Nakon deset godina kontinuiranog porasta prometa, Zračna luka Dubrovnik (ZLD) ove je godine zabilježila pad od 89,6 posto u odnosu na rekordnu 2019. godinu, izvijestio je u petak direktor Zračne luke Frano Luetić.

Podsjetio je da je ZLD u 2019. godini ostvarila rekordnih 2,9 milijuna putnika i ukupan prihod od 478,23 milijuna kuna te je u 2020., uz izvrsne najave, planiran porast od 5 posto te osiguran angažman oko 250 sezonskih radnika.

"Sredinom ožujka stvari se naglo kompliciraju. Epidemija, odnosno pandemija ne zaobilazi ni našu zemlju, a 19. ožujka zatvaramo zračnu luku za sav civilni zračni promet, da bi smo je ponovno otvorili 6. svibnja, a 11. svibnja Croatia Airlines uspostavlja unutarnji promet za i iz Zagreba. Redoviti međunarodni promet za našu zračnu luku započinje tek 15. lipnja i postupno raste pa smo bili povezani sa više od 50 odredišta u Europi.", podsjetio je Frano Luetić.

To, nažalost, traje do 20. kolovoza, kada je RH na zdravstvenim kartama Europe obojena u 'narančasto' i u 'crveno', dok najvjerniji putnici iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva prekidaju dolaske zbog obustave letova, istaknuo je.

"Iako po broju letova u protekloj godini i nismo imali tako loše rezultate, jer ostvareno je više od 30 posto letova u odnosu na 2019., popunjenost zrakoplova je bila ispod 30 posto raspoloživih sjedala. S druge strane poslovno zrakoplovstvo, poglavito imućni svjetski poznati pojedinci, ostvarili su veliki broj dolazaka privatnim zrakoplovima radi odmora na jahtama širom Jadrana. Znalo se dogoditi da smo imali i preko 30 zrakoplova parkiranih na našim stajankama dugoročno", rekao je Luetić.

S obzirom da se očekuje brza provedba cijepljenja u cijelom svijetu, Luetić je naglasio kako su scenariji povratka rezultata na 2019. godinu mogli ostvariti optimistično u 2024., a manje optimistično u 2026. godini.

"Veliko je lobiranje od strane svih predstavnika zrakoplovne industrije da se primjeni jedinstveno antigensko testiranje svih odlaznih putnika u zračnim lukama s brzim rezultatima testa, a taj način bi se izbjegla 14 ili 10-dnevna karantena u dolaznim zemljama. To bi ponovno ohrabrilo putnike da ponovno koriste zračni prijevoz, jer to žarko žele", napominje Luetić.

Upozorio je kako se o tome još vode polemike među državama, a ako se to ne ostvari, nastavit će se otpuštanja zaposlenika u industriji.

"Naša zračna luka nije do sada otpuštala zaposlenike, dapače, osigurali smo plaće i sezonskim radnicima, zahvaljujući akumuliranoj dobiti iz prethodne godine. Vlada RH nam je omogućila da je zadržimo, a s obzirom na značajni pad prihoda konstantno dobivamo potpore za plaće zaposlenika HZZ-a do daljnjega. Nadamo se da će ove mjere omogućiti nesmetano daljnje poslovanje tvrtke. Likvidnost ni u jednom trenutku nije dolazila u pitanje, a nadamo se da i neće", ističe direktor Zračne luke Dubrovnik.

Luetić je naglasio kako su najave za 2021. godinu odlične, broj najavljenih letova je iznimno velik, a na nedavno održanoj SLOT konferenciji zrakoplovni prijevoznici ponudili su četiri milijuna sjedala ukupno u dolasku i odlasku za Dubrovnik.

"Letovi će biti uspostavljeni za više od šezdeset odredišta, međutim sve ovisi o rezervacijama sjedala, a za taj dio bi se trebali pobrinuti turistički djelatnici. Ukoliko do toga ne dođe, prijevoznici će biti prisiljeni otkazivati", upozorio je Luetić.

Napomenuo je kako zaposlenici ZLD prolaze obuku za prelazak na druga radna mjesta u slučaju potrebe, a podsjetio je i na mogućnost 'povlačenja' sredstava iz fondova Europske unije.

"Stručno osoblje unutar našeg društva radi na četiri projekta s bespovratnim sredstvima u iznosu preko milijun eura. Pred nama je mogućnost pripreme projekata za EU financiranje "Digitalna tranzicija" i "Green Airport", a ukupno projicirana bespovratna sredstva u iznosu su od oko 4 milijuna eura", zaključio je Luetić.

