Nakon što je ispunio uvjete, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana zaključio je stjecanje 100% poslovnog udjela u hrvatskoj tvrtki Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. po cijeni od 191,7 milijuna eura. Istodobno, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana će preuzeti neto financijski dug prema bankama u iznosu od 19,2 milijuna eura. Otkup i refinanciranje preuzetih dugova financiraju se međunarodnim sindiciranim kreditom od 200 milijuna eura u organizaciji NLB d.d. u suradnji s Privrednom bankom Zagreb d.d. Nakon zatvaranja transakcije slijedi integracija Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. u Petrol Grupu i naknadno spajanje stečenog društva s Petrol d.o.o. Zagreb, za koji se očekuje da će biti finaliziran do kraja 2022. Petrol Group na ovaj način učvršćuje svoju poziciju drugog najvećeg davatelja naftnih derivata u Hrvatskoj, objavljeno je na Ljubljanskoj burzi, prenosi novac.hr.

Kupovina Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. je Petrolu najveća akvizicija u posljednjem desetljeću, a 93 nova prodajna mjesta najveći su jednokratni porast broja prodajnih mjesta u povijesti Petrol Grupe. S ukupno 204 prodajna mjesta, tržišni udio Petrol grupe u Hrvatskoj povećat će se s 13% na 23%. U regiji JIE, Petrol Grupa sada će imati ukupno 594 prodajna mjesta. EBITDA Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. za 2021. procjenjuje se na 37 milijuna eura (bez učinka MSFI -a 16).

Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. ostat će neovisno društvo do konačnog spajanja s Petrol d.o.o., Zagreb. Spojeno društvo bit će drugi najveći dobavljač naftnih derivata u Hrvatskoj: prihod od prodaje (uključujući trošarine) Petrol d.o.o., Zagreb i Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. za 2020. zajedno bi iznosili otprilike milijardu eura, čime se svrstava među najveća hrvatska poduzeća.

Nakon što je ispunio uvjete, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana zaključio je stjecanje 100% poslovnog udjela u hrvatskoj tvrtki Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. po cijeni od 191,7 milijuna eura. Istodobno, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana će preuzeti neto financijski dug prema bankama u iznosu od 19,2 milijuna eura. Otkup i refinanciranje preuzetih dugova financiraju se međunarodnim sindiciranim kreditom od 200 milijuna eura u organizaciji NLB d.d. u suradnji s Privrednom bankom Zagreb d.d. Nakon zatvaranja transakcije slijedi integracija Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. u Petrol Grupu i naknadno spajanje stečenog društva s Petrol d.o.o. Zagreb, za koji se očekuje da će biti finaliziran do kraja 2022. Petrol Group na ovaj način učvršćuje svoju poziciju drugog najvećeg davatelja naftnih derivata u Hrvatskoj, objavljeno je na Ljubljanskoj burzi, prenosi novac.hr.

Kupovina Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. je Petrolu najveća akvizicija u posljednjem desetljeću, a 93 nova prodajna mjesta najveći su jednokratni porast broja prodajnih mjesta u povijesti Petrol Grupe. S ukupno 204 prodajna mjesta, tržišni udio Petrol grupe u Hrvatskoj povećat će se s 13% na 23%. U regiji JIE, Petrol Grupa sada će imati ukupno 594 prodajna mjesta. EBITDA Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. za 2021. procjenjuje se na 37 milijuna eura (bez učinka MSFI -a 16).

Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. ostat će neovisno društvo do konačnog spajanja s Petrol d.o.o., Zagreb. Spojeno društvo bit će drugi najveći dobavljač naftnih derivata u Hrvatskoj: prihod od prodaje (uključujući trošarine) Petrol d.o.o., Zagreb i Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. za 2020. zajedno bi iznosili otprilike milijardu eura, čime se svrstava među najveća hrvatska poduzeća.

Nakon što je ispunio uvjete, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana zaključio je stjecanje 100% poslovnog udjela u hrvatskoj tvrtki Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. po cijeni od 191,7 milijuna eura. Istodobno, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana će preuzeti neto financijski dug prema bankama u iznosu od 19,2 milijuna eura. Otkup i refinanciranje preuzetih dugova financiraju se međunarodnim sindiciranim kreditom od 200 milijuna eura u organizaciji NLB d.d. u suradnji s Privrednom bankom Zagreb d.d. Nakon zatvaranja transakcije slijedi integracija Crodux Derivati ​​Dva d.o.o. u Petrol Grupu i naknadno spajanje stečenog društva s Petrol d.o.o. Zagreb, za koji se očekuje da će biti finaliziran do kraja 2022. Petrol Group na ovaj način učvršćuje svoju poziciju drugog najvećeg davatelja naftnih derivata...
