Gubeći strpljenje, sadašnji i bivši radnici trogirskog škvera mjesecima se pitaju kada će im tvrtka u vlasništvu obitelji Danka Končara isplatiti izostale plaće i otpremnine. Čini im se kao da su ih svi već zaboravili, pa kod nesretnih metalaca ne manjka gorčine i razočaranja.

Jednom od njih, koji nas je u razgovoru zamolio za diskreciju, novac je upravo stigao, a kada će ostalima, nitko se ne usuđuje prognozirati u izobilju lijepih želja i zavodljivih obećanja:

– Ne znan više ni sam šta bi reka: iman 39 godina radnog staža, a 18. prosinca 2020. godine dobija san poslovno uvjetovani otkaz. Kao i dosta drugih radnika. Do danas se ništa nije prominilo, a radnici se boje izlazit u novine i javno govorit. Uvuče se strah u ljude, pa misle da će ostat i bez te mižerije koju predugo čekaju. Zato šute…

Seljakanje po tvrtkama

Ja san konačno, nakon sedan miseci, dobija plaće i otpremninu. U zadnjih pet godina vozalo nas je iz jedne firme u drugu: iz "Brodotrogira", krovne firme, u HBT, pa u "Outfit", a onda u "Hull". Na kraju su mi nudili i da iden u "Brodotrogir Usluge", ali san odbija jer bi bija izgubija pravo na otpremninu. Kad te sele u četvrtu firmu, moraš potpisat potpuno novi ugovor o radu, a prethodno raskinit stari, pa ni lovu ne bi moga dobit, da ne ulazin sad u sve te birokratske detalje….

Svakako, čovjeku su dugovali pet plaća, a za otpremninu još šest bruto plaća. Prethodno su od države dobili i tri minimalca, što će škver naknadno vratiti u državnu blagajnu. Barem bi morao.

– To ti je poznata taktika: izgladni ljude pa vladaj. Neki su u međuvrimenu sami išli ća, dozlogrdilo in je ili nisu imali drugog izlaza. Ja in nisan tija dat gušta, neka plate šta je moje – govori bivši trogirski škverski radnik.

Dugogodišnji član škverske Uprave Mateo Tramontana ovako nam je odgovorio na pitanja o isplatama – obećanim nakon što se proda marina u brodogradilištu, o čemu nam je proljetos u razgovoru u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji govorio i Danko Končar – kao i o stanju u škveru:

– Marina još nije prodana, ali prodaja je u tijeku. U ovom trenutku 42 radnika čeka izostale plaće, a 67 radnika otpremnine. Za dio navedenih obaveza isplata je u tijeku, a ostatak će biti unutar 45 dana.

Odgovori su jezgroviti, a stigli su pismenim putem, kojim su prethodno putovala i naša pitanja u "Brodotrogir".

Prekvalifikacija

Ako Damira Rakića iz Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske, a koji je bio sindikalni povjerenik u škverskom poduzeću "B.T. Hull", pitate kad će radnici dobiti novac, reći će vam ovako:

– Samo vile to znaju… Ja sam završio na Zavodu za zapošljavanje. Poslalo me i na prekvalifikaciju. Nadam se da ću pronaći boljeg poslodavca, koji svojim radnicima isplaćuje plaće, a nadam se da ću dobiti i bolje radno mjesto.

Znate i sami, što ste stariji i iskusniji u Hrvatskoj, ponosnoj zemlji članici Europske unije, to vam je lakše naći novi posao i bolju plaću. Pitajte premijera Plenkovića i ministra Marića. Baš se radujem!

Ironiju na stranu, Rakić je radio 18 godina u škveru, a u posljednje tri selili su ga u HBT, pa u "Outfit" i na kraju u "Hull", gdje je u svibnju i on dobio poslovno uvjetovani otkaz, uputivši se na biro za nezaposlene. Poslodavac mu duguje četiri plaće i otpremninu. Sve zajedno, više od 50.000 kuna.

– Obvezali su se bili sve isplatiti za mjesec dana. Kao da milost čekamo…

Govori sindikalac da stanovit broj radnika ne može dobiti ni povrat poreza, iako su neki s više djece očekivali i po 15.000 kuna. Ali, kaže Rakić, Porezna uprava obavještava te metalce da poslodavac nije uplaćivao poreze, pa ih država radnicima ne može ni vratiti.