Nakon deset godina kontinuiranog porasta prometa, Zračna luka Dubrovnik (ZLD) ove je godine zabilježila pad od 89,6 posto u odnosu na rekordnu 2019. godinu, izvijestio je u petak direktor Zračne luke Frano Luetić.

Podsjetio je da je ZLD u 2019. godini ostvarila rekordnih 2,9 milijuna putnika i ukupan prihod od 478,23 milijuna kuna te je u 2020., uz izvrsne najave, planiran porast od 5 posto te osiguran angažman oko 250 sezonskih radnika.

"Sredinom ožujka stvari se naglo kompliciraju. Epidemija, odnosno pandemija ne zaobilazi ni našu zemlju, a 19. ožujka zatvaramo zračnu luku za sav civilni zračni promet, da bi smo je ponovno otvorili 6. svibnja, a 11. svibnja Croatia Airlines uspostavlja unutarnji promet za i iz Zagreba. Redoviti međunarodni promet za našu zračnu luku započinje tek 15. lipnja i postupno raste pa smo bili povezani sa više od 50 odredišta u Europi.", podsjetio je Frano Luetić.

To, nažalost, traje do 20. kolovoza, kada je RH na zdravstvenim kartama Europe obojena u 'narančasto' i u 'crveno', dok najvjerniji putnici iz Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva prekidaju dolaske zbog obustave letova, istaknuo je.

"Iako po broju letova u protekloj godini i nismo imali tako loše rezultate, jer ostvareno je više od 30 posto letova u odnosu na 2019., popunjenost zrakoplova je bila ispod 30 posto raspoloživih sjedala. S druge strane poslovno zrakoplovstvo, poglavito imućni svjetski poznati pojedinci, ostvarili su veliki broj dolazaka privatnim zrakoplovima radi odmora na jahtama širom Jadrana. Znalo se dogoditi da smo imali i preko 30 zrakoplova parkiranih na našim stajankama dugoročno", rekao je Luetić.

S obzirom da se očekuje brza provedba cijepljenja u cijelom svijetu, Luetić je naglasio kako su scenariji povratka rezultata na 2019. godinu mogli ostvariti optimistično u 2024., a manje optimistično u 2026. godini.

"Veliko je lobiranje od strane svih predstavnika zrakoplovne industrije da se primjeni jedinstveno antigensko testiranje svih odlaznih putnika u zračnim lukama s brzim rezultatima testa, a taj način bi se izbjegla 14 ili 10-dnevna karantena u dolaznim zemljama. To bi ponovno ohrabrilo putnike da ponovno koriste zračni prijevoz, jer to žarko žele", napominje Luetić.

Upozorio je kako se o tome još vode polemike među državama, a ako se to ne ostvari, nastavit će se otpuštanja zaposlenika u industriji.

"Naša zračna luka nije do sada otpuštala zaposlenike, dapače, osigurali smo plaće i sezonskim radnicima, zahvaljujući akumuliranoj dobiti iz prethodne godine. Vlada RH nam je omogućila da je zadržimo, a s obzirom na značajni pad prihoda konstantno dobivamo potpore za plaće zaposlenika HZZ-a do daljnjega. Nadamo se da će ove mjere omogućiti nesmetano daljnje poslovanje tvrtke. Likvidnost ni u jednom trenutku nije dolazila u pitanje, a nadamo se da i neće", ističe direktor Zračne luke Dubrovnik.

Luetić je naglasio kako su najave za 2021. godinu odlične, broj najavljenih letova je iznimno velik, a na nedavno održanoj SLOT konferenciji zrakoplovni prijevoznici ponudili su četiri milijuna sjedala ukupno u dolasku i odlasku za Dubrovnik.

"Letovi će biti uspostavljeni za više od šezdeset odredišta, međutim sve ovisi o rezervacijama sjedala, a za taj dio bi se trebali pobrinuti turistički djelatnici. Ukoliko do toga ne dođe, prijevoznici će biti prisiljeni otkazivati", upozorio je Luetić.

Napomenuo je kako zaposlenici ZLD prolaze obuku za prelazak na druga radna mjesta u slučaju potrebe, a podsjetio je i na mogućnost 'povlačenja' sredstava iz fondova Europske unije.

"Stručno osoblje unutar našeg društva radi na četiri projekta s bespovratnim sredstvima u iznosu preko milijun eura. Pred nama je mogućnost pripreme projekata za EU financiranje "Digitalna tranzicija" i "Green Airport", a ukupno projicirana bespovratna sredstva u iznosu su od oko 4 milijuna eura", zaključio je Luetić.
