Prema nepravomoćnoj presudi Parničnog odjela Općinskog suda u Splitu, Igor Štimac ubijenom nogometnom menadžeru Dinu Pokrovcu nije ostao dužan deset tisuća eura. Odnosno, Štimac taj iznos neće morati isplatiti Moravki i Matei Pokrovac, supruzi i kćerki pokojnog Pokrovca. Upravo su one pokrenule građansku parnicu, odnosno Štimca su tužile kao nasljednice svog supruga i oca.

Naime, u srijedu, na izricanju presude, sutkinja je kazala da je odbijen tužbeni zahtjev tužiteljica.
– Na temelju provedenih dokaza koji su bili na teret tužiteljica, sud smatra da one nisu sa sigurnošću dokazale da im je tuženik dužan isplatiti utuženi iznos – rekla je sutkinja. Na izricanju presude,ianče, nisu bili ni Moravka Pokrovac, ni Štimac, a ni njihovi odvjetnici. Moravka i Matea Pokrovac imaju pravo žalbe.

Glavni dokaz Pokrovčevih bila je bilješka Policijske uprave zagrebačke iz srpnja 2005. godine, odnosno koja je sastavljena mjesec dana nakon ubojstva Dina Pokrovca. U njoj se navodi da je Igor Štimac na policiji kazao da je Pokrovcu ostao dužan deset tisuća eura.

Kada je tijekom dokaznog postupka Općinski sud u Splitu (na zahtjev zagrebačkog odvjetnika Roberta Jančika koji zastupa Moravku i Mateu Pokrovac) službenim putem pribavio tu bilješku od Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zagrebu, Štimčev odvjetnik Joško Čeh je rekao da to nije dokaz i da nema potreba da se njegov klijent o tome dodatno izjašnjava.

S druge strane je odvjetnik Robert Jančik na sudu tvrdio da se izjave iz obavijesnih razgovora mogu koristiti kao valjan i zakonit dokaz u građanskim parnicama, što je potkrijepio presudom Ustavnog suda iz 2005. godine, te je dodao kako je Štimac ili zaboravio da je na policiji kazao da je ostao dužan, ili da je mislio kako oni ne znaju za tu bilješku.

Igor Štimac je u svjedočenju pred splitskim sudom kazao da je novac Pokrovcu vratio, i to preko Pokrovčeve prijateljice Renate Cetine koja je to na sudu potvrdila.

Neki sudski postupci koje su Moravka i Matea Pokrovac pokrenule protiv dužnika njihova pokojnog supruga i oca su pravomoćno okončani u korist nasljednica menadžera.

Također, potražuju oko 700 tisuća eura od Hajduka i Nike Kranjčara od transfera iz Dinama, a Hajduk za taj predmet osporava nadležnost Općinskog suda u Splitu.

Prema nepravomoćnoj presudi Parničnog odjela Općinskog suda u Splitu, Igor Štimac ubijenom nogometnom menadžeru Dinu Pokrovcu nije ostao dužan deset tisuća eura. Odnosno, Štimac taj iznos neće morati isplatiti Moravki i Matei Pokrovac, supruzi i kćerki pokojnog Pokrovca. Upravo su one pokrenule građansku parnicu, odnosno Štimca su tužile kao nasljednice svog supruga i oca.

Naime, u srijedu, na izricanju presude, sutkinja je kazala da je odbijen tužbeni zahtjev tužiteljica.
– Na temelju provedenih dokaza koji su bili na teret tužiteljica, sud smatra da one nisu sa sigurnošću dokazale da im je tuženik dužan isplatiti utuženi iznos – rekla je sutkinja. Na izricanju presude,ianče, nisu bili ni Moravka Pokrovac, ni Štimac, a ni njihovi odvjetnici. Moravka i Matea Pokrovac imaju pravo žalbe.

Glavni dokaz Pokrovčevih bila je bilješka Policijske uprave zagrebačke iz srpnja 2005. godine, odnosno koja je sastavljena mjesec dana nakon ubojstva Dina Pokrovca. U njoj se navodi da je Igor Štimac na policiji kazao da je Pokrovcu ostao dužan deset tisuća eura.

Kada je tijekom dokaznog postupka Općinski sud u Splitu (na zahtjev zagrebačkog odvjetnika Roberta Jančika koji zastupa Moravku i Mateu Pokrovac) službenim putem pribavio tu bilješku od Županijskog državnog odvjetništva u Zagrebu, Štimčev odvjetnik Joško Čeh je rekao da to nije dokaz i da nema potreba da se njegov klijent o tome dodatno izjašnjava.

S druge strane je odvjetnik Robert Jančik na sudu tvrdio da se izjave iz obavijesnih razgovora mogu koristiti kao valjan i zakonit dokaz u građanskim parnicama, što je potkrijepio presudom Ustavnog suda iz 2005. godine, te je dodao kako je Štimac ili zaboravio da je na policiji kazao da je ostao dužan, ili da je mislio kako oni ne znaju za tu bilješku.

Igor Štimac je u svjedočenju pred splitskim sudom kazao da je novac Pokrovcu vratio, i to preko Pokrovčeve prijateljice Renate Cetine koja je to na sudu potvrdila.

Neki sudski postupci koje su Moravka i Matea Pokrovac pokrenule protiv dužnika njihova pokojnog supruga i oca su pravomoćno okončani u korist nasljednica menadžera.

Također, potražuju oko 700 tisuća eura od Hajduka i Nike Kranjčara od transfera iz Dinama, a Hajduk za taj predmet osporava nadležnost Općinskog suda u Splitu.
