting je spušten s ocjene Caa1 na ocjenu Caa2, a snižena je i ocjena izgleda za bankrot kompanije. Izgledi za daljnje ocjene su negativni.

- Naša odluka o smanjenju Agrokorova rejtinga odraz je kompanijinog podnošenja zahtjeva za restrukturiranje prema novom hrvatskom zakonu (lex Agrokor), što prema nama znači da je bankrot vrlo izgledan, izjavio je potpredsjednik i viši analitičar u Moody'su Vincent Gusdorf, piše Jutarnji list.

- U našu smo ocjenu također uzeli u obzir nesigurnosti koje okružuju čitav postupak restrukturiranja, s obzirom da mogućnost vjerovnika da dobiju svoj novac ovisi o brojnim faktorima koji će biti jasni tek s protekom vremena, dodao je Gusdorf.

Agencija Moody's u utorak je iznova snizila Agrokorov kreditni rejting, što je prvi potez jedne od bonitetnih agencija nakon stupanja na dužnost izvanrednog povjerenika Ante Ramljaka na čelo posrnulog koncerna Ivice Todorića.

Kako je objavljeno na web stranici Moody'sa, rejting je spušten s ocjene Caa1 na ocjenu Caa2, a snižena je i ocjena izgleda za bankrot kompanije. Izgledi za daljnje ocjene su negativni.

- Naša odluka o smanjenju Agrokorova rejtinga odraz je kompanijinog podnošenja zahtjeva za restrukturiranje prema novom hrvatskom zakonu (lex Agrokor), što prema nama znači da je bankrot vrlo izgledan, izjavio je potpredsjednik i viši analitičar u Moody'su Vincent Gusdorf, piše Jutarnji list.

- U našu smo ocjenu također uzeli u obzir nesigurnosti koje okružuju čitav postupak restrukturiranja, s obzirom da mogućnost vjerovnika da dobiju svoj novac ovisi o brojnim faktorima koji će biti jasni tek s protekom vremena, dodao je Gusdorf.
