Pogoršanje epidemiološke situacije započeto s početkom posljednjeg tromjesečja 2020. uzrokovalo je popriličnu neizvjesnost i usporavanje oporavka diljem Europe. Ni početak 2021. nije donio značajnije opuštanje i olakšanje unatoč vijesti o početku cijepljenja. Intenzitet usporavanja i godišnji pad BDP-a u pojedinim državama osim strogosti epidemioloških mjera odredit će izloženost posebno pogođenom uslužnom sektoru.

Istaknula je to Zrinka Živković Matijević, direktorica Ekonomskih i financijskih istraživanja RBA u uvodu prvog ovogodišnjeg izdanja "RBAnaliza" koje su pripremili analitičari Raiffeisen banke (RBA). Glavna tema je osvrt na utjecaj pandemije na makroekonomsko okruženje i njegove posljedice na domaća financijska te svjetska tržišta.

Nadalje, Živković Matijević pojašnjava kako pokazatelji četvrtog tromjesečja za Hrvatsku upućuju također na usporavanje rasta, ali odgoda primjene razmjerno strožih epidemioloških mjera spriječila je potencijalno veći negativni utjecaj na gospodarsku aktivnost. Ipak, i posljednje tromjesečje 2020., i prvo tromjesečje 2021., donijet će nastavak realnog godišnjeg pada BDP-a.

- U oba razdoblja kao i prethodnih mjeseci nepovoljna kretanja bit će predvođena padom izvoza usluga i potrošnje ili sa strane ponude djelatnostima vezanim uz ugostiteljstvo i prijevoz. Pritom je udar krize na potrošnju uvelike ublažen potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta te petim krugom poreznih izmjena kojim je došlo do poreznog rasterećenja – napisala je u uvodu "RBAnaliza".

Dodaje kako uz to početak procjepljivanja stanovništva diljem Europe uz približavanje proljeća budi polagani optimizam da bi se pandemija mogla staviti pod kontrolu omogućavajući povratak putovanja i turizma o kojoj je Hrvatska uvelike ovisna.

Nastavak građevinske aktivnosti i potreba obnove potresom pogođenih područja uz visoka sredstava iz EU fondova sugeriraju da razmjerno snažan rast investicije tijekom 2021. Naposljetku, oporavak hrvatskih izvoznih tržišta donijet će rast izvoza roba.

- Međutim, solidna očekivanja i prisutni optimizam treba uzeti s visokom dozom opreza jer je teško prognozirati vremenski horizont mogućeg obuzdavanja pandemije. Ostaje također činjenica da je Hrvatska jedna od najpogođenijih država u EU te da će i uz ovakve prognoze trebati barem dvije do tri godine da dosegne razinu iz 2019. - istaknula je Zrinka Živković Matijević.

Također je naglasila kako o oporavku ovisi i povratak fiskalnih pokazatelja unutar kriterija iz Maastrichta koji su uz ispunjavanje obveza preuzetih ulaskom u ERM2 preduvjet za prihvaćanje eura kao jedinstvenog sredstva plaćanja. Uz trenutne prognoze, još uvijek je, kazala je, moguće taj cilj dosegnuti 2024. A do tada monetarna politika ostat će izrazito ekspanzivna i dosljedna politici stabilnog tečaja.

- Kretanja dioničkih tržišta u godini pred nama gledamo s optimizmom. Novoizabrani američki predsjednik Biden predstavio je novi paket fiskalne pomoći američkom gospodarstvu, koji bi u slučaju da bude izglasan u američkom Kongresu mogao dati snažan zamašnjak brzom oporavku američkog gospodarstva. Stoga je trenutni optimizam ulagača odraz uvjerenja da će ova godina donijeti značajan oporavak gospodarskih aktivnosti na globalnoj razini u odnosu na baznu 2020. - procjenjuje Živković Matijević.

Nadalje, pojašnjava kako istovremeno vodeće središnje banke s obje strane Atlantika nastavljaju s mjerama iznimno ekspanzivne monetarne politike.

- Posljedično dio bi se ulagača u potrazi za zadovoljavajućim prinosima mogao okrenuti prema značajnijim ulaganjima u rizičnije klase imovine. Međutim, prilikom donošenja svojih investicijskih odluka ulagači bi trebali biti svjesni i nadalje izražene neizvjesnosti na tržištima u svezi tijeka pandemije COVID-19 uslijed sporog procjepljivanja te brzog širenja novih sojeva virusa. Unatoč i nadalje prisutnim neizvjesnostima glede dinamike oporavka domaćeg gospodarstva, s optimizmom gledamo na izvedbu domaćeg dioničkog tržišta u ovoj godini – zaključuje Zrinka Živković Matijević u uvodu "RBAnaliza".

Pogoršanje epidemiološke situacije započeto s početkom posljednjeg tromjesečja 2020. uzrokovalo je popriličnu neizvjesnost i usporavanje oporavka diljem Europe. Ni početak 2021. nije donio značajnije opuštanje i olakšanje unatoč vijesti o početku cijepljenja. Intenzitet usporavanja i godišnji pad BDP-a u pojedinim državama osim strogosti epidemioloških mjera odredit će izloženost posebno pogođenom uslužnom sektoru.

