Pandemija je učinila postojeće modele predviđanja turističkih trendova manje relevantnima, a istovremeno se javila rastuća potreba za razumijevanjem suvremenih putnika i prilagođavanjem njihovim zahtjevima. Stoga se tehnološki lider Mastercard udružio sa Šibensko-kninskom županijom kako bi ova važna turistička regija dobila uvid u podatke o ponašanju turista koji će se koristiti za kreiranje budućih turističkih proizvoda te definiranje novih marketinških kampanja.
Danas se brojke uspoređuju s onima iz rekordne 2019. godine, a cilj je nadmašiti te rezultate zahvaljujući boljem razumijevanju novih planova, interesa i želja posjetitelja. Mastercardova platforma Tourism Insights analizira cijeli potrošački put, prije, za vrijeme i poslije putovanja te organizacijama za upravljanje destinacijama nudi detaljne podatke i uvide.
Pametna i ciljana ulaganja od ključnog su značaja u novom okruženju
Tourism Insights objedinjava podatke dobivene iz tražilica, društvenih mreža i transakcija te omogućava jasno profiliranje posjetitelja, njihovih želja i potreba te na osnovi toga usmjeravanje ponude. Na taj način pomaže organizacijama da planiraju svoje programe oporavka turizma, od pokretanja međunarodnih marketinških kampanja do dodjele subvencija građanima za poticanje lokalne potrošnje u turističkom sektoru. Također, može im pomoći u upravljanju zatišjem izvan sezone, odnosno prenapučenošću u sezoni.

Šibensko-kninska županija uz bok najvećih svjetskih igrača
Šibensko-kninska županija je pokazala inovativnost i prepoznala ovu priliku da stane uz bok najvećim svjetskim igračima, poput Londona, Pariza, Madrida i New Yorka koji već koriste ovaj alat.
„Turizam je jedna je od najvažnijih gospodarskih grana Šibensko-kninske županije, a naš je cilj konstantno ga unaprjeđivati i našim gostima ponuditi upravo ono što traže, na obostranu korist i zadovoljstvo. Tourism Insights report koji je Mastercard osigurao Šibensko-kninskoj županiji uključuje podatke koji olakšavaju razumijevanje profila turista koji dolaze u tu regiju, ali i Hrvatsku općenito. Sadrži analizu potrošnje u Hrvatskoj i odabranim gradovima i to prema podrijetlu turista te prema ključnim kategorijama proizvoda, ali i analizu sentimenta putem društvenih mreža prema mjestima, lokalnim turističkim proizvodima i događanjima.
Korištenje uvida u podatke za upravljanje turističkim destinacijama i marketinškim kampanjama čini ovo partnerstvo važnim korakom u predstavljanju turističke ponude i poticanju prekograničnih putovanja u novom dobu.

Pandemija je učinila postojeće modele predviđanja turističkih trendova manje relevantnima, a istovremeno se javila rastuća potreba za razumijevanjem suvremenih putnika i prilagođavanjem njihovim zahtjevima. Stoga se tehnološki lider Mastercard udružio sa Šibensko-kninskom županijom kako bi ova važna turistička regija dobila uvid u podatke o ponašanju turista koji će se koristiti za kreiranje budućih turističkih proizvoda te definiranje novih marketinških kampanja.
Danas se brojke uspoređuju s onima iz rekordne 2019. godine, a cilj je nadmašiti te rezultate zahvaljujući boljem razumijevanju novih planova, interesa i želja posjetitelja. Mastercardova platforma Tourism Insights analizira cijeli potrošački put, prije, za vrijeme i poslije putovanja te organizacijama za upravljanje destinacijama nudi detaljne podatke i uvide.
Pametna i ciljana ulaganja od ključnog su značaja u novom okruženju
Tourism Insights objedinjava podatke dobivene iz tražilica, društvenih mreža i transakcija te omogućava jasno profiliranje posjetitelja, njihovih želja i potreba te na osnovi toga usmjeravanje ponude. Na taj način pomaže organizacijama da planiraju svoje programe oporavka turizma, od pokretanja međunarodnih marketinških kampanja do dodjele subvencija građanima za poticanje lokalne potrošnje u turističkom sektoru. Također, može im pomoći u upravljanju zatišjem izvan sezone, odnosno prenapučenošću u sezoni.

Šibensko-kninska županija uz bok najvećih svjetskih igrača
Šibensko-kninska županija je pokazala inovativnost i prepoznala ovu priliku da stane uz bok najvećim svjetskim igračima, poput Londona, Pariza, Madrida i New Yorka koji već koriste ovaj alat.
„Turizam je jedna je od najvažnijih gospodarskih grana Šibensko-kninske županije, a naš je cilj konstantno ga unaprjeđivati i našim gostima ponuditi upravo ono što traže, na obostranu korist i zadovoljstvo. Siguran sam kako ćemo korištenjem ovog sjajnog alata učiniti veliki iskorak u tom smjeru te ubuduće moći kreirati turističke proizvode prilagođene suvremenim putnicima i njihovim zahtjevima“, istaknuo je župan Šibensko-kninske županije dr. sc. Tourism Insights report koji je Mastercard osigurao Šibensko-kninskoj županiji uključuje podatke koji olakšavaju razumijevanje profila turista koji dolaze u tu regiju, ali i Hrvatsku općenito. Sadrži analizu potrošnje u Hrvatskoj i odabranim gradovima i to prema podrijetlu turista te prema ključnim kategorijama proizvoda, ali i analizu sentimenta putem društvenih mreža prema mjestima, lokalnim turističkim proizvodima i događanjima.
Korištenje uvida u podatke za upravljanje turističkim destinacijama i marketinškim kampanjama čini ovo partnerstvo važnim korakom u predstavljanju turističke ponude i poticanju prekograničnih putovanja u novom dobu.
