Austrijski Strabag i grčki Aktor žalili su se Državnoj komisiji za kontrolu javne nabave na odluku o odabiru izvođača radova za gradnju pristupne ceste mostu Pelješac, dionice Duboka - Sparagovići/Zaradeže, za koju je odabran također grčki J&P Avax, potvrdili su u srijedu iz Hrvatskih cesta.

Iz Hrvatskih cesta, investitora spomenute dionice, istaknuli su da su žalbe pristigle u u zakonskom roku, no nisu mogli otkriti detalje iznesene u pritužbama, odnosno na što se podnositelji konkretno žale.   

Podsjetimo, Hrvatske ceste su 28. veljače donijele odluku da pristupnu cestu mostu Pelješac - dionicu Duboka - Sparagovići/Zaradeže, gradi grčka kompanija J&P Avax.

U postupku javne nabave pristiglo je sedam ponuda, od kojih su četiri ocijenjene kao valjane dok je ekonomski najpovoljnijom ponudom ocijenjena ona J&P Avaxa. 

Predviđeni rok za izvođenje radova je 33 mjeseca od dana uvođenja izvođača u posao, a cijena odabrane ponude  J&P Avaxa iznosi 464,9 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a. Dionica na kojoj će se graditi pristupne ceste dugačka je 12 kilometara.  

Postupak javne nabave trajao je duže od očekivanog, zbog složenosti samog postupka te opsega i kompleksnosti dostavljene dokumentacije u postupku pregleda i ocjene ponuda. Ponude za taj posao otvorene su u lipnju prošle godine, a spomenute će žalbe nedvojbeno dodatno usporiti cijeli proces.  

Referentan rok Hrvatskim cestama za završetak svih radova je 31. siječnja 2022. godine. Isti se odnosi na rok završetka radova na sve četiri faze opsežnog projekta cestovne povezanosti s južnom Dalmacijom.

Vrijednost izgradnje dionice Duboka - Sparagovići/Zaradeže procijenjena je na 482 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a.   

Osim spomenute grčke kompanije, ponudu je dao i Integral inženjering iz Bosne i Hercegovine, koji je za taj posao tražio 321,2 milijuna kuna no odbijen je, jer su u Hrvatskim cestama ocijenili da je ponuda nepravilna zbog neuobičajeno niske cijene. 

Udruga GP Krk i Euro-asfalt poslali su ponudu na 444,3 milijuna kuna, a je Aktor tražio 464,6 milijuna kuna. Hrvatska podružnica francuskog Colasa tražila je 521,9 milijuna kuna za taj posao, austrijski Strabag 478,3 milijuna kuna, dok je izvođač radova na Pelješkom mostu China Road and Bridge Corporation za tu dionicu tražio 647,8 milijuna kuna. 

Planirani tijek radova na drugoj dionici pelješke ceste -  Sparagovići - Doli - također će biti pomaknut jer ponude još uvijek nisu niti otvorene, budući da je tvrtka Colas dan prije zakazanog roka za otvaranje (13. veljače) podnijela žalbu na natječajnu dokumentaciju.

S obzirom da je njihova žalba u međuvremenu odbijena, čeka se novi datum za otvaranje ponuda. Procijenjena vrijednost radova na toj dionici pristupne ceste iznosi 449,1 milijun kuna.

Austrijski Strabag i grčki Aktor žalili su se Državnoj komisiji za kontrolu javne nabave na odluku o odabiru izvođača radova za gradnju pristupne ceste mostu Pelješac, dionice Duboka - Sparagovići/Zaradeže, za koju je odabran također grčki J&P Avax, potvrdili su u srijedu iz Hrvatskih cesta.

Iz Hrvatskih cesta, investitora spomenute dionice, istaknuli su da su žalbe pristigle u u zakonskom roku, no nisu mogli otkriti detalje iznesene u pritužbama, odnosno na što se podnositelji konkretno žale.   

Podsjetimo, Hrvatske ceste su 28. veljače donijele odluku da pristupnu cestu mostu Pelješac - dionicu Duboka - Sparagovići/Zaradeže, gradi grčka kompanija J&P Avax.

U postupku javne nabave pristiglo je sedam ponuda, od kojih su četiri ocijenjene kao valjane dok je ekonomski najpovoljnijom ponudom ocijenjena ona J&P Avaxa. 

Predviđeni rok za izvođenje radova je 33 mjeseca od dana uvođenja izvođača u posao, a cijena odabrane ponude  J&P Avaxa iznosi 464,9 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a. Dionica na kojoj će se graditi pristupne ceste dugačka je 12 kilometara.  

Postupak javne nabave trajao je duže od očekivanog, zbog složenosti samog postupka te opsega i kompleksnosti dostavljene dokumentacije u postupku pregleda i ocjene ponuda. Ponude za taj posao otvorene su u lipnju prošle godine, a spomenute će žalbe nedvojbeno dodatno usporiti cijeli proces.  

Referentan rok Hrvatskim cestama za završetak svih radova je 31. siječnja 2022. godine. Isti se odnosi na rok završetka radova na sve četiri faze opsežnog projekta cestovne povezanosti s južnom Dalmacijom.

Vrijednost izgradnje dionice Duboka - Sparagovići/Zaradeže procijenjena je na 482 milijuna kuna bez PDV-a.   

Osim spomenute grčke kompanije, ponudu je dao i Integral inženjering iz Bosne i Hercegovine, koji je za taj posao tražio 321,2 milijuna kuna no odbijen je, jer su u Hrvatskim cestama ocijenili da je ponuda nepravilna zbog neuobičajeno niske cijene. 

Udruga GP Krk i Euro-asfalt poslali su ponudu na 444,3 milijuna kuna, a je Aktor tražio 464,6 milijuna kuna. Hrvatska podružnica francuskog Colasa tražila je 521,9 milijuna kuna za taj posao, austrijski Strabag 478,3 milijuna kuna, dok je izvođač radova na Pelješkom mostu China Road and Bridge Corporation za tu dionicu tražio 647,8 milijuna kuna. 

Planirani tijek radova na drugoj dionici pelješke ceste -  Sparagovići - Doli - također će biti pomaknut jer ponude još uvijek nisu niti otvorene, budući da je tvrtka Colas dan prije zakazanog roka za otvaranje (13. veljače) podnijela žalbu na natječajnu dokumentaciju.

S obzirom da je njihova žalba u međuvremenu odbijena, čeka se novi datum za otvaranje ponuda. Procijenjena vrijednost radova na toj dionici pristupne ceste iznosi 449,1 milijun kuna.
