[alias] => dorh-provodi-istragu-nad-kerumom-zbog-karepovca-a-nad-nevenkom-becic-zbog-kerum-d-o-o [catid] => 243 [published] => 1 [introtext] => [fulltext] => Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu, neslužbeno nam je potvrđeno, započelo je provoditi istragu protiv splitskog gradonačelnika Željka Keruma i njegove sestre Nevenke Bečić, predsjednice Gradskog vijeća. Radi se o dva posve odvojena slučaja.

Keruma se istražuje kao gradonačelnika zbog toga što je navodno "nestao" novac koji se prikupljao namjenski za sanaciju gradskog odlagališta komunalnog otpada Karepovac. Njegovu sestru Neveku, pak, ODO Split istražuje, ne kao predsjednicu Gradskog vijeća, već kao odgovornu osobu tvrtke "Kerum d.o.o.".

Naime, sumnja se da je kao predsjednica Uprave te tvrtke ostavila 62 milijuna kuna nenaplaćenih potraživanja vjerovnika pa su je oni prijavili za prevaru u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Podsjetimo, krajem srpnja ove godine u povodu vijesti da je DORH zatražio od Banovine sve dokumente vezane za Karepovac, nakon što je Državna revizija utvrdila nestanak sredstava.

Ljiljana Vučetić, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za financije potvrdila nam je tada da fizički novca za Karepovac na računu nema, jer je raspoređen za podmirivanje nekih drugih, neplaniranih troškova u iznosu od 100 milijuna kuna, koji su bili prioritet.

Novac je prenamijenjen jer trenutno projekt sanacije splitskog odlagališta ne prati dinamiku prihoda. Novac će, kazala je Vučetić, za taj projekt biti vraćen skidanjem s nekih drugih proračunskih stavki kada krene projekt sanacije odlagališta, no to za sada još nije slučaj.

Dio novca od Karepovca trošen je na pokrivanje određenih neplaniranih troškova, poput ovrha u iznosu preko 10 milijuna kuna svake godine, koje nisu bile planirane u proračunu. Nadalje, sredstva su se potrošila i dijelom za plaćanje brodogradilištu i MORH-u za zamjenske objekte u Lori od cca 51 milijun kuna, budući da za ove troškove nije uplaćen komunalni doprinos od druge faze izgradnje Spaladium centra.

Od 2001. do kraja 2011. godine, ukupno je za Karepovac kroz naknadu za njegovu sanaciju koju plaćamo u računu za odvoz komunalnog otpada uprihođen, a neutrošen bio 61 milijun kuna.

Uporište za "posudbu" namjenskog novca za Karepovac Grad Split nalazi u Odluci o izvršenju proračuna u kojoj, slobodno prevedeno, stoji kako se iz gradske blagajne mogu "posuditi" određena namjenska sredstva uz obvezu njihovog vraćanja u sljedećim proračunskim razdobljima.

Radi se o dva posve odvojena slučaja.

Keruma se istražuje kao gradonačelnika zbog toga što je navodno "nestao" novac koji se prikupljao namjenski za sanaciju gradskog odlagališta komunalnog otpada Karepovac. Njegovu sestru Neveku, pak, ODO Split istražuje, ne kao predsjednicu Gradskog vijeća, već kao odgovornu osobu tvrtke "Kerum d.o.o.".

Naime, sumnja se da je kao predsjednica Uprave te tvrtke ostavila 62 milijuna kuna nenaplaćenih potraživanja vjerovnika pa su je oni prijavili za prevaru u gospodarskom poslovanju.

Podsjetimo, krajem srpnja ove godine u povodu vijesti da je DORH zatražio od Banovine sve dokumente vezane za Karepovac, nakon što je Državna revizija utvrdila nestanak sredstava.

Ljiljana Vučetić, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za financije potvrdila nam je tada da fizički novca za Karepovac na računu nema, jer je raspoređen za podmirivanje nekih drugih, neplaniranih troškova u iznosu od 100 milijuna kuna, koji su bili prioritet.

Novac je prenamijenjen jer trenutno projekt sanacije splitskog odlagališta ne prati dinamiku prihoda. Novac će, kazala je Vučetić, za taj projekt biti vraćen skidanjem s nekih drugih proračunskih stavki kada krene projekt sanacije odlagališta, no to za sada još nije slučaj.

Dio novca od Karepovca trošen je na pokrivanje određenih neplaniranih troškova, poput ovrha u iznosu preko 10 milijuna kuna svake godine, koje nisu bile planirane u proračunu. Nadalje, sredstva su se potrošila i dijelom za plaćanje brodogradilištu i MORH-u za zamjenske objekte u Lori od cca 51 milijun kuna, budući da za ove troškove nije uplaćen komunalni doprinos od druge faze izgradnje Spaladium centra.

Od 2001. do kraja 2011. godine, ukupno je za Karepovac kroz naknadu za njegovu sanaciju koju plaćamo u računu za odvoz komunalnog otpada uprihođen, a neutrošen bio 61 milijun kuna.

Uporište za "posudbu" namjenskog novca za Karepovac Grad Split nalazi u Odluci o izvršenju proračuna u kojoj, slobodno prevedeno, stoji kako se iz gradske blagajne mogu "posuditi" određena namjenska sredstva uz obvezu njihovog vraćanja u sljedećim proračunskim razdobljima.
