Trgovanje dionicama talijanske banke UniCredit, inače vlasnika Zagrebačke banke, na Milanskoj burzi, nakratko je prekinuto zbog snažnih kolebanja izazvanih najavom banke o prikupljanju dodatnoga kapitala.
Otkad je prošli tjedan najavila da planira prikupiti dodatnih sedam i pol milijardi eura, banka UniCredit izgubila je 37 posto tržišne vrijednosti.
UniCredit je prošlog tjedna odredio cijenu prava u iznosu 1,943 eura, što je bilo čak 69 posto manje od cijene dionice na zatvaranju prethodnog dana.
Trgovanje UniCreditovim dionicama nastavljeno je nakon podneva, kada je njihova vrijednost bilježila minus od 8,3 posto i dionicama se trgovalo po 2,40 eura. UniCredit pokušava prikupiti kapital kako bi udovoljio novim, postroženim europskim propisima o bankovnom kapitalu.
Europska agencija za banke (EBA) odredila je početkom prosinca, u sklopu procjene potreba 70 europskih banaka za dodatnim kapitalom, da UniCredit mora prikupiti osam milijardi eura.

Trgovanje dionicama talijanske banke UniCredit, inače vlasnika Zagrebačke banke, na Milanskoj burzi, nakratko je prekinuto zbog snažnih kolebanja izazvanih najavom banke o prikupljanju dodatnoga kapitala.
Otkad je prošli tjedan najavila da planira prikupiti dodatnih sedam i pol milijardi eura, banka UniCredit izgubila je 37 posto tržišne vrijednosti.
UniCredit je prošlog tjedna odredio cijenu prava u iznosu 1,943 eura, što je bilo čak 69 posto manje od cijene dionice na zatvaranju prethodnog dana.
Trgovanje UniCreditovim dionicama nastavljeno je nakon podneva, kada je njihova vrijednost bilježila minus od 8,3 posto i dionicama se trgovalo po 2,40 eura. UniCredit pokušava prikupiti kapital kako bi udovoljio novim, postroženim europskim propisima o bankovnom kapitalu.
Europska agencija za banke (EBA) odredila je početkom prosinca, u sklopu procjene potreba 70 europskih banaka za dodatnim kapitalom, da UniCredit mora prikupiti osam milijardi eura.
