Ivana (34) proglašena je krivom i osuđena jer je bivšem suprugu oko ponoći na parkiralištu zapalila bmw, a vatra je zahvatila i drugi automobil, piše Danica.

Prema presudi donesenoj ovih dana, sve se dogodilo lani u veljači između 23.30 i 00.30 sati u Ulici Cvijete Zuzorić u Zagrebu.

“Na parkiralištu je prišla automobilu marke bmw 320 D, vlasništvo njenog bivšeg supruga, te uz prednji desni kotač automobila postavila ručnik koji je prethodno zapalila, čime je izazvala zapaljenje pneumatika kotača, a vatra se proširila na cijeli prednji desni dio i dio unutrašnjosti automobila.

Nakon toga se vatra proširila na susjedni parkirani automobil marke škoda octavia, vlasništvo trgovačkog društva Porsche leasing, na kojem je izgorio prednji lijevi dio.

Dakle, požarom je izazvala opasnost za život ili tijelo ljudi i za imovinu većeg opsega, čime je počinila kazneno djelo protiv opće sigurnosti, dovođenjem u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom”, navodi se u presudi.

Ivana je u cijelosti priznala sve što joj se stavlja na teret. Izrazila je iskreno žaljenje i kajanje zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela.

“U to vrijeme bila sam u sukobu sa svojim bivšim suprugom oko zajedničke djece te sam sve to shvatila preozbiljno i preburno sam reagirala. Obećavam da će se u budućnosti kloniti takvih stvari. Nakon svega, ispričala sam se bivšem suprugu te smo sada u boljim odnosima nego tada.

Uz to mi je bivši suprug kazao da me neće tužiti zbog štete koja je nastala na njegovom automobilu. Nisam dosad uopće osuđivana, radi se o izoliranom incidentu”, naglasila je Ivana.

Osuđena je na godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora te se suglasila s presudom. Sudac joj je kao olakotne okolnosti uzeo priznanje, izraženo žaljenje i kajanje, korektno držanje pred sudom, da je zaposlena, majka malodobne djece i kazneno neosuđivana, piše Danica.

Ivana (34) proglašena je krivom i osuđena jer je bivšem suprugu oko ponoći na parkiralištu zapalila bmw, a vatra je zahvatila i drugi automobil, piše Danica.

Prema presudi donesenoj ovih dana, sve se dogodilo lani u veljači između 23.30 i 00.30 sati u Ulici Cvijete Zuzorić u Zagrebu.

“Na parkiralištu je prišla automobilu marke bmw 320 D, vlasništvo njenog bivšeg supruga, te uz prednji desni kotač automobila postavila ručnik koji je prethodno zapalila, čime je izazvala zapaljenje pneumatika kotača, a vatra se proširila na cijeli prednji desni dio i dio unutrašnjosti automobila.

Nakon toga se vatra proširila na susjedni parkirani automobil marke škoda octavia, vlasništvo trgovačkog društva Porsche leasing, na kojem je izgorio prednji lijevi dio.

Dakle, požarom je izazvala opasnost za život ili tijelo ljudi i za imovinu većeg opsega, čime je počinila kazneno djelo protiv opće sigurnosti, dovođenjem u opasnost života i imovine općeopasnom radnjom ili sredstvom”, navodi se u presudi.

Ivana je u cijelosti priznala sve što joj se stavlja na teret. Izrazila je iskreno žaljenje i kajanje zbog počinjenog kaznenog djela.

“U to vrijeme bila sam u sukobu sa svojim bivšim suprugom oko zajedničke djece te sam sve to shvatila preozbiljno i preburno sam reagirala. Obećavam da će se u budućnosti kloniti takvih stvari. Nakon svega, ispričala sam se bivšem suprugu te smo sada u boljim odnosima nego tada.

Uz to mi je bivši suprug kazao da me neće tužiti zbog štete koja je nastala na njegovom automobilu. Nisam dosad uopće osuđivana, radi se o izoliranom incidentu”, naglasila je Ivana.

Osuđena je na godinu dana uvjetnog zatvora te se suglasila s presudom. Sudac joj je kao olakotne okolnosti uzeo priznanje, izraženo žaljenje i kajanje, korektno držanje pred sudom, da je zaposlena, majka malodobne djece i kazneno neosuđivana, piše Danica.

Ivana (34) proglašena je krivom i osuđena jer je bivšem suprugu oko ponoći na parkiralištu zapalila bmw, a vatra je zahvatila i drugi automobil, piše Danica.

Prema presudi donesenoj ovih dana, sve se dogodilo lani u veljači između 23.30 i 00.30 sati u Ulici Cvijete Zuzorić u Zagrebu.

“Na parkiralištu je prišla automobilu marke bmw 320 D, vlasništvo njenog bivšeg supruga, te uz prednji desni kotač automobila postavila ručnik koji je prethodno zapalila, čime je izazvala zapaljenje pneumatika kotača, a vatra se proširila na cijeli prednji desni dio i dio unutrašnjosti automobila.

Nakon toga se vatra proširila na susjedni parkirani automobil marke škoda octavia, vlasništvo trgovačkog društva Porsche leasing, na kojem je izgorio prednji lijevi dio.
