- Kako bismo i dalje mogli nastaviti brinuti o stabilnosti mreže da svi u ovo krizno vrijeme ostanemo povezani, molimo Vas da podmirite Vaš račun za prethodni mjesec koji je dospio na naplatu 15. ožujka - stoji među ostalim u poruci pružatelja teleoperaterskih usluga "Tele2" njegovim korisnicima koji su iz razno raznih razloga zakasnili do sredine ovog mjeseca podmiriti račun.

Bio je to alarm da upitamo "Tele2" kako će u ova krizna vremena postupiti s onima koji neko vrijeme iz objektivnih razloga (jer nemaju mobilno bankarstvo ili su bolesni) ne mogu platiti račun, odnosno hoće li ih i kada isključiti. U kratkom roku smo dobili odgovor tog poznatog teleoperatera.

- U ovom trenutku telekomunikacije su jedan od važnih strateških sektora nužnih za funkcioniranje društva, a to još više dolazi do izražaja u ovim izvanrednim okolnostima zbog koronavirusa jer je sada svima, više nego inače, važno ostati u kontaktu i pomoći jedni drugima.

Svjesni toga, nastojimo maksimalno zadržati fokus na održavanju kontinuiteta poslovanja i pružanja usluga korisnicima, imajući pri tom na umu zdravstvenu sigurnost naših zaposlenika koji neumorno rade kako bi i dalje osiguravali neometano pružanje usluga korisnicima.

 Vezano uz SMS poruke iz vašeg upita, svjesni izvanrednih okolnosti, promijenili smo pristup uobičajenim mjerama u slučajevima kada dugovanja nisu podmirena duže razdoblje kao što je to bio slučaj kod korisnika koji su dobili SMS poruku.

Stoga smo pomaknuli uobičajene rokove za slanje podsjetnika na dospijeće plaćanja nastalih obveza i korisnicima poslali SMS podsjetnike kasnije nego što je to bilo do sada.

Radi se o standardnoj SMS poruci koja se standardno šalje dijelu korisnika i kao takva ne implicira ukidanje usluga korisnicima - stoji u odgovoru kojeg potpisuje Julija Jerleković.

Dodaje da su svojim korisnicima omogućili niz pogodnosti kako bi im olakšali privatnu i poslovnu komunikaciju darujući im dodatne besplatne gigabajte za podatkovni promet i mogućnost besplatnog praćenja nastavnog sadržaja u okviru CARNetove platforme „Škola na daljinu"

- Kako bismo i dalje mogli nastaviti brinuti o stabilnosti mreže da svi u ovo krizno vrijeme ostanemo povezani, molimo Vas da podmirite Vaš račun za prethodni mjesec koji je dospio na naplatu 15. ožujka - stoji među ostalim u poruci pružatelja teleoperaterskih usluga "Tele2" njegovim korisnicima koji su iz razno raznih razloga zakasnili do sredine ovog mjeseca podmiriti račun.

Bio je to alarm da upitamo "Tele2" kako će u ova krizna vremena postupiti s onima koji neko vrijeme iz objektivnih razloga (jer nemaju mobilno bankarstvo ili su bolesni) ne mogu platiti račun, odnosno hoće li ih i kada isključiti. U kratkom roku smo dobili odgovor tog poznatog teleoperatera.

- U ovom trenutku telekomunikacije su jedan od važnih strateških sektora nužnih za funkcioniranje društva, a to još više dolazi do izražaja u ovim izvanrednim okolnostima zbog koronavirusa jer je sada svima, više nego inače, važno ostati u kontaktu i pomoći jedni drugima.

Svjesni toga, nastojimo maksimalno zadržati fokus na održavanju kontinuiteta poslovanja i pružanja usluga korisnicima, imajući pri tom na umu zdravstvenu sigurnost naših zaposlenika koji neumorno rade kako bi i dalje osiguravali neometano pružanje usluga korisnicima.

 Vezano uz SMS poruke iz vašeg upita, svjesni izvanrednih okolnosti, promijenili smo pristup uobičajenim mjerama u slučajevima kada dugovanja nisu podmirena duže razdoblje kao što je to bio slučaj kod korisnika koji su dobili SMS poruku.

Stoga smo pomaknuli uobičajene rokove za slanje podsjetnika na dospijeće plaćanja nastalih obveza i korisnicima poslali SMS podsjetnike kasnije nego što je to bilo do sada.

Radi se o standardnoj SMS poruci koja se standardno šalje dijelu korisnika i kao takva ne implicira ukidanje usluga korisnicima - stoji u odgovoru kojeg potpisuje Julija Jerleković.

Dodaje da su svojim korisnicima omogućili niz pogodnosti kako bi im olakšali privatnu i poslovnu komunikaciju darujući im dodatne besplatne gigabajte za podatkovni promet i mogućnost besplatnog praćenja nastavnog sadržaja u okviru CARNetove platforme „Škola na daljinu"

Tele 2: Pomakli smo rok slanja poruke koja je podsjetnik na dospijeće plaćanja računa i ne implicira ukidanje usluga

- Kako bismo i dalje mogli nastaviti brinuti o stabilnosti mreže da svi u ovo krizno vrijeme ostanemo povezani, molimo Vas da podmirite Vaš račun za prethodni mjesec koji je dospio na naplatu 15. ožujka - stoji među ostalim u poruci pružatelja teleoperaterskih usluga "Tele2" njegovim korisnicima koji su iz razno raznih razloga zakasnili do sredine ovog mjeseca podmiriti račun.

Bio je to alarm da upitamo "Tele2" kako će u ova krizna vremena postupiti s onima koji neko vrijeme iz objektivnih razloga (jer nemaju mobilno bankarstvo ili su bolesni) ne mogu platiti račun, odnosno hoće li ih i kada isključiti. U kratkom roku smo dobili odgovor tog poznatog teleoperatera.
