Trgovački lanac Pevex ostvario je golem skok neto dobiti tijekom prošle godine, doznajemo u kompaniji.

Pevex je u prošloj 2021. godini prikazao neto dobit u iznosu od čak 288 milijuna kuna, što je 44 posto više nego predlani kad je dobit iznosila nešto manje od 200 milijuna kuna, piše Danica.hr.

No, za razliku od prošle godine, kada je dioničarima isplaćena masna dividenda od 7600 kuna po dionici, čini se kako ove godine neće biti ništa od toga. Uprava i Nadzorni odbor, naime, sazvali su glavnu skupštinu dioničara bez takvog prijedloga.

Skupština Pevexa održat će se 10. svibnja, a predloženo je da cijeli iznos profita ide u zadržanu dobit. To se sigurno neće svidjeti brojnim malim dioničarima. Većinu u skupštini drži hrvatski plinski kralj Pavao Vujnovac s 36,6 posto dionica te njegov partner Mario Radić, politički tajnik Domovinskog pokreta, koji osobno i preko svoje tvrtke Filir posjeduje 16,38 posto udjela.

Na suprotnoj je strani bivši predsjednik uprave Pevexa Jurica Lovrinčević koji posjeduje 8,82 posto, a njegova tvrtka Dicentra kontrolira 14,40 posto vlasništva. Očekuje se da mali dioničari okupljeni oko Lovrinčevića upute protuprijedlog skupštini za isplatu dividende, piše Danica.hr.

Trgovački lanac Pevex ostvario je golem skok neto dobiti tijekom prošle godine, doznajemo u kompaniji.

Pevex je u prošloj 2021. godini prikazao neto dobit u iznosu od čak 288 milijuna kuna, što je 44 posto više nego predlani kad je dobit iznosila nešto manje od 200 milijuna kuna, piše Danica.hr.

No, za razliku od prošle godine, kada je dioničarima isplaćena masna dividenda od 7600 kuna po dionici, čini se kako ove godine neće biti ništa od toga. Uprava i Nadzorni odbor, naime, sazvali su glavnu skupštinu dioničara bez takvog prijedloga.

Skupština Pevexa održat će se 10. svibnja, a predloženo je da cijeli iznos profita ide u zadržanu dobit. To se sigurno neće svidjeti brojnim malim dioničarima. Većinu u skupštini drži hrvatski plinski kralj Pavao Vujnovac s 36,6 posto dionica te njegov partner Mario Radić, politički tajnik Domovinskog pokreta, koji osobno i preko svoje tvrtke Filir posjeduje 16,38 posto udjela.

Na suprotnoj je strani bivši predsjednik uprave Pevexa Jurica Lovrinčević koji posjeduje 8,82 posto, a njegova tvrtka Dicentra kontrolira 14,40 posto vlasništva. Očekuje se da mali dioničari okupljeni oko Lovrinčevića upute protuprijedlog skupštini za isplatu dividende, piše Danica.hr.