Treba reći da je tvrtka "Brodotrogir" u blokadi već 52 dana zbog neplaćanja dospjelih računa. "Outfit" je u stečaju, a "B.T. Hull" blokiran dugotrajno, te ima porezni dug, vidljivo je iz javnih izvora. Štoviše, splitski Trgovački sud imenovao mu je privremenog stečajnog upravitelja. Prethodno je Fina, još 14. prosinca prošle godine – po službenoj dužnosti, jer je tvrtka nesposobna za plaćanje dulje od 300 dana – predložila otvaranje stečaja. Dug je tada iznosio 4,8 milijuna kuna.

Blokada i stečaj

Privremeni stečajni upravitelj dužan je utvrditi imovinu stečajnog dužnika i njezinu vrijednost, stanje obveza, iznos predvidljivih troškova, te je li dužnikova imovina dovoljna za namirenje troškova postupka. Po službenim dokumentima, "B.T. Hull" nema upisanih nekretnina ili vozila. Bilo je i prijepora oko toga je li dužnik zaista uplatio dva milijuna kuna na račun tvrtke, kao što je to sam tvrdio.

Iduće sudsko ročište u slučaju "B.T. Hulla" zakazano je 22. rujna. Dotad će valjda radnici biti isplaćeni.

Mateo Tramontana: Do deblokade prodajom imovine

Kako komentirate postavljanje privremenog stečajnog upravitelja i prijepore oko uplate dva milijuna kuna?

– Trgovački sud u Splitu provodi zakon i mi tu nemamo nikakvih primjedbi ni komentara. Prijepor oko uplate ne postoji, najvjerojatnije su nedostajale dodatne informacije u tom trenutku, ali radi se o plaćanju duga "Hrvatske brodogradnje Trogir" d.o.o. (HBT) prema "B.T. Hullu" d.o.o.

Što je s blokadom "Brodotrogira" i o kojim se dugovima radi?

– Radi se o blokadi Ministarstva financija u visini od 2,8 milijuna kuna. Ovaj će dug biti plaćen uskoro, odnosno nakon što namirimo obaveze prema radnicima.

Iz kojih izvora planirate namaknuti novac za deblokadu "Brodotrogira"?

– Iz prodaje imovine.

Gubeći strpljenje, sadašnji i bivši radnici trogirskog škvera mjesecima se pitaju kada će im tvrtka u vlasništvu obitelji Danka Končara isplatiti izostale plaće i otpremnine. Čini im se kao da su ih svi već zaboravili, pa kod nesretnih metalaca ne manjka gorčine i razočaranja.

Jednom od njih, koji nas je u razgovoru zamolio za diskreciju, novac je upravo stigao, a kada će ostalima, nitko se ne usuđuje prognozirati u izobilju lijepih želja i zavodljivih obećanja:

– Ne znan više ni sam šta bi reka: iman 39 godina radnog staža, a 18. prosinca 2020. godine dobija san poslovno uvjetovani otkaz. Kao i dosta drugih radnika. Do danas se ništa nije prominilo, a radnici se boje izlazit u novine i javno govorit. Uvuče se strah u ljude, pa misle da će ostat i bez te mižerije koju predugo čekaju. Zato šute…

Seljakanje po tvrtkama

Ja san konačno, nakon sedan miseci, dobija plaće i otpremninu. U zadnjih pet godina vozalo nas je iz jedne firme u drugu: iz "Brodotrogira", krovne firme, u HBT, pa u "Outfit", a onda u "Hull". Na kraju su mi nudili i da iden u "Brodotrogir Usluge", ali san odbija jer bi bija izgubija pravo na otpremninu. Kad te sele u četvrtu firmu, moraš potpisat potpuno novi ugovor o radu, a prethodno raskinit stari, pa ni lovu ne bi moga dobit, da ne ulazin sad u sve te birokratske detalje….

Svakako, čovjeku su dugovali pet plaća, a za otpremninu još šest bruto plaća. Prethodno su od države dobili i tri minimalca, što će škver naknadno vratiti u državnu blagajnu. Barem bi morao.

– To ti je poznata taktika: izgladni ljude pa vladaj. Neki su u međuvrimenu sami išli ća, dozlogrdilo in je ili nisu imali drugog izlaza. Ja in nisan tija dat gušta, neka plate šta je moje – govori bivši trogirski škverski radnik.

