stdClass Object ( [id] => 163495 [title] => Potpisan ugovor o koncesiji za Zračnu luku Zagreb [alias] => potpisan-ugovor-o-koncesiji-za-zracnu-luku-zagreb [catid] => 244 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Predstavnici hrvatske Vlade i francuskog konzorcija Zagreb Airport International Company (ZAIC) potpisali su danas Ugovor o koncesiji za izgradnju i upravljanje Zračnom lukom Zagreb, kojim je ZAIC dobio 30-godišnju koncesiju za izgradnju novog putničkog terminala na zagrebačkom aerodromu i upravljanje postojećim i novoizgrađenim terminalom te pripadajućom infrastrukturom.

Ugovor je potpisan u nazočnosti hrvatskog premijera Zorana Milanovića koji je istaknuo da nikada nije kasno za takve velike i važne projekte, pogotovo jer Hrvatska zaostaje na području izgradnje strateški važne infrastrukture.

Na otvorenom, fer i korektnom međunarodnom natječaju pobijedio je ponuditelj koji ima svjetski relevantnu ekspertizu, te veliko znanje i iskustvo, a osim toga s francuskim partnerom Hrvatska ima pozitivna iskustva iz projekta Bina Istra, rekao je Milanović izrazivši nadu da će se nastavak izgradnje autoceste u Istri nastaviti po istom koncesijskom modelu.

Ugovorom o koncesiji omogućena je dogradnja zagrebačkog aerodroma kojom će, bez kune iz državnog proračuna, Zračna luka Zagreb postati regionalnim, pa i europskim zračnim centrom, a planira se povećanje broja putnika na pet milijuna godišnje, rekao je zamjenik ministra pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture Zdenko Antešić.

Ukupni koncesijski prihod kroz 30 godina iznosit će 1,940 milijardi eura, odnosno po današnjoj vrijednosti 540 milijuna eura, dok će ulaganja u prvoj fazi izgradnje terminala iznositi 236 milijuna eura, napomenuo je Antešić.
Glavni izvršni direktor ZAIC-a Cristophe Petit najavio je da bi preuzimanje sadašnjeg terminala i gradnja novog terminala mogli početi za šest do devet mjeseci, nakon što ZAIC zatvori financijsku konstrukciju. Novi terminal trebao bi biti izgrađen u roku tri godine. Nakon što im bude predan postojeći terminal na upravljanje, Francuzi će uplatiti prvu ratu koncesijske naknade u iznosu od dva milijuna eura.

Uvjeti za plaćanje koncesijske naknade su izuzetno povoljni za državu, no mi smo preuzeli taj rizik jer smatramo da Zračna luka Zagreb doista ima regionalnu i europsku vrijednost, a Pariški aerodromi i građevinska kompanija Bouygues, koji su osnovali ZAIC, imaju dovoljno iskustva s takvim projektima, rekao je Petit.

Predstavnici konzorcija ugovorom su se također obvezali da će poštovati dogovorena prava radnika Zračne luke Zagreb, dok će veći dio radova na novom terminalu obaviti hrvatske tvrtke Vijadukt i Zagorje Tehnobeton.

Hrvatska nije imala sredstva za samostalnu izgradnju novog terminala pa je prihvaćeni koncesijski model najbolje rješenje, a time će se također potaknuti investicijski zamah i osigurati značajni prihodi za državni proračun, rečeno je prigodom potpisivanja ugovora.

izgradnju novog putničkog terminala na zagrebačkom aerodromu i upravljanje postojećim i novoizgrađenim terminalom te pripadajućom infrastrukturom.

Ugovor je potpisan u nazočnosti hrvatskog premijera Zorana Milanovića koji je istaknuo da nikada nije kasno za takve velike i važne projekte, pogotovo jer Hrvatska zaostaje na području izgradnje strateški važne infrastrukture.

Na otvorenom, fer i korektnom međunarodnom natječaju pobijedio je ponuditelj koji ima svjetski relevantnu ekspertizu, te veliko znanje i iskustvo, a osim toga s francuskim partnerom Hrvatska ima pozitivna iskustva iz projekta Bina Istra, rekao je Milanović izrazivši nadu da će se nastavak izgradnje autoceste u Istri nastaviti po istom koncesijskom modelu.

Ugovorom o koncesiji omogućena je dogradnja zagrebačkog aerodroma kojom će, bez kune iz državnog proračuna, Zračna luka Zagreb postati regionalnim, pa i europskim zračnim centrom, a planira se povećanje broja putnika na pet milijuna godišnje, rekao je zamjenik ministra pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture Zdenko Antešić.

Ukupni koncesijski prihod kroz 30 godina iznosit će 1,940 milijardi eura, odnosno po današnjoj vrijednosti 540 milijuna eura, dok će ulaganja u prvoj fazi izgradnje terminala iznositi 236 milijuna eura, napomenuo je Antešić.
Glavni izvršni direktor ZAIC-a Cristophe Petit najavio je da bi preuzimanje sadašnjeg terminala i gradnja novog terminala mogli početi za šest do devet mjeseci, nakon što ZAIC zatvori financijsku konstrukciju. Novi terminal trebao bi biti izgrađen u roku tri godine. Nakon što im bude predan postojeći terminal na upravljanje, Francuzi će uplatiti prvu ratu koncesijske naknade u iznosu od dva milijuna eura.

Uvjeti za plaćanje koncesijske naknade su izuzetno povoljni za državu, no mi smo preuzeli taj rizik jer smatramo da Zračna luka Zagreb doista ima regionalnu i europsku vrijednost, a Pariški aerodromi i građevinska kompanija Bouygues, koji su osnovali ZAIC, imaju dovoljno iskustva s takvim projektima, rekao je Petit.

Predstavnici konzorcija ugovorom su se također obvezali da će poštovati dogovorena prava radnika Zračne luke Zagreb, dok će veći dio radova na novom terminalu obaviti hrvatske tvrtke Vijadukt i Zagorje Tehnobeton.

Hrvatska nije imala sredstva za samostalnu izgradnju novog terminala pa je prihvaćeni koncesijski model najbolje rješenje, a time će se također potaknuti investicijski zamah i osigurati značajni prihodi za državni proračun, rečeno je prigodom potpisivanja ugovora.