Istaknula je to Zrinka Živković Matijević, direktorica Ekonomskih i financijskih istraživanja RBA u uvodu prvog ovogodišnjeg izdanja "RBAnaliza" koje su pripremili analitičari Raiffeisen banke (RBA). Glavna tema je osvrt na utjecaj pandemije na makroekonomsko okruženje i njegove posljedice na domaća financijska te svjetska tržišta.

Nadalje, Živković Matijević pojašnjava kako pokazatelji četvrtog tromjesečja za Hrvatsku upućuju također na usporavanje rasta, ali odgoda primjene razmjerno strožih epidemioloških mjera spriječila je potencijalno veći negativni utjecaj na gospodarsku aktivnost. Ipak, i posljednje tromjesečje 2020., i prvo tromjesečje 2021., donijet će nastavak realnog godišnjeg pada BDP-a.

- U oba razdoblja kao i prethodnih mjeseci nepovoljna kretanja bit će predvođena padom izvoza usluga i potrošnje ili sa strane ponude djelatnostima vezanim uz ugostiteljstvo i prijevoz. Pritom je udar krize na potrošnju uvelike ublažen potporama za očuvanje radnih mjesta te petim krugom poreznih izmjena kojim je došlo do poreznog rasterećenja – napisala je u uvodu "RBAnaliza".

Dodaje kako uz to početak procjepljivanja stanovništva diljem Europe uz približavanje proljeća budi polagani optimizam da bi se pandemija mogla staviti pod kontrolu omogućavajući povratak putovanja i turizma o kojoj je Hrvatska uvelike ovisna.

Nastavak građevinske aktivnosti i potreba obnove potresom pogođenih područja uz visoka sredstava iz EU fondova sugeriraju da razmjerno snažan rast investicije tijekom 2021. Naposljetku, oporavak hrvatskih izvoznih tržišta donijet će rast izvoza roba.

- Međutim, solidna očekivanja i prisutni optimizam treba uzeti s visokom dozom opreza jer je teško prognozirati vremenski horizont mogućeg obuzdavanja pandemije. Ostaje također činjenica da je Hrvatska jedna od najpogođenijih država u EU te da će i uz ovakve prognoze trebati barem dvije do tri godine da dosegne razinu iz 2019. - istaknula je Zrinka Živković Matijević.

Također je naglasila kako o oporavku ovisi i povratak fiskalnih pokazatelja unutar kriterija iz Maastrichta koji su uz ispunjavanje obveza preuzetih ulaskom u ERM2 preduvjet za prihvaćanje eura kao jedinstvenog sredstva plaćanja. Uz trenutne prognoze, još uvijek je, kazala je, moguće taj cilj dosegnuti 2024. A do tada monetarna politika ostat će izrazito ekspanzivna i dosljedna politici stabilnog tečaja.

- Kretanja dioničkih tržišta u godini pred nama gledamo s optimizmom. Novoizabrani američki predsjednik Biden predstavio je novi paket fiskalne pomoći američkom gospodarstvu, koji bi u slučaju da bude izglasan u američkom Kongresu mogao dati snažan zamašnjak brzom oporavku američkog gospodarstva. Stoga je trenutni optimizam ulagača odraz uvjerenja da će ova godina donijeti značajan oporavak gospodarskih aktivnosti na globalnoj razini u odnosu na baznu 2020. - procjenjuje Živković Matijević.

Nadalje, pojašnjava kako istovremeno vodeće središnje banke s obje strane Atlantika nastavljaju s mjerama iznimno ekspanzivne monetarne politike.

- Posljedično dio bi se ulagača u potrazi za zadovoljavajućim prinosima mogao okrenuti prema značajnijim ulaganjima u rizičnije klase imovine. Međutim, prilikom donošenja svojih investicijskih odluka ulagači bi trebali biti svjesni i nadalje izražene neizvjesnosti na tržištima u svezi tijeka pandemije COVID-19 uslijed sporog procjepljivanja te brzog širenja novih sojeva virusa. Unatoč i nadalje prisutnim neizvjesnostima glede dinamike oporavka domaćeg gospodarstva, s optimizmom gledamo na izvedbu domaćeg dioničkog tržišta u ovoj godini – zaključuje Zrinka Živković Matijević u uvodu "RBAnaliza".

Pogoršanje epidemiološke situacije započeto s početkom posljednjeg tromjesečja 2020. uzrokovalo je popriličnu neizvjesnost i usporavanje oporavka diljem Europe. Ni početak 2021. nije donio značajnije opuštanje i olakšanje unatoč vijesti o početku cijepljenja. Intenzitet usporavanja i godišnji pad BDP-a u pojedinim državama osim strogosti epidemioloških mjera odredit će izloženost posebno pogođenom uslužnom sektoru.

Istaknula je to Zrinka Živković Matijević, direktorica Ekonomskih i financijskih istraživanja RBA u uvodu prvog ovogodišnjeg izdanja "RBAnaliza" koje su pripremili analitičari Raiffeisen banke (RBA). Glavna tema je osvrt na utjecaj pandemije na makroekonomsko okruženje i njegove posljedice na domaća financijska te svjetska tržišta.