Dugogodišnji član škverske Uprave Mateo Tramontana ovako nam je odgovorio na pitanja o isplatama – obećanim nakon što se proda marina u brodogradilištu, o čemu nam je proljetos u razgovoru u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji govorio i Danko Končar – kao i o stanju u škveru:

– Marina još nije prodana, ali prodaja je u tijeku. U ovom trenutku 42 radnika čeka izostale plaće, a 67 radnika otpremnine. Za dio navedenih obaveza isplata je u tijeku, a ostatak će biti unutar 45 dana.

Odgovori su jezgroviti, a stigli su pismenim putem, kojim su prethodno putovala i naša pitanja u "Brodotrogir".

Prekvalifikacija

Ako Damira Rakića iz Sindikata metalaca Hrvatske, a koji je bio sindikalni povjerenik u škverskom poduzeću "B.T. Hull", pitate kad će radnici dobiti novac, reći će vam ovako:

– Samo vile to znaju… Ja sam završio na Zavodu za zapošljavanje. Poslalo me i na prekvalifikaciju. Nadam se da ću pronaći boljeg poslodavca, koji svojim radnicima isplaćuje plaće, a nadam se da ću dobiti i bolje radno mjesto.

Znate i sami, što ste stariji i iskusniji u Hrvatskoj, ponosnoj zemlji članici Europske unije, to vam je lakše naći novi posao i bolju plaću. Pitajte premijera Plenkovića i ministra Marića. Baš se radujem!

Ironiju na stranu, Rakić je radio 18 godina u škveru, a u posljednje tri selili su ga u HBT, pa u "Outfit" i na kraju u "Hull", gdje je u svibnju i on dobio poslovno uvjetovani otkaz, uputivši se na biro za nezaposlene. Poslodavac mu duguje četiri plaće i otpremninu. Sve zajedno, više od 50.000 kuna.

– Obvezali su se bili sve isplatiti za mjesec dana. Kao da milost čekamo…

Govori sindikalac da stanovit broj radnika ne može dobiti ni povrat poreza, iako su neki s više djece očekivali i po 15.000 kuna. Ali, kaže Rakić, Porezna uprava obavještava te metalce da poslodavac nije uplaćivao poreze, pa ih država radnicima ne može ni vratiti.

Treba reći da je tvrtka "Brodotrogir" u blokadi već 52 dana zbog neplaćanja dospjelih računa. "Outfit" je u stečaju, a "B.T. Hull" blokiran dugotrajno, te ima porezni dug, vidljivo je iz javnih izvora. Štoviše, splitski Trgovački sud imenovao mu je privremenog stečajnog upravitelja. Prethodno je Fina, još 14. prosinca prošle godine – po službenoj dužnosti, jer je tvrtka nesposobna za plaćanje dulje od 300 dana – predložila otvaranje stečaja. Dug je tada iznosio 4,8 milijuna kuna.

Blokada i stečaj

Privremeni stečajni upravitelj dužan je utvrditi imovinu stečajnog dužnika i njezinu vrijednost, stanje obveza, iznos predvidljivih troškova, te je li dužnikova imovina dovoljna za namirenje troškova postupka. Po službenim dokumentima, "B.T. Hull" nema upisanih nekretnina ili vozila. Bilo je i prijepora oko toga je li dužnik zaista uplatio dva milijuna kuna na račun tvrtke, kao što je to sam tvrdio.

Iduće sudsko ročište u slučaju "B.T. Hulla" zakazano je 22. rujna. Dotad će valjda radnici biti isplaćeni.

Mateo Tramontana: Do deblokade prodajom imovine

Kako komentirate postavljanje privremenog stečajnog upravitelja i prijepore oko uplate dva milijuna kuna?

– Trgovački sud u Splitu provodi zakon i mi tu nemamo nikakvih primjedbi ni komentara. Prijepor oko uplate ne postoji, najvjerojatnije su nedostajale dodatne informacije u tom trenutku, ali radi se o plaćanju duga "Hrvatske brodogradnje Trogir" d.o.o. (HBT) prema "B.T. Hullu" d.o.o.

Što je s blokadom "Brodotrogira" i o kojim se dugovima radi?

– Radi se o blokadi Ministarstva financija u visini od 2,8 milijuna kuna. Ovaj će dug biti plaćen uskoro, odnosno nakon što namirimo obaveze prema radnicima.

Iz kojih izvora planirate namaknuti novac za deblokadu "Brodotrogira"?

– Iz prodaje imovine.
