Sukladno najavi, guverner Hrvatske narodne banke Željko Rohatinski donio je odluku na temelju koje će se u obračunu minimalno potrebnih deviznih potraživanja banaka uključivati i 50 posto iznosa kredita odobrenih gospodarskim subjektima iz sredstava banaka u sklopu Programa razvoja gospodarstva, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Time je, uz već donesenu odluku o smanjenju stope obvezne pričuve sa 15 posto na 13,5 posto, te isključivanju sredstava primljenih od razvojnih banaka iz osnovice za obračun, zaokružen paket mjera monetarne politike s ciljem poticanja povoljnijeg kreditiranja gospodarstva.
Tim se odlukama bankovnom sektoru oslobađa kunska i devizna likvidnost u ukupnom iznosu oko 6,4 milijarde kuna.
Istodobno, poslovne banke su s HBOR-om zaključile ugovor o sindiciranom kreditu u iznosu 3,4 milijarde kuna, tako da će banke i HBOR, u skladu s donesenim Programom razvoja gospodarstva, zajednički, u omjeru 50:50, odobravati kredite gospodarstvu u iznosu od ukupno 6,8 milijardi kuna, što je daleko ispod prvotno predviđenih 12 milijardi.
Iz središnje banke navode da takav odnos između visine likvidnosti oslobođene za tu svrhu od strane HNB-a i predviđenog iznosa kredita krajnjim korisnicima ukazuje na izrazito nisku spremnost banaka da korištenjem svoje visoke likvidnosti iz drugih izvora povećaju ponudu kredita gospodarstvu po nižim kamatnim stopama.

Sukladno najavi, guverner Hrvatske narodne banke Željko Rohatinski donio je odluku na temelju koje će se u obračunu minimalno potrebnih deviznih potraživanja banaka uključivati i 50 posto iznosa kredita odobrenih gospodarskim subjektima iz sredstava banaka u sklopu Programa razvoja gospodarstva, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Time je, uz već donesenu odluku o smanjenju stope obvezne pričuve sa 15 posto na 13,5 posto, te isključivanju sredstava primljenih od razvojnih banaka iz osnovice za obračun, zaokružen paket mjera monetarne politike s ciljem poticanja povoljnijeg kreditiranja gospodarstva.
Tim se odlukama bankovnom sektoru oslobađa kunska i devizna likvidnost u ukupnom iznosu oko 6,4 milijarde kuna.
Istodobno, poslovne banke su s HBOR-om zaključile ugovor o sindiciranom kreditu u iznosu 3,4 milijarde kuna, tako da će banke i HBOR, u skladu s donesenim Programom razvoja gospodarstva, zajednički, u omjeru 50:50, odobravati kredite gospodarstvu u iznosu od ukupno 6,8 milijardi kuna, što je daleko ispod prvotno predviđenih 12 milijardi.
Iz središnje banke navode da takav odnos između visine likvidnosti oslobođene za tu svrhu od strane HNB-a i predviđenog iznosa kredita krajnjim korisnicima ukazuje na izrazito nisku spremnost banaka da korištenjem svoje visoke likvidnosti iz drugih izvora povećaju ponudu kredita gospodarstvu po nižim kamatnim stopama.
